As a a first timer recommended by a friend I had a disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Alham., I learned from a friend that I was overcharged. When we tried to address this with her, she was rude and dismissive. She even stated that we SHOULDN’T recommend anyone else, as they apparently weren’t interested. Anyway glad Amor did a good job for my nails. However am not recommending anyone and not going back.

We got the worst customer care experience ever at Bellamour saloon In Albarsha. The tall lady Ahlam.at the reception has no manners in the way she speaks. Goodness I recommended a friend. Tell me why she over charged her and when I tried to speak with her she just rudely replied not to recommend any other customers. Not going back at all!!!

I visited recently for manicure and Pedicure eyebrows And I really got what I wanted. Amazing service and results. I liked service starting from welcoming customer.The staff each single one who assisted me were the best who I can trust to put myself between their hand, such kind & pleasant staff specially Amu and Aisha 😍😍The result was really very good. I would advice this salon for anyone who would ask and definitely I will visit it next time.Thank you 🤩

Ok to start off this place is AMAZING! I came to Dubai for a visit and just saw this place near my hotel and the service was immaculate, the vibe was great, the girls are so sweet!! Especially because my hair was long and think I needed somebody who knew what they were doing with curly hair, and they didn’t disappoint. They have all the services at your disposal for the best price. I would definitely recommend:)

I’ve been doing my services at BELLAMOUR for quite some time now and all through Amo has been the one doing my nails and also waxing, she is very professional and good at what she does. Very keen to details and she does her work with passion, I mean she is the one who keeps making me come back every single time. Such a good lady with a kind heart. I could go on and on about her but I’ll leave it at this point. If you are looking for a place to do your nails or waxing even threading , ,make up as well!!!recommend come to BELLAMOUR and look for AMO. She’s the best and the sweetest. Today my mother and I were spoiled. First a delicious Moroccan bath session. And then a nice massage. The ladies who work there were also very friendly.

It’s so disappointing to ask customers to pay extra without even explaining it upfront—it feels like a scam!!! Your blow dry is OVER PRICE!!! And The quality of the blow dry is comparable to self drying! Nothing special to pay 50AED!!! And by the way for the reception staff should clearly explain the services and any associated costs to customers before the staff begin any treatments. Its important for customers to know upfront whether there will be a charge.

Back to my lovely Saloon..Always Happy with their services ❤️Today I had: Moroccan bath + pedi mani + hair color, hair cut and treatment + the amazing massage at the end to start my week fresh and in full energy..Thanks girls luv you all ❤️

I went to inquire about haircut rates, the lady guided me inside and I spoke with the receptionist. She told me the price and said the other lady knows how to cut, even gave me a brochure for hairstyles, told her I wanted layers and she translated it to the lady who’s going to cut my hair. I should’ve seen the red flags, she started cutting my hair on a strange manner, something I’ve never encountered in my previous experiences of getting a layered haircut. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she may have a different style. But boy, was I wrong, completely wrong. She cut my hair way too short for my liking. And kept on hitting my face with her hand or fingers and not even acknowledging it. I felt very uncomfortable. Add that up to a very hot room, I think the ac is not working, and an incense burning within my arms reach. After cutting my hair, the receptionist lady blow dry my hair and styled it into curls, probably to hide the hideous and awful haircut the other lady did. I’ll never come back in this place again nor recommend it to anyone.

Went to get my lash extension done as my regular salon did not have any appointment slot and I had to travel. It looked so nice when she did the lash extension, but as soon as I came home a few hours later few lashes started dropping on it own ( I did not wash my face for 12 hrs after the extension) then the next day a few more and by the 3rd day all my extension had fallen off one by one. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your money on eyelash extensions in this salon. I cannot comment on anything else as I have not tried anything there. But I would never go back there again !!

Terrible place... Scaming customers.. No steam for moroccan bath..no water they use water from 5l bottles.. water baskets are everywhere.. They steam your whole body with face steamer. Never try this place... What a disgusting service ❌❌❌❌❌❌.

I got face facial and hair color application services but both were done very poorly. I got rashes all over my face and their facial worsen my overall skin texture. Hair color was applied very careless and the girl was painting my forehead and ears as well. Strongly not recommended.

The service is good but they should hire artist who know how to communicate with a customer. This is the second time that I have gone to the salon and been disrespected, the lady who did treading is teasing by saying oh you don’t want to spend more money and laughing around. I pay full amount for my service so why are you disrespecting me and talking money to me ?

I visit Bellamour once a 3 week for morroccan bath and its really good! My bathwoman is really kind, attentive and careful person. Girls-hairdressers are really attentive too. They give advices concerning hair treatment , hair styling(for my curly hair) and when its time to cut a little.

Charged me 50dhs for removal! And 150 for gelish toes, the work was absolutely messy, even stopped and didn’t want to continue with my hands! Definitely not worth the time or money!

There is no Hygiene at this place! Me and my friend both got sick after having a massage at this salon. Massage room was cold, cold oil and no even towels… staff is not trained for massage as well, they squeezed head so hard that I probably will have to go to the doctor! This is dangerous place for massage
