I always choose this salon for my hair, and I must say that Mira and Dona are two of the best hairstylists Ive ever had.I’ve always struggled with getting my bangs done right, and it’s rare that I leave a salon satisfied, But with Mira and Dona, they always style my hair exactly how I want it, if not better.Their kindness and friendly attitude make the experience even better.Even the salon management is extremely cooperative and kind. What I love most is that every time I leave the salon, I feel like my mood has lifted, and I walk out feeling renewed ❤️

Literally one of the best beauty lounge in Dubai . The service is 10/10 and the staff were so wonderful. I really loved how my nails turned out and you must try their pedicure treatment (Aloe Vera jelly spa).❤️❤️

This is honestly the best salon I’ve ever visited after living in Khawaneej for so long. The service is impeccable, the drinks are so refreshing and the atmosphere is so friendly. They did my hair treatment and my nails when I said I was in a hurry and were mindful of my time while maintaining the most professional attitude. I will definitely make it my main salon from now on 👍🏼

The amount of comments in the reviews about how rude the Philippina receptionist is and shes still there just shows you how much they dont care. The receptionist is rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. A salon provides a paid service, this isnt a free service, nor are you doing anyone a favor to justify your behavior. I had booked a blow dry, polish change, and an additional service. After starting my hair, she told me one of the services cant be provided, I asked why I wasnt informed earlier, the whole point of coming to the salon was to get all the services done in one place. The receptionists didnt seem to care, nor did she even bother apologizing. No respect of peoples time or schedule. A lady blow dried my hair, and I felt my hair was literally being pulled out from how harsh she was. Not going back, nor recommending it to anyone. Every member of staff in that salon had major attitude issues!

I booked a hairstyle appointment two weeks in advance, and it was confirmed by the salon. However, just two days before my appointment, they called to change the time. When I explained that I couldn’t adjust due to other commitments, they insisted on pushing me to come earlier. Today, they canceled my appointment entirely because they prioritized a large group over individual customers. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon. They clearly focus on big group bookings, not customer care.

One of my go to salons, it’s so peaceful and the staffs are sooo nice and friendly. I love the hair treatments & the mani pedi service ❤️also, they sell a lot of outsourced brands like milkshake. 10/10 I always come back to it

Ayda and Dona are THE BEST, a simple blow dry looks amazing when they do it. Also, no one perfects my nails like Khris does. Love this salon and the sweet people working there 🥰

I paid more for the pedicure service, but the work was not good, as if I had not done anything. If you do not have enough time to work, do not do anything that does not satisfy the customer.

Nice and chilled I went to the salon early morning 10 minute before the opening , although they were still cleaning instead of letting me wait outside. They welcomed me with a nice smile and allowed me to stay inside and gave me the best service They were so kind and sweet. I really love that the milkshake treatment is the best .

The management of the salon is very bad. I had appointment on my birthday to do nail art, and salon confirmed with me that the new Japanese lady will do for me and I agreed. When I reached 20 min before my appointment too, she was doing nails for other lady then i said fine i came 20 min early and i will wait, but it took more time and i was waiting for long, then manager sent me another lady just to do cleaning before doing nail art with other lady, while doing that Japanese lady was done so instead she comes to me because my appointment is with her, the manager told her to do nails for other new client again!!!! What service is this when i already have appointment with her and the manager let her to do for other clients instead of me? And she lied at my face saying other client is having appointment too, first of all other client did not had appointment because she was talking in Arabic to her friend saying that she have no appointment and i understood , and second thing appointment cannot be for two persons in same time, so manger lied to me also!!! I really liked the Japanese lady nail art and she is so so so good, if i will come to salon again just for her because i liked her work, otherwise i really had a very bad experience with the management in my birthday and i got late also salon closed and i was still doing my nails!!!! I feel bad for staff and they should not stay more to work, this is all because of bad management…. Also manager is saying no the Japanese lady is taking long time to finish!! How is she saying this, nail art takes time it is not something to do fast with bad result! Of course she needs to be careful! My self am doing nail art and i know it takes at least one hour and half to 2 hours and half depends on design, so managing should know how to organize the timing!! Really bad management

The salon is the best; its my ultimate destination every time! The teams warmth and expertise never fail to impress. Soad, Mira, Dona and Aida work wonders on my hair, Marcy and Jen are top-notch for nails. Id definitely suggest giving them a try!

Employees are not professional, the aesthetics are nice but the services are very poor. I don’t recommend coming to this salon as there are wayyyy more salons in the area with better quality service, and cheaper as well.

I visited twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. During my first visit, despite arriving on time, they cancelled my appointment, claiming I cancelled it, but it turned out they had mixed up my number with someone elses. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I returned for a second appointment, where I was assured they would start at 4:30. However, I ended up waiting until half past before they began. To make matters worse, although I booked two services, I was informed after completing one that there was no staff available for the second service, despite being assured the day before that there would be. I had to rush to another salon on the same floor to be accommodated. Needless to say, this will be my last visit there.

The most unprofessional and unacceptable service. They made me and my mum wait for an hour and all they did was wash my hair within that hour. When I asked the receptionist, she said the lady who JUST started doing my mum’s hair will start my hair, meaning I had to wait another hour when we both had an appointment at 4:30. The receptionist informed us that it is because they are one hairstylist down because she got sick. Stuff happens, people get sick, however, the professional thing is to inform clients that there will be a delay! I would have booked elsewhere. I literally left the salon (5:30) after they wasted my time for an hour and had to find another place to go to. Absolutely unacceptable and their disregard for customers time is inexcusable!!!! I am late to my own cousins’ engagement because of this.

This service is unacceptable, the worst service i have ever experienced.my appointment was at 5:30, i arrived at 5:20 and no one started anything with me, it is now 7:20 and no one started yet.the receptionist (marie ann) is the rudest, the staff are so unprofessional and their management is so week, she did not even try to fix the issue, ignored me every time i talked and did not compensate me in any waythey did not have anyone to wash my hair so they made the nail artist do that, she had long nails and kept scratching my skull, i have not seen any service worst than this.0/10 , if you cannot handle a certain capacity then do not accept those many appointments.

My experience at the salon is highly disappointing, no proper scheduling of the appointments. Despite confirming my appointment for 1pm, I arrived to find her occupied with another clients hair without any acknowledgment of the delay. I waited for an additional 15 minutes without being informed about the delay. Improve communication and handle the scheduled appointments better as this is a huge waste of time to arrive and wait for more than 25 minutes of my initial appointment time.

I wish if i read the comments before stepping in ! Very Very RUDE staff specially the receptionist.Extremely careless , she ignored our appointment and we had to wait for hrs without apologizing instead she kept on arguing that ITS NORMAL NOT TO FOLLOW APPOINTMENTS stating that (her old job in another salon had the same situation!!! ). This saloon has Zero management , they really need an experienced manager to handle it cuz instead of trying to solve the issue they made it even worse , my sister gave up with her appt with suaad and said let the other filipina start with me since she is free, they said sorry she is having her “Lunch break”!!! We are already late to the wedding+ you waisted our time and you expect from us to respect yours???The pricing is another story.. i asked the receptionist for a price before sitting she gave an estimate of 250 to 280 but depends on the hairstylist she will give the finial pricing .. ok , sat on the chair asked the same question and the hairstylist simply called the receptionist to give her price !!! And suddenly the receptionist was like oh i can see her hair is thick ! It will be 350 ! As if she just saw my hair! Seriously?? I wish if my hair was thick -.-They are playing games back and forth .. ive never ever seen such a service in dubai or anywhere in the world.I tried to reach out with my feedback to the owner through whatsapp and insta but it no reply.One star goes to suad who did a nice hairstyle and was the only normal person in the place.Never going again.

I booked yesterday appointment for nails art for today at 4:30 however i got i call to come earlier at 4 and i reached before 4 then they kept me waiting for more than 20mins and one staff came to do my nails not the one same who asked for as she was assisting someone else even though i am the one who booked earlier , then the one who came to do my nails left to assist other client then another staff came to finish the nails after waiting for a while and i end up with something i didn’t want because of lack of time management and unprofessionality!

One of the worst salons i’ve been to. Management is really bad as well. The lady who washed my hair didn’t wash it properly at all, had long nails that were painful and was in a rush. She was the same one who also styled my hair, I asked for a semi high pony with a bit of waves, she did a low pony , not very clean knot and hair was flying everywhere even though she sprayed my hair like there is no tomorrow. Didnt put a hair net, and the moment that I reached the cashier it was ruined. They charged me 350, and when i asked why they said my hair is long and thick ( my hair is not long at all, and not thick at all) and when I said its not long, the receptionist asked me to show her, then she said its thick , then i showed her again. Then she said we dont chose the price the hairdresser does. Another person was there that fit that criteria and they charged her 380. It really shows that they dont want their clients to return , im never going back again, ever. And I would gladly tell everyone about my experience there and not recommend it to them.

The only salon I will go to after experiencing their wonderful service and how kind the staff are to me as a client. The staff have become like my salon family and do such an amazing job to give the top quality experience and service I am paying for.Truly my favourite salon in UAE. I drive from AD to Dubai just for blank and cannot find another salon that compares.

Very bad experienceI wanted to wash my hair only and I was clearly wearing a herbal hair maskAsked the receptionist for the price and she told me it’s for 60 AED and I agreedWhen I went in to wash my hair the therapist told me this is henna or sidr this is not a mask !! And called the receptionist and they charged me double for 120 AED ! I told them this is normal mask and when you will wash you will see it’ll go away easilySo now I’m a liar :) this is not a good experience and not relaxing at all , never recommending this place or coming back

Highly recommend doing your hair in blank beauty. I have been doing my hair with the hair stylist Souad for five years now. She is the best in cutting, dying and styling the hair.

I booked through their WhatsApp for a GEL removal. I asked specifically about the price they replied with “ GEL removal is 50 aed” & about the process wether they use a soak off method or a machine and they replied with “ both are used “.After I got my GEL removed the receptionist asked me to pay 105 aed because the staff took almost an hour since it was “hard gel” and not “ gellish ” according to her.She did confirm that GEL REMOVAL is 50 aed over three times through our WhatsApp chat, but when I shared the chat with her she said she meant “ gellish “ not gel and I should’ve known the difference between GEL & GELLISH even tho this was my first (and most certainly the last) time I visit the salon.Despite NOT being informed about this PRIOR to starting the removal by the nail technician, nor the actual removal process being any different from what I was told through WhatsApp, she kept demanding i pay more than double the price.The receptionist attitude and behavior was beyond rude and when I asked for a reasonable explanation of this price and wanted her to take accountability for her mistake she called a “ harami = theif “.Visit this place if you want the most horrible customer service experience!

Worst customer experience! I have emailed the salon and they haven’t even replied to me. It was the day before Eid, when my sister called me and said that seven ladies were in the waiting list. I decided to come along with my other sister. When I entered the salon, the receptionist wasn’t there. Later, two ladies entered the salon. When the receptionist came, she talked to the second lady who came after me. It was fine; she was asking questions and then started writing her name in the waiting list. I spoke up and told the ladies that I had arrived before her. Then the receptionist asked who had come first and wrote down the names. Everything was alright and I totally understood that the salon was busy. After 4 hours, my sister who arrived before me took a seat at the manicure chair and waited for service for about an hour. Here is the problem, the receptionist allowed the other ladies who came after me to enter and staring with her before my sister who was siting for one hour waiting for someone to come to her and me who came before that lady sitting on the waiting area which is unfair! After that I go and come back talking with the receptionist about the situation but she keep saying I will let you go in but after what! I left the salon after waitng 5hours and I didn’t want to stay more after the bad experience I had with the salon!

Veeeeeeery upset and it’s the first impression really disappointed I enter the saloon and I asked how much the blow dry they said they need to check the length I waited after that we agreed on the price when I mentioned I want to use my own shampoo and I will keep it for 5 minutes she was talking to the receptionist and they started talking in their language that was not professional at the end she said shampoo and condition 3 min ok I am really surprised what’s wrong with them 3 or 5 minutes it will make big different if they want to gain client they will accept me but I am very surprised I never met people like that in all the saloon I tried in whole my my life .discussing in front of the customer regarding 3 minutes or 5 minutes I left and no one said any thing even to me veeeeery bad experience it will be the first and the last time inshallah .the staff was not cooperated and she saying to the receptionist Tagalog so she think i don’t understand I hope if the manager or the owner of the saloon was there so I explain what happen exactly and I give my feed back because what they doing goona effect on the saloon repetition even so cheap and unexpected at all !!!!!

I went for an hair cut and they cut it sooo bad i told them i want layer and U shape ends it was sooo baddddd it was so uneven and my ends weren’t even a U shape it was basically a W shape. There was a short section and a random long section. And also when i told them about it they didnt even want to give my money back they just told me take responsibility of your hair what the hell.

Mira is the best hairstylist, not only she made wonders to my hair, but she also advices you how to take care of your hair and what treatments can provide your hair to feel healthy and better. Thank you Mira!

Unfortunately, it is one of the worst salons in dealing with junk. It is normal for them to throw you away, like what happened to me today. We cannot receive you. It is crowded again, and there is no need to wait. The one I was coming for was empty, but she was in a very bad mood.
