I got a manicure at this salon last night, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.Within hours of getting my nails done, the polish started cracking and peeling off. By the next morning, it looked like I hadn’t even gotten a manicure. I’ve never had polish fail this quickly, even with cheaper products.When I send picture to salon to explain what happened, the staff’s response was incredibly funny and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, the person I spoke to laughed and brushed it off. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when a paying customer is dissatisfied.I regret coming to this salon and won’t be returning. If you’re looking for professionalism and a long-lasting manicure, I recommend going elsewhere.

I had extremely good experience with this Salon, Latha who did my eyebrow was really sweet and my eyebrow was done in like 3mins, she was amazing!!!!! She used mix of waxing and threading which made it soooo painless!!! Loved it! Highly recommend.Neelam who did my pedicure was also very professional, unlike other saloon where pedicure is done in like no time, she took her time perfecting whatever she was doing.Over all I recommend. Really sweet people and they know what they are doing ❤️

The most pathetic experience I’ve had. My first time in Dubai I visit a salon and received the utmost disgusting behaviour from the old lady working. She told me 10aed for upper lips earlier and today she’s asking for 20 as for what she’s claiming without informing she did upper lower lip and they are separate charges. The way she talks is very disrespectful. The black whole moment was when on the first day she was talking ill about my home town. She said my Kolkata, India my home town is a land of black magic. Who says such rubbish to the customers? Pathetic behaviour. This place is NO GO because of this particular woman.

Amazing salon and an even amazing team. Ive done keratin and the results are amazing. They are very good with all services from head to toes. Must try them out. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this salon for 4 years and it’s my go to. I always get my waxing and mani pedi done here.Lata and Manita are amazing. The waxing is done very quickly and it’s painless. I’ve been to other salons but I find this one the best.

I recently visited this salon and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The lady who attended to me was very disrespectful, blunt and did not know how to talk to customers at all. I was extremely disappointed by the level of service provided and felt like my needs were not taken seriously.It was a frustrating experience to say the least, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for good customer service. The lack of professionalism and respect shown to customers is simply unacceptable.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service in the future. Until then, I will not be returning nor recommending their services to anyone.

All ladies using mobile they told me to come June 8 for haircut. Useless staff it’s unbelievable they said they don’t know how to cut curtain bangs. Such a waste of my time.

They lack customer service. They charged me twice for a single hair cut as I didn’t like it the first time and went again the very next morning to get it fixed. The salon manager made me pay again to fix the hair cut she didn’t do it properly the first time. Worst experience.

The worst salon any Indian can go. No flexibility on payments or services. They change rates from 0-100 and mention after the services are done. Specially the main lady manager behaves really rude. But if you are an arab or a non indian you will be treated with a FREE Head massage, FREE Mask, Extra care on blow dry. Sad to see such people who don’t care about their customers. All the best to this salon. If there was a star below one star i would have definitely selected that. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star also.

This is the worst place with the worst customer càre I have ever seen in my life. As I walked in one Indian lady asked me bluntly what do you want? I replied her with a greeting and she asked again What do you want? I replied how are you doing today? She again asked what do you want... Then I told her I wanted to check the nails packages. She said okay... No one attended to me they all kept looking at me like I was some tourist attraction. Not reccomend at all.

I have been visiting this salon for ages now to get my haircuts done among other things. Miss Indu is the expert for hairstyling and cutting. I strongly recommend her.

Lata was amazing, she do waxing very smoothly and it never hurts. She is genuine and Warm. I love this place.

They will treat you as a toxic chinch if they know or even hear that you have voucher with little discount we used to pay them as a tips.Not recommend at all.

Just charge me 90 AED for bit of trimming my hair, and same company gents salon charge 25 AED for whole hair cut and finishing, this should be 90aed with shampoo and hair trimming plus blowing, ridicules prices for unworthy services, gents salons service very good though
