Staying in Pullman Hotel for 3 days on the way back to Australia.The ladies did an amazing gel french manicure and pedicure on me.It had been a long time in between pampering and the ladies were very nice, kind and professional.Im so happy.The result is amazing.Thank you!!

Seriously happy with my experience at this salon. Nawars recommended a great treatment for hair and despite my concerns, the results came out great. All the staff was fun, friendly, worked smoothly and kept me relaxed. Wish they have a location in US.

Amazing experience, its my 3rd time here and believe me every time my experience gets better. I had alaa as my main haistylist and naseem. They are so amazing n know wat ur hair needs. Perfect work. Belladonna consistently surpasses my expectations. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Simply let them know your preferred service, and they will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations.

Went in for a wash and blow out. They are so rough with the hair. It hurt so much, not at all gentle, as you should be with hairstyling.There are plenty of hair salons around, should have tried one of those. Im staying at pullman, and thought this would be convenient.

Poor customer service and having very unprofessional technicians my gell nail polish sepereated just 2 days but they didnt care about their ettore and poor service

Overall I had an ok experience but I was expecting better service/result. I paid for the hair package + protein but I didn’t get the Ombre that was included in the package. When I asked, I was told that my new hair color has two tones and Ombre is not needed! Also, I had a hair color done and my gray hair is still there. During the hair straighting for the protein, my left side near my eyebrow was burnt by the hair iron.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and professional. Not only she did receive top-notch treatment, but the prices were also very reasonable. She left feeling pampered and satisfied with the results. It is highly recommend BellaDona for anyone looking for quality service at a great price and best quality products.

Staff always tries to accommodate my requests.Quite small saloon, however it does not effect the quality of their service which is very good.

Mike helped me out with a hair emergency with a quick but stunning blow dry, and I came back the following week for another wonderful blowout from owner Joe. So light snd voluminous, like my hair is floating & bouncing on my head!

Amazing place I make manicure the girl is so fabulous. She make really good massage after your manicure if you want to do good manicure and you relax also come.

I am more than satisfied with the service, definitely coming back! I got amazing pedicure and manicure here.

I went here for the first time for my hair botox and color,malek took a lot of pain to give me the best make over. I really feel good about my hair now.... he s amazing at his work.Very patient and experienced in his work and takes ur opinion, understands ur requirement and then works on u.I love my hair, they were so lifeless before and now they are full of life and bouncy.Also try their pedicure and manicure they are good too.

Absolutely great Salon, the team is super experienced and professional, they will not just perfectly do their job but also give the best recommendation. Salon itself is clean and located inside of the hotel, which is very convenient as location as well . I would definitely become a permanent client

The owner/manager did my haircut. All throughout he was distracted, kept pulling and tugging my hair, when I tried to tell him that it’s making me uncomfortable he looked like I was saying something alien.Having said that, although the haircut was just average, the blow dry was nice, which is the reason for the stars I gave.If you still want to wish the salon, please align on the price beforehand otherwise you will end up paying up thrice as much as planned.

Great workI took the hairstyling package, which includes botox treatment, coloring, cut and blowdry with free manicure or pedicure.Coloring result was lighter than I expected, when I told them about this the next day they agreed to change to a darker shade I requested free of charge. Special thanks to Joe and Malek for this.

Finally, after 15 years of residence in Dubai I found Bella Donna -- a cosy place with lovely stuff, regardful professional hairdresser , which gave to my hair a vibrant natural colour and cut from my hairlength exactly how much I asked. Ladies with long hair will understand what I mean :) I am happy and entirely satisfied of results.

Its on the 3rd floor from Pullman hotel. Small but very efficient space management. The lady staff was AWESOME and very attentive to details. Only one thing I would suggest to male hair dressers - be more friendly to non-arabic customers like me.

Very unprofessional salon.. Waste of money. I went for hairpackage botox treatment and haircolor as i started my botox the cream got finished then he order botox cream from union coperative. The salon is using cheap products and staff are unprofessional..and after washing my hair become soft i can see only 5 % hair straight but so shine at all.. After that i ask for pedicure the lady is so rude no experience and unprofessional.. Really had bad experience with this salon.

Had the most horrible face wax experience!! The filipina lady burnt my skin, made it peel off and both her and the manager had the audacity to argue with me that nothing is wrong, face wax is hot so its just red.. really really bad service!! Dont even try them for free!!

I have booked an appointment for hair botox ,pedicure and hair color as a package for 500 aed.As i wear hijab i asked specifically for female hair stylist and they confirmed me .I arrived on the booked time slot and found out the salon is very small and thr was only 1 female hair dresser and other two was male.As i wear hijab it was really uncomfortable for me to do with male but i finally decided to do as i went with lot of struggle .They started the procedure and their hair botox creame was finished as i saw and they had very little left and somehow they applied to my hair by combining 2-3 creames as they promised the creame is organic but it was nothing like that .The pedicure was pathetic as the lady was just cleaning legs and cutting nails.So talking about hairs,they suggested to use mask after two days and i washed it .I am really upset with the results my hairs are not even 50 percent straight.And now they changed the salon name on instagram promotions as polanskystudio.Doesn’t recommend at all.Also my head is itchy after the botox treatment.I complained to them but they didn’t even care to respond.

I loved the way Joe transformed my dull looking hair into vibrant shining hair without damaging it. Very happy with their service.

He mislead you with the treatment.He is a swindler.They dont deliver the service they promise and if you complain about the service or the treatment which you have done there they directly say on your face we didnt promise you anything about the service or treatment plus they will charge you extra money to repair the damage they have done.

Hair highlighting was good but they put different colour for which I asked for and the treatment on hair was harsh!

Their work is very good.But I didn’t get the color I asked for.Prices are quite reasonable.
