I’ve been a regular customer at Bianco Salon for a while now, always going for my nails, and I have to say, they never disappoint. This time, I decided to take the plunge and go blonde at the Silicon Oasis branch, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Mary, the stylist, is truly a magician. She understood exactly what I wanted and turned it into something even better than I imagined. She’s a real artist!Thank you, Bianco Salon, for always exceeding my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s my first time here and I wasn’t expecting this kind of service and treatment. Ms. Tonet the receptionist is so kind and accomodating, she’s so professional and make sure you are comfortable. And the nail technician ate Diva and ate Celine are superb! They are very professional and very well experienced. I love their service and especial mention to their Ice latte❤️ Surely I’ll come again 👏🏻 ❤️ So far the best Spa I’ve ever visit here in UAE for 11 years of living here❤️

The place is great, stylish and easy. I like the customer service always quick and easy to respond. The manicure lady Alina is the reason why I’m always going over there, she is very professional and quick at her work, my nails always looking elegant and clean. Bravo to her 👏🏻

This place is bright , white and beautiful than any salons in DSO.Customer service is nice, staffs are well aware of the price.My gelish nail was done by Celine, she cleaned my nails and removed previous gel but kept a slight layer so it did not feel like paper. It was not painful and it was neatly done with a nice nude color.Hoping this would last long and I can come back again for some services.Thank you Celine.

I absolutely love coming to Bianco !!! It’s my treat at the end of the week! One of the things I love about Bianco is that it’s your one stop place for everything you need in a salon…. From hair treatments to hair cuts/styling , coloring etc .. just fabulous … Mani and Pedi are ammmmmazing too … the Moroccan bath is super … eye lash extensions are fantastic…. I can’t even decide what I like best! The staff there is soooo friendly and professional…. Even the owner of the salon is available and she is an absolutely wonderful person that is very warm and welcoming to everyone.Another very important thing is the products that are used at Bianco are all top quality! From Kerastase to L’Oréal and more.You will walk out of Bianco feeling beautiful and fabulous!!!! ♥️

Hi girls!!!Went for a haircut , threading and waxing service at the salon (proir appointment taken) but still had to wait for my service! The technician was removed during my service and there was no reason given to me for that delay.On walking out of the salon , I asked the manager but she did not give any reason and billed for me(no apologizes no reason)Also the hairstylist did not understand English properly hence it was better for me to go for a normal haircut while my plans were to get a hair makeover! Also since the prices were not less , i fail to understand the behaviour of the manager!Guys you are newly opened, better step up the service abd treat your clients better.Never coming back . I used to like Bianco till recently when I had an horrible experience. When things go right it is a OK place, but unfortunately my experience recently was far from acceptable. I did a KeraSilk hair treatment earlier this month. The treatment itself was recommended by the staff there and it is not cheap. My hair got completely damaged and instead of improving it completely ruined it. I went back to the salon to show the state and they recommended me to come back after some weeks and they will redo the treatment. I had to chase many days before the operations manager Jody called me back. She offered me another set of treatment to fix the issue, but since my hair is so damaged I didnt want the treatment anymore and demanded refund. I did not get my money back and they have stopped communicating with me. They dont mind losing customers for sure and their attitude is unfair and pathetic. I will of course never set a foot in that place as their attitude towards their customers is horrible.

I love to go there because my hair style but manicure pedicure forget it at all no one is professional since I have been using them and I did eyebrows natural makeup within a month starting feeding up .... sad.for my hair its ok but now... Ill never ever do it there because I found much better service and respectful and treat all clients equal salon in Dubai.Thank you

I visited BIANCO for the first time and was very impressed. After a long search for a good salon I finally found one. I had a great manicure and pedicure done. Neatly and professionally done. I wanted to get my hair coloured and was pleasantly surprised with my new hair. Loved it. Thank you Marie for a great hair color and styling.

*Edited: I had a facial done today and was actually disappointed. It was way overpriced and nothing special at all. Will stick to nails as they are really exceptional.It was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. The girls are really sweet. Alina did my manicure and it was the most perfect mani I’ve ever had. Pedicure was amazing too. This is my go-to place from now on! Super recommend xox

I had my first Moroccan bath with Hanan and she was AMAZING 🫶🏼. It was the best experience. She made sure to explain me everything and made me feel comfortable every steps. Definitely coming back in 3weeks.

Starting with the welcoming and competent receptionist, my experience was already very good. The salon is clean and the equipment is higienic. Jhessa did a flawless job on my pedicure with normal polish and Alina managed to make a painless overlay hard gel on my hand. Both of them did amazing job on my cuticles. My nails feel fresh and I am happy!

I recently visited this salon recommended by a friend and decided to try their manicure services. Unfortunately, the manicure turned out to be a disaster; the color was completely off. I went back and asked them to remove the color and redo it, which they agreed to do.Despite this, I gave them another chance and opted for an eyebrow service. This turned out to be even worse—one eyebrow was thin and the other thick. I was really upset and almost cried. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I have done hair cut / blow dry / and on top of that the hairdressers suggested curls and she told me they will last for sometime. First of all, I want to say I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t close to my house because of their prices. They did apply Esaad discount but for a haircut that didn’t make any difference I paid overall 580 AED after discount , at the moment I didn’t notice but as I came home I was very dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this salon and definitely wouldn’t go here for second time . Also the hairstylist , she wasn’t patient to listen to me, I was explaining my points and she was cutting me off saying (Look it seems you don’t know what you want think and get back to me) in quite rude tone , I felt uncomfortable but I was quite and didn’t show my disappointment because I had an event to attend so I was like it’s fine I’ll let it go, but everytime I pass by the salon when I’m at the mall I feel so sad over experience I had

My favorite place to get a moroccan bath, i love the treatment they give me and Hanan truly spoils me and makes me feel special, I completely recommend if you’re looking for some place to get a proper moroccan bath!

The owner sets the tone! She exemplifies customer service and demonstrates equal concern for her customers and employees. She personally comes to check on you. She makes pleasantries with each customer.The atmosphere is peaceful. The techs are professional and keep the talk between themselves to a minimum.My fav is Alina. Give her an hour and youll leave with an attitude! She is nothing short of meticulous. She is not talkative, fake or Dr. Phil because she concentrates on her work.If the great manicure from Alina does not do the trick, the eyelash lady (Alana) definitely will. Once she is done with you, youll flirt with yourself!I havent been to the other branches but I am sure the owner keeps these high standards in all her branches. Check them out. You wont be sorry.

I’ve been using this Salon for over 4 years, and it really is a cut over the rest. Once I find what I like I do not change, and this salon has given me reason to never go elsewhere.It’s spotless compared to the average salon around, and they’re consistently good for every different service they provide. Meaning I can do everything in one place.The staff there always give such a warm welcome, and you really get the feeling that they want to take care of you. I also get the vibe that they are happy working there, which comes from the top… so they know taking care of their employees and having a good environment is most important for a great service.A special mention to Melissa who is my chosen specialist for years now. Her French manicures are absolutely floorless, every time I visit I sit thinking that if she ever left… I would lose a part of myself too. Absolutely loved my facial with Rufina who is a magician and KNOWS what she’s doing 🔥🔥I also got K18 hair treatment with Angel who truly is an Angel.Diane at the reception was a sweetheart and she’s the one who asked me if I have Fazaa discount card which was great!And of course Mara the salon owner who greets everyone with a smile!I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful Bianco branch, I left feeling so refreshed and so relaxed!

I had a full head of highlights done by Mary and I was blown away by the results. She took me from a ‘yellow’ blonde to a gorgeous vanilla ice blonde. Make sure to book in with her, she is the best!!!

After visiting the salon , I got a purulent pimple . I will say in advance, I have perfect skin, not problematic. Im meticulous about hygiene and myself! They cleaned the hair on my upper lip. A month has passed after visiting the salon, and I still have a trace because of them! Then I wrote to them and asked for compensation, sent a photo, explained everything. But they just excused themselves by saying that enough time has already passed and they will not compensate. I do not recommend this salon! I got stress and a trace of a pimple that still doesnt go away! P.s unfortunately I didnt take a picture as it was for the first time days!

It is my place to go. The manager is so sweet and she is trying to accommodate every customer. Weekly I do my pedicure and manicure there and I love the breathable manicure but unfortunately they didn’t get new ones for long time now!!Also I wanted to do highlights in my hair and their prices was too high more than triple what was offered outsideI hope they look into these things as I was thinking to change the place and I hate to do that as I like it and feel comfortable in it

I have been coming here regularly for four years. I would not consider going anywhere else. The staff treat me like family and are incredibly accomodating. The owner always gives me a hug and takes time for a chat. Hadeel is an amazing stylist and incredibly kind; Van and Celine make my nails look wonderful and make me feel special. Left to my own devices, am beauty-challenged, but when I leave Bianca I always feel beautiful. Thank you for everything you do!!

Got a balayage and haircut here and was very pleased with the results. A natural look, the staff were super friendly and there is 10% discount with emirates platinum card. There is a Greek lady (I guess she is the owner) you can tell she is so passionate about the business and wants to give the best customer experience. Clean, relaxing decor too. I would really recommend!

What a wonderful experience on a Saturday afternoon. After a full days work I ventured to Bianco DSO to have a small pamper and get my nails done. I had a very specific thing that I wanted and my beauty therapist Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate my ideas. She was very lovely and also a perfectionist which I loved.

I recently had my hair done by Mary Cerqueria at Bianco Spa - and I am beyond thrilled. This is my first time seeing Mary, and despite the sketchy brief i gave her - she absolutely nailed it. I will forever be coming back to her for my hair colour/cuts. I have had a tough time finding a good hairdresser in dubai, and have plenty disaster stories to share - but Mary delivered in spades exactly what I was after. The other great thing, is that she was quick and efficient. I didn’t spend hours whiling away in the salon. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a gelish manicure and pedicure at Bianco Spa and ended up with the most HORRENDOUS infection in my toe. It was so bad that I had to have it drained a number of times, was prescribed antibiotics and couldnt wear shoes for 4 days - meaning I had to take time off work. When I advised them what had happened, they did not take it seriously at all, and simply offered me a free pedicure - nobody called me, nobody apologised, nobody offered a refund. When I decided to maybe give them another chance and book an appointment, the receptionist couldnt have cared less and was incredibly dismissive and condescending. Avoid!

Best saloon for everything, and If you’re looking for someone to take care of your hair without heat damage just book with Marah she is the best of the best 🤍❤️

The hair stylists are great, but most of their staff regardless of their role, are a bit impatient and always in a rush even when the place is empty. For instance, I have a very sensitive skin and the eyebrow lady just wouldnt give me a break to speak and tell her anything. By the way, the ladies who was the hair are amazing and always very kind.

Hanan is AMAZING, she always does her best in every session, I’ve been going there for Moroccan bath for more than a year now and i don’t think i can ever trust anyone or anywhere else.

I am editing my first review where I was unhappy with my haircut. I am so impressed with how they dealt with my complaint. I saw a fab hairdressers who fixed my cut and I will now never go to another salon again. Would highly recommend as they truly care about their customers.

Worst experience ever,they did blow dry for my hair, stylist did not know how to part it and it didn’t look nice at all and it wasn’t what I requestedWhen i wanted to pay i asked if there was any discount as i have 2 discount cards the girl on the reception said no then directly after she charged my card she remembered there was a 20% discount on one of the cards i have and when i told her she simply laughed and told me next time!!! My nails were ok but i am never going back as i ended up paying more than i should for a not so great service, they should have training on how to deal with the customer, i tried to reach the manager to give my feedback but I couldn’t

I got a blow dry with curls. I wish I took the name of the hair dresser she was super fast and the curls literally lasted for 3 days ! I loved it so much and it was easy to get an appointment last minute

I have visited this place twice. Perhaps I just have very high standards in all aspects of my life, but my experience was awful. The woman who did my eye lash tint wouldn’t listen to me. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and in 42 years of having tints, it was the most painful and I left in a flood of dye-induced tears. When I risked going back to sample the expertise of short hair cutting Mara, I was equally disappointed. She wanted to do what she wanted, kept me waiting 40 minutes, said she was very busy (!) and when I made moves to leave, she offered me a 10 minute haircut - when in the consultation I expressly said I needed a decent cut. Oh dear; what is happening with the falling standards? When I waited at the desk to pay for the hair wash, the numerous staff just ignored me! So I walked out - sans haircut. Weird!!

Great Saloon !! Hadeel is best hair stylist did an amazing hair color for my sister including highlights!! AMAZING result and i will be coming back to let her do my hair as well. Lami is amazing also in assisting Hadeel.For Massage, Jessy is perfect ! I have been to this salon a while ago for haircut. I asked the hairdresser to trim my daughter’s hair just 3 cm, she cut a good 12 cm of my daughter’s hair, also her fringe was so uneven and looked bad. I am not satisfied and won’t go there anymore.

Should I again reflect and hesitate to rate my experience with 1 star? Yes. I received a blow dry. But the result and the process was very irritating. Yes everyone was eager to be nice but I didnt feel like being in professional hands. The result of the hair blow is not convincing. I never ever would let a client leave with such a result. What a weird experience. But maybe I am confused with the result and overall job because this is not a professionell hair salon.

Very good marrocan bath. Good manicure and pedicure but very bad nail polish it got shrinked on my nail since they add asitone in the nail polish bottleI came to do the scalp scrub and i was surprised that the price was 350 dhs but if u buy the whole box it was be much cheaper around 250 something 👎🏼

Bianco Spa is a one stop, shop for all your beauty and relaxation needs. Im in awe by all the treatments they offer. Hair, nails, eyelash extensions, lifting, tinting, waxing and threading. Also morrocan hammam, massage and facials.The staff is extremely friendly and the environment is clean. I recommend them for anyone who needs a quick polish change, a complete hair transformation or some time to relax and unwind with a facial or massage.

After checking out this spa a few days earlier and being very impressed with the owner, who gladly showed us around, the cleanliness and the impressive decor my daughter and I booked in for a hamam. While I have only had 4 hamam experiences in the past , my daughter lives in Dubai and has had many. I cant speak highly enough of my experience. The therapist was extremely skilled. Her hands were firm, very experienced and gave me an overall fantastic experience. My daughter said her hamam was the best she has ever had. Will definitely be going back for another hamam before we go back to NZ and also try out the nail spa.

The Best manicure ever with Miss Jelai she did very nice art on my nails and best pedicure with Miss Celline they are so professional and they do cleaning without hurting the nails thank you ladies.

My manicure with gel polish was not done properly and after one week, one of my nails broke from flash. I went there 2 times and the second time they billed me more than the first time eventhough I had the same manicure. Disappointed
