It’s my go to place for all my skin and hair care; Mam salomi is an angel. She is so talented and professional. I was so so happy about my haircut. I was so hesitant in the beginning but she nailed it. Whatever service, she is the best. Even the one who did my manicure and pedicure were so good.

I just did my eyebrow threading and eyebrow threading is simply not only just to take out hair but also to shape asking what customers wants. The lady did good shaping but she didn’t even ask what shape you want and she even didn’t analyze what thick or thinness of eyebrows suits on my face. When I asked her she said how many times I will tell her what I want and she didn’t even bother what I was showing what I wanted .In thin shape everything looks good but thin shape is not what I wanted. I said her before doing also I want thickBeginning of threading only I showed her these is what I want sample and she did in her own way which didn’t even suit my face . She should atleast ask what customer wants. She made my eyebrow shape really thin when I mentioned her before only that I want thick eyebrow. #bad customer serviceLiterally not worth paying .

The service was so nice (budget friendly too). Friendly staff as well.I got a foot spa and scrub only. Had a wonderful experience with Ms. Ebot who did the job. I considered my foot difficult to handle as I have almost to severe callus problem but she managed to reach my expectations.I am very satisfied. Thank you!

This salon is walking distance feom mall of the emirates, the staff was very helpful in choosing the services. I got a facial done from Salomi and I have to say that its one of the best that I’ve got done in Dubai. They have special offers on some days and great packages to choose from. The salon is neat and clean and the staff very polite and professional!

Booked an appointment for 20:00 pm and when Im in the parking (I reached on time), received a call 19:59 pm from the receptionist asking me to come after 45min because one client came as walk in 19:57pm and they accept her and my booking was not important to respect that this is my slot.My appointment 8pm for services take two hours work! You close at 10 pm so Why to give one hour of my booking to someone else and short my slot to hour?Kept saying sorry but you can come and wait we divide the work between you and her? The lady couldnt wait to book appointment next day so we cant loss her but it looks fine to loss client respect you and coming with appointment. Not professional to say we are full theres booking already.This is the first time seeing this logic walk-in more important than who book appointment.Very unprofessional system.Regret that I choose to book with you.How can i find another place this late time?Now its my problem. Ill search for place can take me as walk-in because i need to it that night.

Very clean Salon , I love how hygienic they are . Every blow-dry comb is always clean and wrapped in wrapping plastic . The place is always clean and neat . Staff is nice and professional . Marseil is my favorite in blow dry she is perfect.

Just now I went there for hair rebounding, I ask the Pilipina receptionist how much its cost she said 350dhs, then I want to put hair colour also he she gave me 550dhs for rebounding and hair color, but they dont have the hair colour that I want thats why I decided to choice hair rebounding only and she told me its 400dhs, I ask why then she said coz she have a manager and she dont know if the manager will agree on 350dhs eventhough she already told me its cost 350dhs the 1st time i ask her, then aftet that I ask her if the haircut is included with the hair rebounding she said no and its cost 50dhs...This sallon is not really good to recommend..They are so clever and they just care about money...its really ❌️❌️❌️ for me....

I came for the first time a month ago requesting for safe hair treatment for me as i am breastfeeding. They do hair keratin for my short hair ( bob cut) and i agree with the expensive cost knowing it will be a nice result and woll last long. I paid 1200 aed for that service only. It was a harsh product to my scalp compare to others ( i have some inflammation) and the result just last 2 days.very Low quality service for hair treatment ( keratin ) with too high cost. I hope they give justice for the price.

I did hair color and pedicure and really happy with service,they give me free shoulder massage ,it was so good and definitely will come for full massage.

All the staff members are very professional. They learned your expectations properly,, and work on the tiny details, of them along with coming up with their valuable suggestions on what might suit better to me. I would say perfection and professionalism is thier key value. I would highly recommend this salon.

I like the atmosphere in the salon and professionalism from Lyn. She is the star. Other ladies are very welcoming too. Visit this salon from time I use to leave on Al Barsha and after I moved to JVC.

Keratin treatment only lasted less than 2 weeks. Please look for another salon. Salon is clean but the products they used I think are too cheap.

No toilet inside, you literally have go around the corner to use public toilet which is not hygienic and gross. Uncomfortable and hassle because you need to go with your towel on . Bad behaviour of some of staff, mostly, bad behaviour of the owner that called the customer and nag with no respect . Owner doesnt know how to deal with clients, and the salon is not hygienic.

Never recommend! Staffs are friendly but unprofessional. They do absolutely wrong hair removal sugaring with stripes. After their service I got several ingrown hair. Not clean place, staffs are not using gloves during procedures.

They do excellent work in giving services to clients and the staffs are well-mannered and very professional. I highly recommend Before and After Touch Salon as the best salon so far!

I do not recommend this salon because I did a gel manicure and after 3 hours it all crumbled like regular nail polish. Im sorry because I paid a lot of money for this

Good salon I mostly preferred to go there but this time color of highlights got yellowish after one week that’s not good it seems they used a cheap quality product.

I had a really bad experience, I didn’t like the service and the hygiene. I went for a hairstyle and I ended it up with blow dry. It is kind of caos!! It was my first time and it will be my last for sure! Avoid this place.

These ladies are very diligent and detailed with their craft. I did a ten service package and received a wax of various areas, back massage and a mani pedi. The wax was very thorough, and the massage was excellent. Salome did a wonderful job and I would definitely request her to give me a full body massage when I return. The mani pedi was great, the women took their time and were very careful with my natural nails. The skill level is great and I plan to return for lashes.
