I recently visited bella 22, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.they took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great recommendations, resulting in a perfect haircut & nail extension & lash extension that I absolutely love.The attention to detail and quality of service exceeded my expectations. The products they use are top-notch, and I appreciated the relaxing ambiance throughout my visit.I highly recommend this saloon to anyone looking for a great salon experience. I visited a newly opened salon in Dubai today and was truly impressed. I was attended by Anna, who was incredibly professional and kind. The service overall was flawless, and both my manicure and pedicure were perfect. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the entire team is dedicated to making your experience top-notch. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience the last time I came and decided to give it another try and that was the worse experience I had in a hairdresser . I came for a keratin treatment that resulted to burn hair and massive breakage.while I kept telling her that she was burning my hair and breaking them multiple time she kept going on regardless . If you do not know what you are doing or how to do it or you believe that the treatment asked is not suitable for the client hair ! You should informed the client ! That is your job as a hairdresser !I was not even about to leave a review because 2 hairdressers are good in that salon (the lady with the hat and the one doing the capsules install)but when I texted them to ask what product they put on my hair,( as I had to go to another hair dresser to fix it and she was stunned by the condition of my hair) and explained what happened , I got left without answer to my question about the product applied on my hair and a Threat with a video that if I leave a bad review I can face charges and prison . I was not even about to leave a review but since it literally made me cry! ruine my day, my confidence waist my time and my money and I did not even got an apology to that not even a« we are sorry for what happened to you ».. it’s crazy to me.

Terrible experience. I asked for a simply blow dry and they screwed it up. I’ve been multiple times and they’ve screwed up my hair. They take two hours to do something I can do at home with a flat iron. Don’t speak English. Can’t understand simple instructions. Untrained staff. Go somewhere with better standards where they can actually do something basic right. Do not recommend.

Extremely irresponsible people. I booked with Aliya for Manicure whom is Also manager in the Salon, confirmed twice and came from far distance because she was recommended. I reached here on time, I was informed she left without even bother to inform me.I called and even she didn’t respond the phone.The location is very low class and not clean.I don’t recommend this salon at all and this is second time happened for me with them.If you are looking for professions and caring technicians and salon, don’t visit this place.Respond :My nail are completely healthy and I don’t know how you suspect my nails are unhealthy!!!!. Or if you suspect that, then why you gave me appointment and confirmed it!!!!It’s coming also from unprofessionalism of you to bring a wrong and false excuse and accuse me to cover your unprofessional act. Nobody saw my nails to discover it’s healthy or not 😲😲😲I’m a doctor myself and never go to a salon or nail treatment if having unhealthy nails.I’m the one who is treating these issues for the patients.Hope you never accuse any other of your clients as you did it to me

I had a hair sculpt diagnostics and sculpt treatment with Aziza yesterday. She demonstrated deep expertise and selected the correct treatment which was pleasant and helpful at the same time. Salon is spacious, clean and beautiful with true professionals in their field. Highly recommended 👌

The cleanliness here is exceptional, and their work is truly impressive. Banora did my makeup and Gaziza my hairstyle today, and their skills were outstanding, then after Banora and Marites did my acrylic nails 💅🏻 were also top notch, high quality service. Aliyah was equally welcoming and kind and all of them including Sackra who offered me the best karak chai with a smile. I’ll be returning with more friends for sure. She is my former boss, but she has been my sister, my friend, and she continues to be my friend ☺️ and most importantly, she is the person who brings me luck (I was having trouble with documents, and when I started working with her, my business started to get better because she would take care of my every problem in her busy life). It was a very friendly work environment and I miss them very much. Since I couldnt do manicure and pedicure myself, I was very pleased with the work of other manicurists. My colleagues were especially good at dyeing hair. I had the keratin treatment done in August, but my hair still looks straight and voluminous. I would like to give it a chance once. I fixed a Moroccan bath at Zahra Khayal, God willing, she works from her heart, and she fixed my hair dryer for me, God willing, her hair drying is amazing 👌🏻Special bath with hairdryer was 350 dirhams.
