Worst! they will tell you like price is 250 aed but when you reach salon it will be 300 or 350 aed. I had my hair rebond, after they said no wash for 3 days. on the 4th day, I noticed that my hair went back to its old state and wavy. I am not sure if their products are good.

Only bait offers to attract customers. Those who giving flyers outside never will tell the truth. When you avail their offers, you will be scammed! DONT BELIEVE THEM! Never again!

One of the worst salon they have. The staff is very unprofessional and impolite. All products used aren’t as per the standards. On top of that they promise something and then they don’t give the service promised

I am writing my review after 6 months of doing Brazilian Keratin hair treatment here.Lisa did an excellent job.Still the effect is good although not exactly the same.Very patiently she did every step.Reasonable cost.But i dont understand that every alternate day i required hair wash because my hair used to turn sticky. People thought I oiled my hair. Hence i had to shampoo it 4 times a week which was not recommended.

I am tourist who came to Dubai on visit I cam to this parlour to take some of the services like hydra facial , waxing , hair colour ,pedicure.When we visited the parlour we were quite happy with service and cleanliness.Me and my sister also coloured out hair with golden brown for one and violet brown.Within 2 weeks of colouring our hair we saw the colour shading away and coming out in wash. The shine and color was reduce for both of usWhen we went to the parlour to consult again the manager was not willing to listen and was very rude. She was not even willing to even have a look at our hairs.She simply said colour will go in every wash and this was not told to us while we were availing the service.This my experience as a tourist. I am very upset with the experience amd wouldnt recommend the parlour to anyone.

I was attended by Lucky and she is very nice. BUT, Not place-friendly if you are with your boyfriend, brother, husband or any male companion because they will just send you in a secluded place inside at the back of the salon. Ive been their customer in their other branch and in there they are very accommodating. And for the 1st time ever, I was charged with VAT for a service. And the Lady at the Reception seems like not convinced that I was charged ONLY for a certain amount then she just added VAT. I dont know if its a regular thing to charge VAT or whatnot but just a week ago to a different salon nearby, We did our hair colors and was not charged with a single dirham VAT. JUST SAYING.

They just call people from the road and force them to take service and take double money. Its fake and very pathetic

Good service , i got my root touchup and pedicure. Satisfied 👍
