Belo Plus Ladies Saloon

My hair was a little wavy before but healthy then I came in this salon 2 weeks ago for a keratin treatment. Instead of making it good and straight this salon just ruined my hair and made it short! Im so pissed off because it will take years to grow my hair that long and the Chinese lady just damaged it. They are not shy for receiving my payment even if they dont deserve to get paid!

Very Bad service. Ladies here were trying to avoid doing anything. Later on one lady told me that some customers leave aed 50 tips to us. In all it was not just the service was not good but the attitude of ladies was also very bad. There are many salons offer aed 100 services. They are much better than this salon.

After finishing when I came to pay, they took additional 5 dhs as a tax for card payment, when I asked the receptionist why additional 5 dhs for 30 dhs service, and why no one informed me before, she talked aggressively and started to shout at meIt’s in Salah aldin branch

It was so bad experience. First, the one who did my nails - No experience at all. I can see her how shes holding the nipper or any cleaning tools. My nails was out of shape. Not clean really disaster. Even my nails was little bit cut in the side she doesnt care to trimmed it😕. Second, when she did my hair blow dry. She doesnt even comb my hair. She just turned on the hair dryer and just point to my hair. ( Hair blow dry??? ) I dont how this hair blow dry means to them. This was really worst experience I had. It was my first time to come and it was recommended by my colleagues but worst nightmare. If you offer promotion and end up not doing well better no promotion than you giving a not worth to come back. I was really disappointed.

Terrible!!! The manager and some of the Chinese staff are ridiculous. They dont even know how to treat their customers. They made me pay more promising to use better quality products and improve the texture of my hair when I visited the salon for kera-rebonding. Everything seemed fine until I washed my hair 3 days later. My hair didnt get better. It got worse. I cant even leave my hair loose now. The worst salon Ive ever been to.

Terrible!!!They totally damage my hair, they call everything they put on hair medicine but its very harmful cheap cemicals , after they finish I found half of my hair in the floor everything was so painfull, and my hair after the keratin become much worst they took 300 AED AED from me for nothing and now I am losing my hair no one can imagine ,The manager and some of the Chinese staff are ridiculous. They dont even know how to treat their the customer they dont speak English even. The worst salon Ive ever been to and if you want to damage or lose you hair go there.

They did not inform me that card payments have extra charge, and charged 5 dhs extra without consent, refused to pay the 5 AED back or give another service next time, do not come to this salon ever. The staff is unapologetic and will blame you, they have no manners whatsoever

So unprofessional. They made mistake but instead of owning up to it they would rather gossip and badmouth their own customers.Secondly, they rush the service like foot spa, manicure and pedicure - our feet and our nails are bruised and battered.

Worst nails salon in Dubai! most of the staff is unprofessional and even rude 🤨… Save your money and energy… Avoid this place at any cost… You can do your nails much better by yourself… Cherry on top was the cut that she did on my finger (with dirty equipment!)

Plz never go there worst service and staff is telling lies

It was my first time visiting this saloon and trust me dont even go there.. The lady who cuts my hair is the worst! And instead of apologizing she will talk back on you.. I will not recommend this place to anyone and this will definitely my first and last visit..

Done with kera-rebond with them 2 weeks ago, I forgot the name of the chinese tall-guy who made my hair, tho. I havent read the reviews here until today when I thought of giving mine, so far, my experience with them (Belo Plus Salon) was just perfect, I think the guy who made my hair is an expert of doing the kera-rebond so I had no regret at all, he knows what he was doing and the result is awesome! Until Next time... Recommended

I go there two days ago for my eyelashes extension retouch only but the eyelashes they put it’s gone one by one .Not good quality and waisting money .I will not come back there again anymore

I and my mom just visited them 2 days back and did keratin rebonding.. They were rushing to do that and it was very painful each time when they pull my hair(most of my hair were cut by stucking on the sides of the straightner)...and for my mom they were just pulling the hair during the wash and she shouted at them of pain... They kept doing the same as a kind of anger...The staffs over there are very rude and very unproffessionals.. They doesnt even care our pain... They both(a guy handling my hair and the lady handling my moms hair)kept speaking each other in their language which was really irritating to hear even though we dont understand... But we understand something from their action.. They are speaking back of us🤬🤬..Omg i just wasted all my time there of no use.. After 2 days of my hair wash it resulted that it was the same hair which i had previously.... After the so called treatment i asked them to do the layer cut and they were just thinking what is that and to just do something as we asked they did something on my hair.... They charged both of us Aed 550😡😡..Never felt any difference and on all the above they told that they provide 1 year warranty....i dont even like to go there once again in my life but just wanted to go there today and shout at them for ruining my hair infront of all their poor customers who visit today... Let them also be aware of this and let them not waste their money there... To the persons seeing this review please dont waste your money here.. Its my kind request...🙏🙏Waste of money and our precious time..

Chen is the guy taking care of my hair. He knows what haircut I want. He always smiles. He is by far the best among all haircutters whom Ive tried in Dubai.

Shame in the service and welcome.. there not listening what we want. There doing promotions but once we visit there giving different price. The owner very bad attitude. Our first visit need to be nice welcome but hell dont no how to talk with clients. Not suggesting to anybody to go over here.. 👎🏻

BELO SALOON IS THE WORST SALOON HERE IN DUBAI! FIRST EXPERIENCE IS FROM THE STAFF WHO DID THE FULL BODY WAX! I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY SHE DID THE WAX TO ME. I HAD BODY PAIN AFTER THE WAX AND I GOT ALLERGY FROM THE WAX SHE USED!!! I KEPT QUIET THIS TIME. BUT ON MY SECOND TIME ITS JUST 3 DAYS BACK I DID PEDICURE AND NOW IAM SUFFERING FROM MURDERED TOENAIL IN BOTH FEET!!! ITS A VERY RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE!!!! AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLS DONT COME TO THIS SALOON!!!!!!!

It was very bad experience. The service not good. They did hair rebonding but my hair its become more dry and not totally straight .

To Belo Alriga branch.. I suffered my toes got murdered . when they pulled my dried skin and bleed now it’s swollen..I don’t like anymore..very bad experience 😢

Im very disappointed!!! I dont recommend this salon.. the staff is very unprofessional (as in I dont know how to paint nail polish, I hope I did it 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️) and the room is t clean.. theres a lot of cockroaches .. I will never go back there again !!!!!
