I recently visited bedashing nad al sheba salon for a keratin treatment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I went in hoping for smooth, healthy hair, but instead, I left with my hair feeling more damaged and brittle than before. The treatment did not deliver the results they advertised, leaving me disappointed and feeling like I wasted both time and money.The unprofessionalism I encountered from the staff was equally frustrating. When I expressed my concerns about how the treatment was affecting my hair, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing the problem. They lacked any empathy or willingness to work toward a solution, leaving me feeling unheard and completely unsatisfied.Overall, I would not recommend bedashing for anyone considering a keratin treatment. Not only did my hair suffer, but the poor customer service left me feeling extremely disappointed. I hope the salon takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the quality of their treatments and their approach to customer satisfaction.This picture was taken a month after hair treatment!!!

Staff are very welcoming, Rogelyn is best in facial, Gangga and Xuan are really excellent, their soft touch and massage after manicure and pedicure are super relaxing, Xuan is very cute and very shy but the way she does her work and laid her hands shows how professional she is at her work.

I would definitely recommend, the loveliest Jennifer did my hair treatment and gave me the most satisfactory results i’m happy with it. She was very professional but also kind and knowledgeable.

Jennifer changed my whole mood with the hair transformation, today been my first time in bed ashing nad al Sheba and I must say I do not regret giving my hair to this gorgeous hairstylist, she did an amazing job starting from the consultation her trying to understand my daily routine and how I want to have my hair done. Im really really happy and satisfied and I highly recommend Jennifer for all hair service, had color and a hair cut and it was worth it. Saloon is clean and the staff all polite and generous. I was very disappointed after asking for a blow-dry with volume and curls. Firstly it was the stylist that saw me but yet another staff not a stylist came to do my hair. I walked out with flat hair and general hot iron curls. I could achieve this look better at home.

I came to see Jenifer after a different salon dyed my hair a colour I was not happy with, Jenifer was very professional, looked at my hair and understood how to fix it. She made it look so much better, I will definitely return to have my hair done from her again.

Great Service.Fatima (hairstylist) is the best. She pays attention to your hair type and applies products accordingly and she always recommends the most suitable products for my hair. She is really good as a hairstylist and I do my regular blowdry with her all the time.

Went for a mani-pedi and had a below average experience. The interior is clean and spacious.- The pedicure was subpar as no effort was made to properly clean the dead skin cells- There’s a very limited selection of gel polishes- One of the employees was too insistent on upselling and tried to overcharge me

Bedashing Nadalsheba is my new favorite Salon . My previous salon kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes even if I had already booked the appointment online. I am a working professional and can’t afford to waste my one hour for a 10-minute eyebrow. While Sushma ( Front desk) in Bedashing Nadalsheba is very punctual and never keep me waiting no matter how many walk-ins they have. and Fatima for my hair is also very fast and do her job properly ,Vica and Sheryll for my nails They are also very quick and nice at the same time .I highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I always go to Bedashing for quick service and unfortunately today where I needed the quick service the most I was extremely delayed. I have only done manicure and gel (which usually takes me 40mins -1hr tops elsewhere) and pedicure with no polish. I came in for my appointment at 8.20 and finished 10pm. This is not acceptable at all.

I had the pleasure of trying this salon out and I must say I loved the overall experience. I did hair color with the hairstylist, I think her name is Jane or Jennifer not sure😊 shes absolutely great, she was very patient, she listened to my concern and gave product recommendation for my hair, honest and super friendly. Poor management, every time i come they make me wait 20-30 minutes after my appointment time. Today my appointment was at 9pm and they called me to come earlier and i did come yet they made me wait. The lady was going around the salon trying to find anyone to do for me my services. Everything started at a different time… depending on who finished another customer first. Tables were not clean, my table had a previous customer’s hot chocolate drink.. I asked to get water and didn’t get any. I am never coming to this unprofessional poorly managed salon again.

This salon was recommended by a friend and my experience there was great because i was relieved and relaxed. As a woman we need to maintain our physical appearance so to do that you need to find a salon that has very good services and I’m so thankful that i found the salon that can make me so relax. Im here every week to have a blow dry and a few things happen which i let go and try to be very patient. What triggered me today was the following:I booked with a specific hairstylist, she came and asked me how do you want your hair done i told her…Next thing, she asked the lady that washed my hair to blowdry my hair because it was “simple”.The hairstylist i booked with is doing another girls hair while im typing this.you guys really need to manage appointments properly. If im booking with someone specific, i dont think it’s appropriate for them to decide whether they want to do my hair or not.++++While i was waiting for the hairstylist that i booked with to do my hair, she was literally blowdrying the other hairstylists hair before moving to the other client.. and when i got mad they were both whispering while doing my hair :) (dhawia and fatma)Please do open the camera and see all that happened. Totally unprofessional!

I would give 0 star if that was possible. Very bad customer service, Sangita is very rude and does not respect her customers. When you ask a question she does not answer and just start speaking to her colleagues (not in english) and answers 2 min later. Last thing, when I booked my appointment I have been told it was possible to have a new pot for the service but once I came, they said no it is not possible. Huge discrepancy between before and after booking. Not a consistant salon.

Disappointing service. Booked a full face threading at the confirmed cost of 79AED and ended up being charged 120AED. Technician claimed eyebrows were included, which was not true. No value for money for the service you receive. Overall, this salon is way more expensive compared to many professional places in the city. Would not recommend.

It was actually my first time in Bedashing and it was worth it, the girls r so accommodating and professional, starting from the receptionist. I did waxing with sangita it was quick and painless, I really recommend her shes very detailed in her job, overall experience was amazing. Neat environment, value for your money. Thanks girls

The Stylist Fatima gave me a super cut .My only reservation is that these ppl are Very Expensive.I have short hair & she cut my hair till my shoulders & charged me 280 Aed for just the haircut WITHOUT THE BLOW DRY!I was in a rush & decided to go to this Salon.However not next time!!

I have been to 2 branches of Bedashing, was happy with my experience in both. But most is with the hair specialist Meryam, in Nad Al Sheba Branch, she is amazing, very professional & knows it all when it comes to hair coloring, hair treatments & styling. She is best in hair requirements.

I went there and asked for simple nail art they said it was fine , they did the French nail , I noticed that the white wasn’t perfect and wasn’t like the others and she said that it’s because I’m not doing gel . Then it was time for the very simple art she did it and it looked like a disaster she removed everything and started all over . She redid the same nail a few times , it didn’t look good.I won’t be coming back for nails , but I must say it’s not that bad .

I had the extensions removed after 4-5 days because of the severe hair loss I was experiencing. The extension strand was coming off in multiples from 2nd day onwards. The branch where I had it done didn’t have the liquid to remove it so I was directed to another branch. The lady there tells me the extensions were poorly done to begin with.After complaining and following up for 6 months, the management (client services) response was “too bad”, nothing can be done.Bad job followed by pathetic customer service… disaster.

I went for manicure and pedicure, the therapist Nikita and April did an awesome and neat job and I loved it. And I also did a back and shoulder massage and Halliburt was the best, she knows her job well. I recommend her for massage. And the salon is very well maintained.

I did my hair from about 2 weeks with Noureen at Ned Al shiba branch. The service was amazing as well as the highlights that I got turned out exactly as how I wanted. My cousin visited the salon with me and she is planning to get highlights with noureen as well.

The atmosphere of the saloon is outstanding.The staff is so polite and up and running asking for drinks water coffee time to time.special mention to Sangita for amzing waxing session and Nikata with Laldinpuii for such excellent calm service they provided. at first i was hesitant bt Nikita made me feel so relaxed.. her energy is so good!All in all perfect afternoon with Bedashing❤️

Had an amazing service with Jennifer and Sandhya. Had a pedicure with sandhya and a fusio scrub with Jennifer. Both of them were amazing and made sure that I have a relax and a great experience. Overall had a nice relaxing service, but I hope they plan to take discount cards such as Fazaa and essad to make our experience much more better. And there is a low mobile service in the salon area, but they are working for strengthening the mobile data and service.

Visited the salon today amazing Atmoshpere..very welcoming staff specially the lady at front .. Jenifer the lady that did my hair was very nice & patient specially cuz my hair took so much time but she achieved the look I wanted I was so happy with the results!! The manager also great lady and she listens to customers complains or any issues.

Super unprofessional and unorganised.I visited twice, they have a strict no walk in policy and insist you book an appointment which is good but then you show up on time and you wait.Both times i waited over 10 minutes.I clearly specified what treatment i want and when booking, then again to the receptionist (which btw doesn’t have a reception desk but rather work on one of the chair in the nail area) only for the therapist to come and oh i cant do the requested treatment because this week’s delivery didn’t arrive!!!No apologies from any of the staff whatsoeverNever visiting again although its only 2 mins from my house.I’d rather drive 20 mins to beauty connection and wait there rather than coming here again.One more thing, Covid-19 protocols are not in place. The hair section is very crowded. the staff + clients (one of them was clearly sick) are not wearing masks properly

Am really satisfied with today’s treatment, I used to come to Nad alsheba branch and left with dissatisfied despite todays results and treatment every thing was improved and perfect. I would like to praise: Fatima ( hair stylist ) ,maye, jaylen, putu . Thank you so much.

My appointment was @10:45 I come earlier by 10 mins because the salon had a rule that whoever is late for 10 mins they will cancel there appointment but if they kept the customer waiting for 45 mins is fine and keep lieing on them that they will start the service in really short time. I left the saloon without getting the service I wanted theyre really not manging there appointment really well and not respecting other people time. I wasnt the only coustmer that was complaining about them being late. If there is a zero star rating I would rate ZERO .

I had the best 60 BBL signature massage with Putu, she literally gives the best massages. I always used to go to Ying and Yang for a massage but after trying Putu I’m definitely going to be a regular here. She is so professional and give the perfect pressure for the massage and sees where you would need more pressure and adds it. Best massage I have ever had. Thank you Putu♥️

I have been a customer of Bedashing for years but no more . It’s is very very bad to offer your regular customers a service that is very expensive without telling them . This is called a rip off and is very dishonest and sneaky . Then to pretend that you thought they knew where clearly it was their first time . I hope your staff are happy they achieved their target at the expense of losing a customer

I wont recommend.. i visited during eid period and the lady who did my pedicure didnt cut my nail properly which cause me pain the day after .. and the ladies who are responsible about the appointments are walking all the times coming and going which make the place not for relaxing / the next day i call the number to arrange for fixing my nail and they set me a time to come but when i show on time they let me wait for extra 30 minutes // most people here who gave 5 stars are (1 review ) members so i wonder ?!

Worst place to visit she burn my daughter’s head while she is making blow dry my daughter only 7 .. and for me they didn’t follow the appointment they keep transfer me from seat to seat and doing for random clients I think they don’t follow the appointments they just do the work randomly

I have visited Bedashing Nad Alsheba many times in general I like the place and services but there is 1 thing that bothered me a lot and I stopped visiting Bedashing Nad Alsheba is that every time when I book for hair wash they always add the price of blow dry although i tell them I don’t want a blow dry every time this scenario happens and I tell them and then the manager goes to the hair stylist and ask her and I stopped visiting the saloon this incident happened more than 3 or 4 times.

Staff is trained and friendly. Even the receptionist is polite and understanding. The place is clean and hygienic and they are following all the protocols. Overall a good experience will surely visit again.
