I would come back to this welcoming place every single time I visit Dubai. Totally love the relaxing vibes in the salon. Irina is a gem at what she does for living. She is truly an artist with nails! Fatima is excellent for morrocan hamam. She is highly experienced at what she does.They might be slightly higher than other salons in pricing, but it definitely is worth every single penny.Parking is recommended behind the salon, as it gets pretty busy specially on weekends

Great salon. Both the hairstylists najat and Salem are fabulous. You can totally trust their advice and hair craft. The nail specialists are good as well and super convenient parking 😀

It was my first time visiting this salon, and Nina was amazing. She understood exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and made me look and feel so good. Definitely going to visit her again from now on. Worth it!

It’s the best saloon as in services and dealing with customers. The environment is very friendly and always on time .The hairdressers are great specially Lina , very professional, accurate, and give great advice for the hair treatment . Satoona is great , I don’t think twice when I need to wax . For the appointments, we have to book before one day because it will be hard to come as a walk in due to full list of customers.

I have been with the salon more than 20 years now .. I have tried all the hair dressers to do my blow dry, color all, cut & treatments all of the ladies are good .. but no one understands my hair requirements and give it the great looks like Lina ❤️ .. Lina is an amazing hairdresser, so professional & so good .. she is the only one who do my hair and stays for almost 10 days the same .. Thank you dear Lina you are amazing 🤩🙏❤️

The manicurists are very good and they have many color options from Essie. (Didn’t notice other nail-polish brands but Essie is pretty good). The hair is a hit or miss to be honest. There have been times where I’ve loved how they did my hair and other times where I hated it. Not all the hairstylists are the same expertise level and they don’t tell you that when you’re booking an appointment, so you might get an appointment with a lady who isn’t a great hairstylist but you would still be paying the same price. Also, the expert ones sometimes get it nice and sometimes not, and I’m not sure if it’s depending on their mood or how busy they are because there have been times when I’ve done with the same hairstylist more than once but sometimes she seems more in a rush or just not in the mood and doesn’t do a great job. Other times I can tell that she is more excited and wants to do a good job and I can really tell the difference.

NINA is the reason i am a regular at this salon. She does the best blowouts, best hair dos, best waves ... all things hair related. I tried the other hairstylists & i was never as satisfied as i am with NINA. Thanks!

I asked to cut my hair at a certain length, the hairdresser ended up cutting it waaaay too short. I had also asked for curtain bangs which I’ve had many many times at several salons, she ended up taking a HUGE portion of my hair for the bangs now they loook too goofy and weird. Differently not experts nor are they knowledgable enough

They dont treat new comers as the way they treat their usual or loyal customers. In addition, their hairstylist messed up my hair and did the exact opposite of what I asked her to do with no courtesy or friendly behavior. Very bad experience and wont come back ever again! Also, prices doesnt meet expectations and requirements.

Sandra is a dedicated hair stylist and consultant. I have been going there for more then 10yrs for hair manicure and pedicure.Very clean and wonderful staff.

Used to really like this salon, but I book appointments for a reason.hair dresser was half an hour late to my appointment and she kept on bouncing back to forth between me and other clients. took two hours for the process of washing my very short hair and straightening it.other staff are very friendly, it’s just the hairdressers. not sure if it’s the hair dresser’s problem or that it’s a a problem with scheduling appointments. but i’m pretty sure that my very short hair does not need this much time.

I’ve been to the one in JBR for my hair cuts. Sandra or Nejat usually do my hair. Amazing work. Unfortunately they weren’t there so I decided to go to the in Jumeirah. I was appalled by the hair cut I received. I will not name the hairdresser but I don’t know what her qualifications were because this is the choppiest ‘steps’ or ‘layered’ hairstyle I’ve ever had. I met a few of my friends after my hair cut and everyone said it looked terrible. I have very thick and long hair, it literally took her 10-15 minutes to cut my hair. Will never go back there again.Don’t know about their other services but do yourself a favor and don’t get a haircut there.

Worst experience ever, I asked for highlights and ended up with stripy looking highlights and over bleached hair. I left the salon with extremely damaged hair. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone especially for hair coloring, I came in expecting a certain look and ended up leaving disappointed and with damaged hair.

I booked for short bb creme, because that’s what i book for in every salon to do my roots, only, and with them also.Nuzha went on about whats right and wrong, noting that she came 15 minutes late on my appointment, too commercial or too lazy?

Great for highlighting the hair ...terrible haircut...please dont ruin the hair if you have no clue what are you doing... A simple request for a bang as left me with a disasters haircut that makes me feel and look terrible ...Highly disappointed... It will be great if the stylists actually listen to the client and not do a rush cut...I have been a loyal customer however I dont want to disappoint myself anymore

The worst place to get your nails done. After a full set for 330 dirhams, one nail cracked and broke on the 4th day and 2 more on the 6th day. After calling them to repair my nails, they stated their policy was that you have to report your nails broken on the 3rd day. So their nails have a 3 day warranty. Never using this place again.

Charger 1000 for hair coloring thought my hair is lower a bit then my shoulder .. with no highlights or low lights .. found it expensive:| specially I was asking all the time to give me a a quote on how much approx it will cost me but got a reply of this depends on how many times they need to put a color for me .. felt my hair was burned and it was straight but now its Buffy:)

Staff only want a nice tip.. as some customers cant give a tip .. its embracing they follow you around the saloon ... if is this way their salaries might not be enough for them ... i am not sure if i would visit them again just because i cant give a nice tip
