Sadie cut my hair and did an amazing job! She heard my desire for the style and made it look even better than I was hoping. She and the rest of the ladies at the salon were so friendly and very accommodating with my 6 month old baby. It was one of the most pleasant hair cutting experiences I have had in my life and the best I have had in Dubai in the 8 years I have lived here.

Always great service, kind staff and professional haircuts, eyebrow and eyelash tinting for me, and mani-pedis, that’s why I only use this place! Thanks team :-)

Bianco is always my place to go. Mahy is just the best doing my nails, the space is so pleasant and the stuff are kind and do an amazing job.

I am sharing my recent experiences with their gelish manicure service, which unfortunately have been quite disappointing.Last month, I had a gelish manicure done, and I was dissatisfied with the result as it did not appear professionally done ( too thick with bumps and looked so fake). Despite this, I decided to give the salon a second chance and returned this month, specifically requesting a different therapist. Regrettably, I encountered the same issues. This time, it took the lady almost 4 hours, yet the results were unsatisfactory. My nails appeared uneven, and despite my efforts to communicate my preferences, the outcome was not what I had hoped for.I was asked by the receptionist ( who was so professional and helpful) that I return at a later time to have my nails fixed. I truly appreciated her assistance.When I returned, I was attended to by a therapist named Mahy, who appeared to be more skilled than the previous therapists. While she was able to make some improvements, the overall look of my nails were still unsatisfactory.Please note that I have not tried any other services at the salon, so my feedback pertains solely to the gelish manicure.

Easy to book an appointment, staff are quick to respond (via Instagram).My manicure and pedicure was a relaxing experience by efficient beauticians. Loved my nails, the colour lasted very well.

Best staff ever! I have been coming here for years and if Mariam and Chante are not there I don’t go hehehe Mariam gives the best treatment recos and gives the best head massage! I always come to Chante with the weirdest haircuts that she always does her magic to it and gives it an amazing Blowdry every single time and they both have the best smile! Not once I have been satisfied with my haircut 💇‍♀️ in all these years (probably that’s one of the reason, I refused to experiment with my hair for last 4 years)… but, after looking out for a good hairstylist that would give me that haircut of my dreams, I came across Shahnoda on Instagram and immediately booked an appointment with her … And true to her reviews and my expectation, she delivered the haircut, exactly the way I had wanted- bouncy, voluminous, all the while without shortening the length of my hair…. It’s been almost 3 months now since I had my haircut and it still stays amazing when I style them at home. I recommend that you ask particularly for shahnoda if you are looking for a good haircut on a long run

BE AWARE!- I’m a girl’s girl, so I have to share my experience. My sister and I booked an appointment for a haircut, I did not have an issue, however my sister had the worst experience. After my haircut was done, I decided to highlight my hair, I informed the hairstylist of my budget and I asked for baby highlights, she decided to do me T-section highlights, out of kindness, she did two foils for free at the back for my highlights to blend better. My sister asked the hairstylist for specific length, but the hairstylist cut it way shorter than she asked, leaving my sister’s hair a mess. She had a major breakdown at the salon for over two hours. Hairstylist acknowledged her mistake immediately and said she won’t charge her for it. At the reception, I asked if they offered Fazaa discount, she said yes twice and I kindly asked her to discount my services, however the lady there intentionally excluded my services from the discount, making me pay the full price when in fact I had 189 dirhams discount. I contacted them and they confirmed I was eligible for a discount but they don’t do refunds, I politely asked them to make it work as I live 2 hours away from the salon and I do not drive. Said the manager would contact me but nobody did, called them twice and both my calls were ignored, therefore I had to contact customer’s rights to collect my money, and that’s when I was contacted by the owner, who quite literally reprimanded me for asking for my money back, argued her way through and through, invalidated our feelings by saying the hairstylist knows her job best, shaming us for not paying her for ruining my sister’s hair. Both the owner and the hairstylist contacted me in such an unprofessional manner telling me off for contacting customer’s rights when she gave us “free service”. Owner agreed to give back my money after I closed my complaint. A week later, I contacted her to follow up on the refund but she laughed it off.

This place is one of my relatively newly discovered beauty sanctuaries :) having natural curls is life long learning and caring journey, but these ladies are curl queens and absolute sweethearts!It’s amazing value for the money, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Requested a Brazilian wax. Website stated 100 aed for the service but was charged 160 aed. They explained they used some kind of special wax for sensitive skin but this was never mentioned when I received the service nor mentioned on their website. Will not come back because they are not honest.

Bianco Salon and Spa -DSO & Layan Community- have been my second homes for the past few years. The receptionists; Mrs. Gayzel, Mrs. Grace and Mrs. Jane, in Layan Community have always been a source of support and comfort for me during my fast-paced appointments, they have always found ways to accommodate my unusual schedule and my demanding hair style and nature, and above all, they have been so friendly, welcoming and cheerful every time I met with any of them. My most favorite 2 people in the whole hair industry are Sadie and Sharne. With their refined craftsmanship and passionate dedication, Sharne and Sadie have miraculously managed to transform my hair from burnt, damaged and brittle hair to the healthiest any hair can get. Meriam & Cynthia are amazing at cleansing my hair and massaging my scalp, they both are the best you can get, really. I have done nails and full body massage several times there, and they never disappoint. I didn’t keep the names of the massage and nails technicians, this was a mistake, but the massage was especially ethereal! The overall salon ambiance is modern, bright and spacious. I won’t stop going there. ♥️

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Mentioned to the girl who served me that I had eczema and she had the worst attitude. She wanted to paint my nails without doing any cleanup precautions, kept saying she didn’t have the time to do what I asked; prioritising other customers. I ended up having major infection, went to the hospital and couldn’t touch water for 3 days.

The staff were so friendly, the service was great and they did a fantastic job. I had gel overlay manicure and pedicure and will definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting this salon and I am someone with high expectations. I was greeted by Grace and Cherise at the reception who explained the treatments well and gave me advice on which hair stylist to book. They also offwred me a 15% off first time offer which was lovely! They were very warm and welcoming!I then met the most amazing and friendly staff; Susan, Venus and Emma... they all were like family, so lovely bright and polite. Every single staff member put in so much effort with everything they did. From washing my hair with a nice massage included to the mani/pedi... Time and care was taken into everything!Finally it was time for my haircut. I find it so difficult to find the perfect hairdresser who listens and also gives the perfect advice. I finally found my perfect hairdresser! Bruna was an absolute delight and is extremely talented. Her hands are magic! I was blown away by the haircut and left feeling confident and like a new woman 😊❤️Thank you so much for a lovely experience... This is now my new regular salon for sure and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family!

Dont waste your time and money looking for other salon so qualified. Bianco spa at Layan is the best and I have tried many other salons here in Dubai. They are professional and clean and they do all services with precision without causing pain. Mrs Deepa is the best for waxing and threading and Anne and Anna Lynn are excellent for pedi and mani. Prices are on the average and I can see the results of what you are paying for. I would like to give seven stars!

I cant believe I wasted my time going to that place multiple times! Not only are they ridiculously expensive, but their services are also subpar. And lets talk about the attitude of the hair stylist and also threading tec - it was absolutely terrible! It felt like they didnt care at all about what they were doing.

This is literally my favorite salon in the area !!! The design the cleanness of the place everyone is a professional in their field from nail designs to Mariam who washes the hair she’s amazinggg!!! I enjoy going to do my hair just for the hair massage she gives the perfect relaxing service before getting your hair done and their stylist are incredible !! Honestly I can’t recommend them enough !!!! I swear I’m a customer 🤣

I have been going to this place since it first opened at the layan branch and have had good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, my recent experience was so bad that I decided not to go there again after being totally ignored by the grumpy hairstylist who was supposed to do my hair without even an explanation despite the fact that I have arrived on time at my pre - booked appointment . That was so unprofessional and I had to leave after waiting for a long time while my hair was still wet. That’s so unfortunate since the ladies at the reception, the lady who washes the hair and the ladies who do nails are very professional and friendly.

This spa is my best! The team is incredibly professional but exude warmth and friendliness from the moment you enter the reception. They are focussed on attention to detail and remember the little things for each client. As I have serious allergies, they make sure to check that I’m not exposed to any products that would cause a reaction. I have been very happy with all the services I have used to date waxing / threading, mani pedi, hairstyling and massage. I always get compliments about my nails. My little piece of heaven, I always look forward to my appointments.

I really wanted to love this place as its super conveniently located for me. But I had 2 average experiences and 2 bad experiences in the times Ive gone.Lets start with the good:- nice decor- new and very clean- very friendly and warm owner- friendly and helpful front desk staffUnfortunately I had some bad experiences:- after a gelish removal with a very coarse Emory board, my nails became the thinnest Ive ever seen them and are still breaking to this day as they recover (3 weeks later)- my heel was rubbed raw in the pedicure, still also healing until now- nail polish application wasnt great- I had my hair and makeup done on another occasion, and I left in tears. My maternity photo shoot was nearly ruined. The makeup was pretty intense and not what I asked for, and the curls fell out in less than 45 minutes. To be fair, my hair is difficult...The staff didnt charge me the full amount and called to follow up a couple days later with offering a free service which I thought was good customer service. The staff still needs to be properly trained on techniques that are standard in Dubai salons, so I wont be going back anytime soon unfortunately.

Went for highlights first time . After expressing that I did not want my hair grey - it came out grey !!! Then I was told the grey will fade in 2 washes well it has not - hair so dull and ugly and cost a fortune - now must live with it till I can afford to have it fixed

Bianco spa layan community is one of the best salons in Dubai. Noza has been taking care of my hair for almost one year and it is getting better and better. Before my hair was super damaged and falling down a lot, but now it’s more dense and shining. Plus she understands colors and how to reach that beautiful blonde hair that I love. I absolutely recommend Bianco Salon for their great services and the good quality of the products they use.

The salon itself is beautiful and cozy. The hostess is just super. But, unfortunately, not all services are of high quality.I gave my daughter a haircut - she was happy, the massage was also good. But pedicure is just terrible!!!I will never sign up there again!! Student level, but not professional!The heels are poorly processed, the coverage is terrible! The master is rude.Provide lamps for the craftsmen, they can’t see anything in this darkness! And send them for training to Russian professionals to understand what level of pedicure service should be.

Most of their workers are neglectful, do not care about the work, are not skilled at it, and manipulate prices when paying
