I was disappointed with my experience today. Booking an appointment was a challenge due to poor communication, and my appointment time was changed four times, which was frustrating. The receptionists service felt unprofessional.When the therapist finally arrived, the towels had an unpleasant odor like unwashed and used few times, the massage bed was uncomfortable. The therapists technique was average at best. Overall, the quality of service has declined from what I expected. I think i should ask for refund

Freda and shine were AMAZING. I felt stressed before due to the stiffness in my back and body but I literally felt like everything was smooth after. They knew how to soothe me and make me relaxed. It was the best experience I have ever had. I loved it and will definitely order again BOTH OF THEM.

Editing review after availing more services from them.I bought a package of massages and a manicure/pedicure service, both at home.In all cases the ladies arrived on time, were friendly and cordial and always had a smile on their face.There was only one instance where the driver was late to pick up a lady, and she waited in our living room for a bit, which we didnt mind. We offered her a drink to let her down time while she waited.The massages services varied based on who I received. Some were good at creating an ambience and overall service feel, where as some showed up and delivered an average massage.Saima was diligent. Understood the requirement and made adequate suggestions. She did my massage multiple times, and with every massage, she got better.Johanna & Sunshine created a great ambience with right level of music and aroma. Johana had knowledge on the oils/products available to use and both helped release the stress/knots in my body.Jaycee also created a good environment along with strong massage skills. She also shared some tips to help me post massage.Jaycee and Yaimee delivered the manicure/pedicure. It was a classic manicure. They delivered as expected and created a friendly relaxed time with the gentle conversations.
