I highly recommend this salon. Elisa did a fantastic job on my nails, and Sarina was so good with my eyelash extensions. All of the staff are warm and welcoming, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends.

Their service is truly awful, I requested a basic gel removal around 3 months ago, and the nail techs (2 ladies) removed my gel polish by filing them so roughly and aggressively, clearly unprofessional and untrained techs. I’m posting this now because it’s been 3 months and my nails still hurt to the touch and haven’t recovered from this. I had to go to the hospital and get medical attention. I would also like to add that they charged me 100.. FOR A FAILED PAINFUL AND DANGEROUS GEL REMOVAL. I hope that their salon gets shut down before more serious situations happen to the customers that go there.

I always have such a lovely experience in this salon! All the personal is amazing!! They are friendly, smiley and very helpful! The athmosphere and the interior of the salon is just out of the ordinary! I wish them all the best and success!

Here’s 1 day after my gelish manicure…Staff has been changed, the service got worse.They said my nails are the problems, but if they were professional, they could suggest me other product before doing it.Very disappointed…

I am very upset with my visit to this salon. I went for a lash lamination with tinting. When i arrived at the salon, my reservation wasnt showing in the system. But I assume there was a free slot since I was accepted immediately. I confirmed my booking by showing the booking on my phone Lamination eyelashes with tinting.When I was done I couldnt see any changes and I asked if the lashes were tinted. The beauty assistant said they were not, and asked if that was something I would like done. I reminded the assistant that it was part of the service outlined on my reservation so I would also liked that performed. I requested the color black for the tinting but was told there are only two shades of brown available at that time. I opted for the darker brown.I have had the procedure before and while mildly uncomfortable, it has never been painful. While last stage was being done my eyes were burning and in pain.Again, when looking in the mirror I noticed no visible difference before and after. It was at this point I discovered my assistant used the lighter dye instead of the darker dye as I had previously requested. When I asked the assistant about it she had stated that the darker brown is very dark and she was unsure if I would want my lashes that dark. I reiterated that I requested black originally for a mascara effect, then dark brown because black was unavailable, so I am unsure why the lighter brown dye was used.I got offered to come tomorrow that black dye could be ordered. At this point I asked again why I did not receive the dark brown dye then as requested since it is almost black in color as stated.The assistant offered to apply the dark brown dye for me at this point. I was very frustrated and with no more patience. After two previous attempts, I was uneasy about having a third treatment done but wanted to feel like I got something out of this trip and didn’t waste my money or time. I accepted and this time with the correct dye hoping it would highlight the lash lift effect.Ultimately, after all of this I am still unhappy with the service that I paid for and the lashes look very underwhelming compared to previous time I have had this service performed. My eyes are still irritated and I am beyond frustrated with the result. I am hoping my eyes feel better eventually as I am concerned about the chemical exposure from the multiple reapplying.

The website has different prices, in person they charge more. And the nail technician I had did not listen to anything, I said several times I don’t want to get fake nails but she was not listening. She kept them way longer than I’d asked. And she hurt me to a point that I was bleeding (without any apology) and I specified while booking that I wanted nail art, when I arrived they mentioned the nail artist is not in today. Lastly, while paying they added tax at the end without mentioning throughout that the prices they were quoting me were not inclusive of taxes.

Had the most incredible Moroccan bath experience. The therapist is incredibly caring and makes sure you feel comfortable at all times and you leave the bath feeling your skin like silk. The experience was enhanced even more as the treatment also included a shampoo/blow dry which made my hair incredibly smooth!I decided to treat myself fully so I also booked eyelash extension which resulted also more than what I had expected. I was so satisfied with the whole experience that upon payment, I asked them to book me hair color/manicure which I am also truly looking forward to.

Mazen my hair dresser is incredible at what he does. Friendly guy and knows and loves what he does, which shows in the outcome of my hair. I get a keratin treatment, trim and blow dry and he does an excellent job every time. 2nd time customer and always happy with my results. They are my go to.I also got a derma pen facial treatment today and excited to see the results.The staff are all so friendly and beautiful.

Ive been getting my lash extensions done by Gulnara for quite some time now. Shes recently joined the team at Bella Salon, and I must say, shes excellent at what she does. My lashes have never looked better!

Sarina is very professional in nails i went only for gel nails end up with gel extension. Vibe and service was excellent too

Not great, made an appointment for 10:30am on a Saturday. arrived and the salon is closed. Wasted my time getting here

Best hair stylist I ever met Mazen thank you so much.I am here in Dubai since 2018, I tried many and I can tell that Mazen is the best, when I first met him my hair was so damaged with ugly color, but THANKS to Mazen he welcomed me and fixed my hair slowly, now my hair is very healthy with beautiful color and cut 😍😍I guarantee once you do your hair with Mazen you cannot change, he gets to know the nature of your haire and takes care of it.Mazen is the BEST 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not worth the money! Their mani pedi is just so so and they hurt me so many times. Plus the parking is such a hassle to find here in this area.The price on the menu is exclusive of Vat by the way.
