I only wanted light strands that are not too different from my blonde hair. Im out as a squirrel. As a hairdresser you have to have an eye for it and not combine dark brown with light blonde. It was not properly blended and when I addressed that I was told that it would be better with the washing because the paint goes out but why do I go to the hairdresser and pay money? Not so I can wash it out and then have my desired result

Absolutely amazing experience at Belle Femme with Nezha and Nancy!!!! They did a fantastic job with my friend, friend’s daughter, daughter’s hair and they were soooo fast because we had a time crunch!!! Must visit this salon for the best hair salon experience ever!!! We will be coming back!!!

My favorite salon in Business Bay 🩵The receptionists are always welcoming and do their best to fit my appointment in, even when I call on short notice 😅As for the hair services, Neziha creates amazing hairstyle designs and is so lovely. I came for my haircut and nail extensions. All staff were very friendly and polite. Nice and clean environment they provided me tea also. They cut my hair very perfectly which I love the most. I appreciate for their hard work.But, on the other side. I told them lots of time that I want nail extensions not acrylic. Before start and after started also I told nail extensions, nail extensions but, they did acrylic and they charged me. which is not my demand. They didn’t understand what customer is saying.I appreciate their hard work they did great but they made me disappointed.

I always go to this branch and its a nice salon. I always go to nezha shes so perfect and will take care of me and accommodate me right away. And Nancy for wash. I always go home with a perfect color cut and blow dry and Amazon treatment. Always happy going out.

Very disappointed with my experience at Belle Femme. My sisters and I went for a blow-out. When we were ready to go, we were told it would be a lot more than the price advertised on the website. We were told that because the stylist used a special technique when drying our hair, it was an extra cost. We did not ask for any extra services, and we were not happy with this lack of transparency - we certainly felt taken advantage of. The blowout cost was wayyy more than it should have been. Be sure to confirm the price with the salon before hand or they may up-charge you.

I love the massage with Mildrid. She is so good with her work and really helped me with my back and neck problems.

Seen tonight 27th of June at 8 PM. The salon allowing one of their clients to leave her dog tied outside in this HEAT WITH NO WATER while she does her nails. Spoke to the receptionist, very unprofessional lady who kept laughing. How does your salon allow this animal abuse??? You should refuse the service of the client or not allow her to tie her dog to your door. Gives your salon and staff a VERY BAD NAME. SHAME! Not to mention that this type of breed (Chow chow) is banned from being in the UAE.

Horrible experience, I went for a short hair cut eventually what I got is an uneven cut. The whole cut was done in less than 5 minutes and now my hair is ruined. The stylist was incompetent and eventually I need to wait for minimum of 2 months for my hair to grow so it can be fixed. The length of the hair surrounding my face is taller than that on the back of my head. I wanted a simple basic square short cut but the outcome is a mess. Not recommended at all

They randomly increase thier prices with no notice and try to charge you double the price. At least inform your returning customers when they book that the price has doubled. Very unprofessional. Another time I went for acrylic manicure and the manicurist refused to do it because my nails were too thin… it seemed to me that she just wanted to end her shift early that day as I was the last appointment of the night

Came upon this place by chance and it became my favorite spot for nails. It has this quiet, calm, cozy atmosphere and the girls were always super nice. Then I discovered one of the hair stylists is amazing and understands my hair (thats a rare find). Ill always go back there if I return to Dubai.

This salon looks very nice but the beauticians aren’t professionals at all. I went there for manicure and pedicure. She cleaned my nails quite nicely but didn’t know how to do the gel properly and each hand looked different. I got cut badly during pedicure. Before I left the salon I told the receptionist what happened and she was laughing and all she said was if she cut me on purpose. Highly unprofessional and would never go there again.

Some manicures are great, others not so much, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, you can buy kerastase items at a very good price, and all your spending there can be converted into skywards points.

I visited the salon last year to color my hair with Ede... She is professional and knows what she does... I stayed with my color for almost a year and the amount of compliments on my hair was enormous... What I dont really like is just the overpriced services and products.. Other than that I was happy and fine...Always ask about ede she si amazing and patient enough and above all very honest and she wont do something that might damage your hair... I love her

The place is good but Big Warning about “Rabeaa” the Morracon hair dresser , she is unprofessional and she destroyed my hair by her color and lowlight the first time I also give her a second chance to fix she destroyed it more and then instead of apologizing she rais her Voic on me and she used insulting words ... the worst attitudeThe worst Rudness I ever had and Also I used to be regular client.I expected more respect or apology from there management though the manager apologized to me by phone... Any way Such rude person should not be in a beauty lounge.. so frustrated.
