The worst gelish manicure Ive ever received in my many years of having gelish/shellac done. This has now happened to me twice now where I have got my gelish mani/pedi done and Ive had to come back to the salon 2-3 times after because the gelish would chip or peel off within 1-2 days of having it done. This time, I had to have a nail put on top of one of my nails that broke, and that nail started peeling off within a few days of me having it done. The worst part of it all is that there is no apology or compensation for this massive inconvenience. I am a working mother who barely gets any time to herself as it is, so for me to have to keep going back is a big deal to find the time in my busy schedule. But they behaved each time like its no big deal and that i should just come back to get it fixed, when it shouldnt have happened in the first place and worse, shouldnt be repeatedly happening! I live in the community so convenience was my only benefit, now Ive realised that its not even worth that! My friends have also experienced the same and they wont be coming back either.

Joseline is the best when it comes to pedicure and manicure, I love her sincere approach nice talk and professional job. If they have qualified persons working like this I will always come back happily.🥰

I loved a lot of my services at this placeI got a hair dyeArms and leg WaxManicure and pedicureAnd EyebrowsI would give all the services a 5star other than the mani/pediTheir nail polishes are empty and on the dry side and the pedicure was absolutely torture, I had to put my legs on the lady’s knees (and I’m not a slender person so that must not have been easy for her either) the way she kept pulling them to apply polish or do a general clean was absolute torture, I felt like my leg was going to break off. I think belle famme needs to upgrade their whole manicure/pedicure station coz it brought my whole mood down.All the women working were extremely professional I literally felt like a dolled queen coming out, will definitely go back again (lol but I’ll just skip the nail station)

Definitely 5 stars for Kalpi! If you want someone who will listen and work towards what you want to achieve for your eyebrows, she is the lady for you. She is gentle and precise in her work, lets you see what she is doing before going any further with the shaping. You dont get that type of attention these days. Shes also such a lovely lady and its a pleasure coming to see her at the salon. Highly recommend!

I have had my manicure and pedicure done by technician Nikka and Aiza every time. My facial waxing and threading always done by technician Kalpi. All three ladies are very professional, kind and very lovely to me always. They are the reason I always come here for my treatment regardless to where I travel.

My favorite place for a relaxing pampering session. Hands down best mani pedi by Nikka and Aida and amazing blowdrys. Michel does incredible massages. I have been going there for years and always happy with the service and quality of the treatments.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. i was scammed and paid for looking exactly the same.I booked to do fringe and hair trim online. But when I got to the salon, the hair dresser amine, refused to do what I wanted. She kept saying my hair won’t suit it and she said the hairstyle that I wanted needed an every day hair blowout .. which shouldn’t be her major concern because I’m fine with doing it.. I’m the one who will suffer not her.Then I asked to do multiple layers, she refused. I asked to do a V shape cut, she refused. So she ended doing my split end and didn’t touch the bangs area. But then at payment, I had to pay full price of a full haircut…. Rather than just hair trim or even just split ends.I don’t want any body else get scammed like this or be mistreated.

Whilst visiting her Daughter & new Granddaughter in Dubai my Fiancé had her nails manicured & finished with gel polish . She is absolutely over the moon with them . They are the best they’ve ever looked & now 2 weeks on still look amazing . Which is more than can be said when she’s had them Shellacked back in the UK

Made to wait twice without pior notice or explanation despite reaching on time for both appointments. Todays wait was over 45mins. I have been a regular customer for over a year and service is not what it used to be unfortunately.

Brought my 5 year old for a super simple straightforward haircut and the woman didn’t manage to cut it properly. Paid 105dhs for something I’ll have to fix at home.Even I told her the haircut needed to be fixed, I don’t trust bringing my daughter back cos she will end up with super short hair to fix the problem.

One of the worst if not the worst female salons in Dubai. Its managed by morons who just see how you look and decide what price they give. Brought my daughter who is 7 yrs for a blow dry which cost 50 dirham in other places but they charged me 200 Dirham. Everything is over priced and the quality is not that good either. Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere else.

Classic Eye Lashes Extension did not last for 8 days. From day 1 they started falling. Right after the appointment one eye looked ok and the other eye had messy lashes...I did not like it and would not recommend it.

Hello, I am a regular customer in the Arabian Ranches branch. There is misbehavior from the older Iranian madam and her daughter Sahar. There is negative energy present in the store. They do not greet or say hello to the point that I hated going there.
