This salon is one of the best salons in Dubai. Almost every week, Im here either for beard shave, Haircut or feet and hand care services.If you are looking for a hairstyle or cut go to Shady without a doubt. A haircut followed by a head massage will make your day.For the other services related to your foot and hand go to Ghada or Chinara.And of course Apple will greet your with a nice smile and will make sure you get the right service.

I been going here for one year and since they changed the staff the service has become terrible. I am very disappointed with the way management solves issues with loyal customers and every time I do my hair here they don’t wash properly or leave shampoo in my hair. Really sad, they used to have good staff and now service is horrible and also their attitude towards me very condescending and rude. I do not recommend and I will never step foot in this salon again. Horrible staff and horrible service and overall experience!

I live in SLS and one of the best amenities in this building is the salon. Ahmad who cuts my hair each week provides the best quality I’ve experienced both in Dubai and the UK. I rightfully now refer to him as the Fade King of Dubai, you won’t be disappointed.

Chinara is the best nail specialist . Finally I can get my nails done at SLS and not go to another salon, which saves me a lot of time. I’m very picky when it comes to manicure, and Chinara makes THE BEST nail shape as I want (sharp square) . Also, she does a Russian manicure/pedicure which means that she cuts the cuticle brilliantly , which looks very neat and perfect .

After a horrid haircut from a Salon in Dubai, I went to Belle Femme to assess whatever they could do to re-style my hair. I felt the manager Mrs Prima instantly understood me. She advised to meet Saeed from Belle Femme SLS Hotel for an assessment.On the day of the appointment, and just within an hour, I went from the worst hairstyle of my life to the best. Literally. For anonymity reasons, I will not post the pictures but that was a wonderful transformation.Both Prima and Saeed have been nothing short of exceptional, from a professional and human angle. They went above and beyond to make me feel confident again. That is the best customer service I ever had in Dubai for the past few years, all industries overall. I will definitely go back!Heartfelt thanks to Prima and Saeed, wishing you continued success.
