I went to the dubai hills branch of Bianco, 2 days ago. The overall experience whilst getting nails done is nice i.e. the interior/ ambiance. BUT…..i asked the pedicure lady to cut the side of my toe nail because it usually pokes me and causes discomfort. Instead of slightly cutting, and kept digging into the sides with a cuticle knife. She kept doing it again and again, and I indicated from movement that it was hurting, and the sides of my toenail were red and sore. But she kept doing it. I thought at that moment that she probably knows what she must a professional and knows what shes doing. I paid and left. Since i came home, i the discomfort in my toenail started and i could see my toe swelling up. And now 2 days past and i still cannot put on any socks/ shoes because the pain on the side of the toenail is so bad!!!! Im so so disappointed. I contacted them and the only thing they have said is that they are sorry and to put fucidin on it. LOL. Would never recommend this place to anyone.Update: i just noticed in other google reviews that im not the first one to have such an experience. Wow. This is no joke. We pay for an experience, they dont do this for free.

This used to be my favorite salon in Dubai, and I’ve been a loyal customer for two years. However, the technician I’ve been seeing for my nails has been using low-quality products. My nails start chipping within 24 hours, and if they last longer, it’s only a matter of days.The first time this happened, the salon was kind enough to redo the chipped nails to make up for it. However, when it happened again, they complained and told me the technician wasn’t happy about it—as if it were my fault. I called the salon the next day to inform them my nails had chipped again, but they didn’t pass on my message or take any responsibility. Despite their promise to make it right, they lied, and I ended up paying for my nails again.The owner’s niece displayed absolutely rude and disgusting behavior. When I confronted her and told her I wouldn’t be returning, she dismissively said, “Yes, please,” as if they didn’t care about losing a loyal customer. Ironically, she was the one complaining about me, which was sickening. It’s absurd considering I’m the client who was left unhappy.I sat in that chair for two hours only to have my nails chip again. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. They clearly do not value loyal customers.

I hadn’t been before but popped in for a blow dry with Alex and she was amazing, she made my hair look so natural and made me feel great. Recommend!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at the Bianco salon. While the blow-dry service was fine, the nail services were subpar and concerning. I received pedicure and manicure services from two different technicians, both of whom demonstrated a lack of skill and professionalism. Despite my repeated concerns, they seemed indifferent. Their lack of expertise was evident in the numerous cuts I received, the uneven filing of my nails, and the sloppy thick application of gel polish, which left residue under my nails. Most alarmingly, two of my fingers have become seriously inflamed as a result. It is unacceptable for individuals with such a clear lack of skill to be permitted to perform these services, as it puts clients well-being at risk.

The best manicure, pedicure and blow wave I have had. I was recommended to come here and they didnt not disappoint. Janet, Venus and Quin I will be back again and again. Luv your work ladies best in the business 💫💫💫

Ussed to be my favorite beauty saloon for 2 years but lately very slow, disorganized and without a leak of respect for customers time. If you are happy to sit for a 30 min with wet hair while your scalp is burning because of mint shampoo that they used and 40min more just for a blow dry go ahead. Very disappointed. 👎🏻

Best manicure I had in dubai with Bemma!The care and attention to detail , are amazing!She really took her time to make each nail perfect !I did my pedicure with Gigi and to be honest I’ve never had anyone do my pedicure like she did ! She really took her time and made sure that my nails were perfect !I also did my hair with Miss Cristina and she was exceptional! Never did I have anyone handle my long and thick hair like her ! Unpleasant experience. Firstly, they werent ready for my appointment. It seems they had overbooked. Secondly, the lady who was about to start my pedicure got up & left to be replaced with another one. Thirdly, there is no barrier between nail spa & hair area. The noise from the blowdryers was harrowing, ruining any potential for a peaceful time. Lastly, my 10-yr-old niece who was with me for a first-ever-spa experience was shuffled from seat to seat to accommodate older patrons.All very disappointing.

•Instead of apologizing and ensuring better service next time, the owner called me personally to fight with me and to say ‘WHAT YOU GIVE IN THIS LIFE YOU GET BACK’!! I used a voucher that DID NOT have an expiry date and she fought saying it had expired and yet we accepted it- how can an undated voucher expire???For an honest review she wished bad upon my life! UNBELIEVABLE!•3pm appointment and started service at 3:40pm•NO ONE guided me or gave consultation as a new client. Despite having SOOOO many staff members, they were just standing in a group and chatting away. No one bothered to check in as a new client about consultation or informing me about their price list.•False/unupdated price list- They do not have updates price list on their website. I called and checked prior to going regarding the price for the hair cut I wanted and when i was charged it was wayyy more than what was quoted to me.•Very busy and loud•Super Overpriced- for a simple layer cut, they charged me aed350 even though on phone they confirmed aed250!•NOT value for money at all!

Laleen did an excellent job for gelish manicure in October 2024.I went also for gelish manicure in December 2024 with Asulu and she was absolutely professional and she did exactly what I was asking for. I had an amazing experience on Sunday when I went to Bianco Spa for a haircut. I am always quite scared before cutting my hair, and this time I also decided to get a fringe so my anxiety was even higher haha. But Alex was great and for some reason I felt relieved from the moment I started to speak with her. She understood exactly what I wanted and I left home with the haircut I hoped for. She is very skilled. Also, everyone else was nice and welcoming and the atmosphere was pleasant. 100% recommend.

Terrible threading, the lady didn’t know how do under chin threadingI wanted to delete this review after the receptionist asked me to and gave me the refund, but the manager called me with her own personal number three times non-stop, screaming at me that I’m cheap for getting a refund and why I put a bad review , AWFUL customer service.

I always love to come to Bianca spa, the reception staff are always professional and supportive + nails staff all in general + hair stylist asma and maj eyebrow staff all are prof and great ppl to deal with except the Brazil staff are always loud, customers come to spa to relax unfortunately we don’t because of their loud voices as if we are in fish market please try to handle this situation, even my niece the child her self got annoyed of the loud voice we request to advice them to avoid it white customers are here to have some piece and relax 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went there to change my nails shape and color 2 days ago the lady that did my nails was so so so harsh( I don’t know what was wrong with her) and after shaping my nails she didn’t clean the white thing or didnt even let me clean them she just applied the color so fast just to finish her work (the salon style and the vibe was amazing but I don’t think going back again) i enjoy drinking coffee at a salon but my mom said the coffee tasted horrible im sorry 😅 + i really wanted to like the salon (as a local living near dubai hills I wanted to make my visits to the salon weekly :(i think I’ll give it another try

I had a Balinese massage done by a lovely lady called Jess, she was amazing. The ambiance of the room, the temperature and the pressure she used for the massage, was definitely a 5 stars on my review. Looking forward to my next massage.

Loved the work the technicians did on my nails. It was my first time and I am now a permanent client. Shai and Analine were wonderful with my nails. Shai did a splendid job with the nail art. Loved it.

I wasn’t happy with my experience. While booking my appointment on WhatsApp, I was told a hair trim is 125AED, somehow I was quoted for 350AED for a haircut without a blow dry. Just to note, my hair is quite simple: straight cut from the back with a few layers at the front. I wasn’t very happy with the overall result, and will have to get it corrected as the layers are too short and don’t look blended with the rest of my hair.

I didnt have a pleasant experience with them. First of all the price is too expensive for mani only. They spent an hour doing only Mani for me. The cleaning and cutting was good however it was too painful and aggressive. After 2 days of doing mani my fingers are so dry to the point that even applying moisturizer and still feel dry with rough texture around my nails.

I have been to this salon 2x and this time Vidya did my manicure. She is exceptionally attentive and kind. Loved getting my nails done by her. Highly recommend Vidya 🫶🏼

Gazel is super friendly adding a great positive energy to the saloon & very friendly with kids as well

The worst hair experience in my entire life. The hairstylist was not even able to blow dry my hair properly. She was pulling my hair like crazy, the air was too hot and in the end she put way too much spray on the top. So I was just literally feeling like go and wash my hair again. -100 out of 5.

I visited this saloon for the first time as a walk-in at a peak time in the weekend, and I was lucky to get the service I needed right away! The receptionists were very kind and welcoming, and I had a pedicure done by Marissa which was perfect! I rarely find technicians that can give me a proper deep cleaning pedicure, and this time I got what I wanted. I also had a neck and shoulder massage on the chair by Jess, and it was very relaxing and refreshing. I do recommend this place

Pedicure was good however hairdresser was super stuck up and was more interested in talking to staff and another client. Thank goodness I only had a simple hair cut. Would I go back again? Not even if you paid me to.

Marissa is absolutely the best. She’s the queen of ingrown nails and dry skin issues. Overall, all the staff are super friendly and amazing at what they do. The ambiance is chic yet cozy.. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Bianco for the amazing services !

Bianco in Dubai Hills is my favourite go to beauty all in one stop. All ladies are nice and well trained. My mani and pedi lasts longer than from other places.

Loved the scalp scrub which I did there. There used a great hair brand and the lady took her Time doing the scrub and then did a great wash and conditioning with a head massage. Definitely will come back

My first time in Dubai hills Branch and I loved the service offered by Shai, she did exactly what I had in mind.

Worst nail experience. I came to do gellish mani padi with strong nails and left with brittle nails. I had to wait 30 minutes before the padi lady comes and with no apology from anyone.

I really didnt expect to have such an unlpeasant experience after I read about the owner of the salon and her work ethos.Just moved in to the area and was excited to shop in Dubai Hills mall and enjoy the top scale salon services.I chose machine bare manicure (no polish) which by the way is the most expensive bare manicure in town and most salons have machine manicure and pedicure as standard for more reason than one.I got injured on my two fingers in the cuticule area and fingers were bleeding.I fully couldnt believe this because in all the years I have been doing machine manicure and pedicure I have never been injured.The risk of infection and bacterial diseases is very big when blood is involved.It scared me and fully put me off the whole experience.Moreover I noticed a baby in a baby stroller been taken care by one of the employees while mother was having her hair done.Next thing I see the mother is sat right next to me with the baby in a stroller who starts to touch everything pull push and remove things all around wiggling his legs and all.Once again never have I ever seen a baby in a top level salon where ladies to go to relax get pampered and enjoy.Its a beauty salon not baby care, I sincerely resent having babies or children while I go for beauty services.Overall I still cannot process what I just experienced, I am not sure how owner justifies putting 130 aed on bare manicure in these conditions where I have to apply antibiotic on my cuticules for the next few days and suffer every time my hands get wet.

Worst haircut ever.She cut off my hair in one motion - done.The whole haircut took 8 minutes. Like in a cheap discount store, but the salon does not look like a discount store.Now the hair is difficult to style (this has happened to me for the first time in 15 years), and it looks like a haircut from a cheap hairdresser near the metro.Very upset. Highly not recommended.

NEGATIVE- i would give it 5 stars if and only if the receptionist knew what she was doing. My sister and i decided to have a spa day together and booked timings at the same time. They started with me and we were told that the other technician will start with my sisters pedicure shortly, 45 mins later no one did anything and the receptionist didn’t even seem to care that much (the least she could’ve done was to apologize, but she didn’t do that either) and we came to the conclusion that the receptionist has overbooked us.POSITIVE- However, the two amazing technicians MARISSA and NORI saved the day and both worked on my sister. Amazing technicians, HORRIBLE receptionist.

Second time getting a pedi here Excellent hygiene. And terrific staff and so friendly everyone looks happy to be there felt at ease.

I have been to Bianco several times, and on my latest appointment the receptionist is charging me more than usual, I was confused and upon asking she claimed that the different type of waxing has been used, different to what I used before and I wasn’t even asked what waxing I prefer before the session. I don’t know if it is a salons strategy or misunderstanding, but I saw similar review with inflated prices. It is a pity coz the service is nice, but I wouldn’t wanna go back after this. Not very professional.
