Went here on Sunday afternoon, kinda lucky cuz no queue. The ladies are friendly, even offered me tea or coffee drinks. I enjoyed my time here and the service was excellent. I had first visited this place last month to get a hair cut for my 7 year old. Really liked how the haircut turned out and how gentle the lady was with my daughter. So decided to visit them again for getting my highlights. The highlights was done by Ms.Marium( the owner) and it turned out beautifully. She also helped me to suggest the right color for my skin and explained how to maintain my hair after coloring. Had a fantastic experience with Bellisima both the times. Highly recommended.

Absolutely thrilled that Ive finally found a great quality salon in the DG area after more than 2 years searching for one that offers great service without exhorbitant prices for services and doesnt require booking weeks ahead. Just happened upon the place quite by accident surprisingly despite the salon being in a very prominent location in Discovery Gardens. Had to walk in on a Saturday morning asking if I could get a hair colour done that was long overdue. The lady at the front desk, Ms Shweta was so warm and welcoming and immediately called in their hair tech, Ms Tyba for an opinion on the kind Im going to need. She took over the case and did an amazing job, asking all the initial questions and then suggesting the type and colour based on my choice. Another check for the salon!😁In all it took about 1.5 hrs to complete the hair colour and threading (which was also a breeze in Tybas hands despite my eye brows not having been touched in almost 6 months!!). The total bill still came short of 400 including a small tip that I put in, to say Thanks to Ms Tyba. Ill definitely be going back again soon to try out their facial treatments and such but Im so glad I have a one-stop place now for all my requirements. Thanks again!

Found this place through Google and was quiet skeptical of their high Google rating, but they absolutely did not disappoint.Service was excellent at every stage, the lady at the counter was very responsive, I was greeted with a smile and she answered my questions patiently.Lyla did my root touch up and hair ironing, and Jyothi did my Brazilian wax. Both the ladies were very professional,were not extra chatty and inquisitive but answered questions if I had any and were very good at what they do. The Brazilian wax was so quick and she was so thorough and made sure she didnt miss any spots. The staff were also very attentive to my needs at all times and I was even offered tea/coffee.To top it all, the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other salons in the area.Im happy to say Ive found my one-stop salon for all my beauty needs :)The only suggestion Id make would be to use a heat protectant spray before ironing, especially for people with textured hair such as myself.

I’ve booked a classic mani and pedi at this salon, and by far, this is the worst mani and pedi service I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. As you can see in the photos, my finger nails are not looking nice at all and I got multiple cuts, I did not include my pedicure photos but it’s also not properly cleaned. I had to get my nails cleaned for almost 90mins, it would’ve been more than that had I not told the lady to finish in 10mins. and I did not put any colors bc I changed my mind since it is not properly cleaned. I will never go back here.

I recently visited BELLISSIMA for hydrafacial and had such an amazing experience with the staff and the owner herself that I booked an appointment next day for my hair consultation and highlights. The owner analyzed my hair and suggested to only go for the highlights. They are knowledgeable, friendly and won’t suggest any service just to mint money.My search for a regular salon ends with them. Reply to owner:Below the owner has the audacity to reply to me with wrong information. Your parlor will be cursed if during Ramadan youre lying. The lady who did my nails was the one to take my bag and keep it when she took me for hairwash. Second being a parlor in Dubai you should have the brains to keep a proper dryer during the nail service. I have attached the picture that I wanted and what she did for me! I repeat DO NOT LIE AND CHEAT PEOPLE. When the lady was doing it I told her as well, do not use the curler do it with blow dryer only. She kept doing it. I should add the lady doing blow dry mentioned that after 1 hour the curls will go, what curling is this if its going to go and I paid for it??? Absolutely disappointed and the way the owner is replying, you should be ashamed.First comment posted:Wasted money! I think the ladies think getting a wavy blow dry is rocket science. I showed the lady the picture as well of what I wanted to get and she pulled out a curling iron and ruined my hair, midway I told her too that she shouldnt be doing it with that and still continued. I Wasted my money because Im just going to wash my hair and do it myself. Pls do not go here. As well the nails - the picture is just after 30 mins of getting back home, mind you I have sat there blowdryin and washing my hair for more than 45 mins! Highly unacceptable.

I personally like this salon as I feel its clean. I usually get my haircut done here and I love it. ❤. I have been visiting this saloon , since we moved to discovery gardens. This is the only place which I personally prefer. The current staff is very friendly and they entertain people without an appointment ( as a new mom, I am happy about this). Maryam( probably is the owner) is very good and treats her staff well. Overall a nice experience. I will be your loyal customer until I am here or around the vicinity.I was moved by the approach I had with them recently. I am impressed that they give attention to all their customers.

I left the salon feeling cheated and deeply disappointed as a consumer. The promised hair color transformation turned into a two-tone result, and my expectations were not met. The most disheartening part was the way I was treated when expressing my concerns.Instead of addressing the issue with understanding, the owner, Marium, responded with yelling and hostility for no apparent reason. This lack of professionalism and customer care only added to my disappointment. As a consumer, I believe in fair and respectful treatment, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. Its disheartening when a business fails to uphold the trust and satisfaction of its customers.

Bellisima is 1of the best parlours i knw. I heard it’s very expensive so I used to avoid bt it’s as reasonable as the other parlors,they charged 90dh for my daughter’s haircut whereas other charges 120dh.I had haircut too along with hair color, I m very happy with both.Thank u Marium maam😘

I am visiting here since last 2years and all the times I like the services. But today the makeup given by the owner made me to write this review. A really best experience with them everytime. First time tried nails extensions with Tanvi. Really like the services.Must vistable experience.

The salon is very good. Ms. Mariam was very kind and professional. She did an amazing job with my hair. Loved her work. Overall very happy with the service. Staff are very polite .

It was such a wonderful experience at Bellissima today and always . The services are so tailor-made and good. They suggest the right treatments and do it with so much of care . Especially ANU is so skilled and good at diagnosing and suggesting the right treatments, JOTHI has magical fingers for facial , FABI is so skilled at pedi and MARY has wonderful haircut skills. Will surely come again and will recommend to friends.

Wonderful experience at Belissima for all the services. Mariam (the owner) was excellent with facial and all other beauticians were very good at their services including waxing, hairspa, manicure and pedicure . The facial especially was very relaxing and refreshing. Everyone at the salon was warm and friendly and I would definitely recommend Belissima for all the beauty services for their quality and environment.

We recently moved to Dubai Furjan and went to all saloons nearby. Finally, I became a regular customer at Bellissima. The staff are professional with friendly behaviour. Maryam- owner of saloon takes special care when and where required. She herself did makeup services and hairstyling which all of my friends and relatives were very impressed. Though its little over priced when compared to nearby saloon but there service is not comparable . Excellent service and staff...highly recommend.

I visited this salon with no hopes as my hairs are too dark no colour will work and I wanted to have crazy electric blue colour hairStaff assured me to try best for that they bleach my few strands to see if they can get the desired type..but failed as my hair is too dark to get bleached. If i would have gone to any other salon I am sure they would have sale me anything and take my moneyBut staff and owner MARIAM here at bellissima they stopped me from wasting my money for the unpleasant results...am so glad and grateful that they value and respect hard earn money.Yes I went back home that night with disappointment for not having that electric blue color.Next day I contacted them again for hair tensile with glitter..they welcomed me again that evening and tried to fix tensile but my slippery hair was not holding any of it..There was this girl FABI who came up vt idea of braiding with glitter and it seemed to work..and then all this wonderful girls joined her to make braiding for me..SHASHI...SHWETA..ANU...LYN all are so wonderful they know customer satisfaction is mandatory and most prior for them..all of them are so hard working and so kind..LOOKING FORWARD TO VISIT THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
