Najats expertise and talent as a hairdresser are truly exceptional. She listened attentively to my desires and concerns regarding my hair, and she delivered beyond my expectations. Najat demonstrated a deep understanding of different hair types, styles, and trends, allowing her to suggest the perfect cut, color, and styling options for me.

Very disappointing experience not only with the product itself but also with the customer service. I had manicure& pedicure week ago. First of all, 2 ladies were supposed to work together so the service is swift, yet they didn’t have second nail polish so they had to wait for the manicure to be done. Then a third lady came to change the previous for no reason. I have advised them prior the session that my skin is quite fragile, therefore to be carful will then filing and cutting. I have been cut several times, bleeding although I kept asking them to be cautious. I asked for the matte finish which worn out on one toe completely after just one day. In 4 days the nails started to chip which should not be the case. I have been traveling so called in the salon the day I came back to share the experience. I have been simply told that I am calling after 10 days and therefore tough luck. I do not encourage you to use this salon. Very poor service from the beginning to the end.

I have been a customer of Belle Femme for a number of years and use 3 really good professionals, Donna, Sandra and Najat (dont use any other salon) - no complaints at all about them however in more recent months the screw ups with the hair appointments by reception have become a fortnightly thing. Turn up on time for my booked in advance appointment to realise they have taken walk ins despite knowing customers have appointment - on one occasion there were 3 people ahead of me waiting which would have meant a 1 hour wait at least after they had called me as I leaving to go there to delay by 30 minutes - why not delay the appointment by 1.30 minutes if that was what it was going to be ? I tried to book my Xmas & New Years Eve appointment a few days ago and was told they have no schedule for those dates which is totally ridiculous that the Manager hasnt advised what the timings are so that loyal customers can book their preferred times, very badly organised and managed, actually very rarely see the Manager. I pushed back and after an exchange of various whatsapp I got my two appointments with the proviso that I should be patient as they will take walk ins (34 whatsapp messages back and forth my patience was seriously stretched) . I was so incensed that they cannot seem to understand a booking is a booking and the walk in should wait not the booked appointment that I asked Apple the receptionist I was dealing with to forward a whatsapp to Prem the Manager which was a complaint and asked for Prem to call me. Zero response from Prem and my message was sent to her on Saturday. Salon is not managed at all and no value from Prem on customer experience. I will still use Donna for my nails and waxing however for Sandra and Najat I will also use other hair salons as well as them, as despite me loving their work and the issues are not with them , the experience in booking appointments is very stressful not what going to a salon is about. There are many other issues that have gone on over the last few months but really too many to list.

Very nice ladies salon, all clean, for manicure and pedicure they have a comfortable space and they work very well.About the hair dresser, the morroco lady js amazing! For the last two years she’s making my hair and I can’t trust anyone after her.

Had a wonderful experience as usual. Najat is wonderful and is a magician with hair. Always leave the place feeling like a princess.Mercy does the most awesome manicure and pedicure.

I booked with hyde at 3 pm, I went to the salon i’ve been waiting for someone to come and do my manicure for 1 hour while I’m doing my pedicure. I made an appointment with a different girl and then ( Michel ) changed my appointment with hyde without asking or telling me and this is unprofessional at all I left the salon without doing my manicure. I am so disappointed with them because i am a regular customer i have been there a dozen times.

Booked an appointment on fresha 15min before the start — the fastest waxing experience Ive ever had! & mostly painless. Rehana is a master to go to. In less than an hour we did full brazilian, underarms, & full legs!The price was inflated though: apparently, she used special wax for some parts, so I paid 20 aed more.Overall, nice, fast & smooth experience.

I booked an appointment 2 days ago for eid morning for a simple blow dry. I needed to be done and out by 12 and the only appt offered to me was 11. I told them thanks but I will look elsewhere for an earlier appointment. The lady on the phone told me ‘no madam come by 10:50 someone will wash and by 11 we will start your hair with Sandra and 11:40 you will be done’. I asked again ‘ are you sure because I desperately need to be outside in the car by 12”• ‘yes madam don’t worry I book for you at 11’. Fine - I show up at 10:45 the morning of my appt and I’m told , at the reception ‘Miss your appt was at 10’. I was shocked and said ‘If it was at 10 that would be have been perfect but I was told 11’. Then they said oh- because of eid we changed Sandra’s time and she started at 10. Then I ask “why wasn’t I informed or called to let me know you pushed my appt up? ‘ ‘ oh madam sorry’.Then I’m told Sandra has three clients ahead of me but have a seat and a junior stylist can do my hair and I will be on time to leave . At this point I’m desperate/ I agree. Here I am I have to leave in 10 mins waiting for someone , sat here with wet hair .I’m so disappointed at the lack of communication and then no one takes any of the responsibility. I won’t be using Belle femme again - this has happened too many times .

I am highly disappointed with the service. i went in after talking to them through instagram and Whatsapp messages. I wanted to get belayage color, and they said they can do it, and ended up doing thick highlights on my hair. that too several shades lighter than i asked for (showing pictures).At the end my hair looked yellow and the hair colorist knew she made mistake thats why she dried only a part of my hair and said look in your hair its looking too light as if thats my fault, and then she took more toner and added to my hair for 10 minutes and it made not much difference.At the end she told me that its not blended yet, but the more you will wash the more it will be blended. The color looked awful, huge stripes of yellow hair, but by that time i was tired and knew nothing would be done so i left.i also had asked to get keratase fusio dose done. and they claimed that they did but i saw nothing or felt no difference.And i would say i paid for the stylist to play with my hair. I regret chosing this salon.

Jannat & Sandra are absolutely fantastic for hair. Cant recommend them enough. Apple at the reception is a delight. The ladies at Belle Femme go out of the way to make your experience a relaxing one.

Pedicure and manicure were done very well, however we’ve had an upsetting moment with the receptionist, who first confirmed my friend’s booking with one of the masters few days before, but on the day of the appointment said there was a mistake(booked her with someone else). My friend got disappointed and left, asking to rebook her with her master for the next day. Also later that day i tried making a booking for hair via whatsapp, the same receptionist replied with hello, and then just ignored me for the rest of the day. Im sure it wasn’t that hard to give a reply, no matter of what the availability/circumstances were, we couldnt plan out our day waiting for replies

One of the best salons in Dubai. Very friendly staff and the ladies are extremely kind as well as experienced. I got a blow out done & it was fabulous! 10/10 would recommend

I went to the JBR branch and had the worst experience ever! I got my hair cut by this person called Soniya. She cut my hair well and then asked me if she could blow dry my hair. She must have spent maximum 5 minutes on my hair drying it. When I came out to pay the bill, she had charged me 200 AED extra for the 5 minute blow dry. When I tried talking to her about it, she was rude and started yelling. It was the most ridiculous thing ever! She had no sense to talk to a customer. I spoke to the Manager, Ms. Prem and she tells me to wet my hair and walk out of the salon if I dont want to pay for the 5 minute blowdry! Ridiculous. Never going back there.

I have been a regular client of the JBR Branch for a decade now. The staff are sweet and knowledgeable and they probably vide me with what I really want. Najat is my hear specialist is my favorite hair dresser. If you are looking for hair consultation for treatment or coloring, don’t ask for anyone else but Najat.For nails, my favorite specialists are Dona and Lily.Thx

Had to look for a new salon for bikini wax as the girl I used to go to left town. Stubbled across Belle Femme and really glad I did. Hard lycon wax bikini wax with Donna was an absolutely painless experience. Definitely will recommend to all my girlfriends.

Love this place for their amazing service and their hair stylist najat who is expert in hair colouring and cut. Love her cut and hair colouring. Ambience is good and friendly staff.

Worst place to go to for extensions. Staff is unqualified and lack an understanding of extensions needs. Do not go here if you’re looking to get them done. Waste of money.
