I had an amazing experience at Blo Out SalonI went for a Moroccan bath and facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The Moroccan bath was incredibly relaxing, leaving my skin soft, refreshed, and glowing. The facial was equally rejuvenating, with high-quality products and a skilled touch that made my skin feel amazing. The salon’s ambiance is calm and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch beauty treatments!

Visited this salon always I got an amazing massage for full body and feel better . Coz i was heaving little pain.It was the best service ever. I had the Moroccan Bath, Massage and Blow Dry. I had never had a Moroccan Bath before. It was easy to book with the friendly staff. The place is really nice, spacious and clean. Just a note that I did ask prior to my appointment what I should bring along and they said just change of clothes, but when I got there they asked me did I bring my own loofah, which of course I did not because they did not tell me to. So I had to buy one there for 52.50 aed which is very pricey. The Moroccan Bath was nice. I was expecting an actual bathtub since it’s called a bath but it’s actually a shower, just FYI. The therapist also does not explain the process before doing something which would be nice. On the positive side my skin is smooth and soft and looking good. The massage was lovely and the blow dry did its job. I would go back again.

Awfullll …!!! I have done acrylic .On the first 5 days they started opening from the bottom of the nails then they started falling . The pain was horrible during those two phases … I was on board , that’s why couldn’t go back to them . And no … I haven’t lifted bags , I haven’t done any activities , I haven’t cooked or done anything … because my leg is broken ….so they just fall by themselves . I want my money back!!!

Just want to share my piece on blo out hereIve been on and off coming to blo out for just over a year.The first time that I visited I did my hair and then came for my nails which were a few gel mani pedis with removal (absolute nightmare) and finally my lash extensions.From patchy highlights to bad nail service with very rude and inexperienced techs who drilled my nail plate sooo hard that it took months to heal and regrow to the heavy painful eyelash extensions that accumulated dirt and oil so quick and just irritated my eyes so bad that I had to remove them in a week!This place is so expensive for the consistently disappointing service you get. Blo out I REALLY wanted to love you but unfortunately I was let down.

I booked a few services at this salon but ended up leaving before finishing everything. I arrived on time for my appointment but the receptionist booked another client 45 minutes after my appointment (45 minutes is definitely not enough time for gelish removal, cleaning and gelish application), therefore my nail technician was rushing and panicking to finish with me so she can attend to her next client. She even asked me if her colleague could finish my application so she could move on to the next client. Because she was in a hurry, the nails are not filled evenly, her application was extremely lumpy and not well done to the point where I asked the next technician to completely remove the product and reapply it - the photos attached are the new application which was also extremely sloppy. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy and have already booked an appointment at a different salon tomorrow to get this fixed. So disappointing that it took 2.5 hours to get a manicure done.The pedicure was great and my eyebrow thearding + tint were also fantastic. The facial and manicure however, were abysmal.

First time visiting Blo out in Jumeirah and the service has been exceptional since we walked in . The treatments i had done were head & shoulder massage and hair scalp treatment & blow dry . The massage itself was absolutely amazing ! i felt soo relaxed & the hair treatment by April was phenonenal . “I’m still at the salon, waiting for the manager to speak with me. My experience has been terrible from the start. The receptionists were extremely rude, but after I pointed out their attitude, they became more polite and started behaving better.Then, when I went in for the Moroccan bath, the staff member (Fouzia) was extremely rude and aggressive. She intentionally pushed me twice, and although I didn’t react, I later asked her politely to remove my items from the bag and place them in a basket so that my bag would stay dry. In an aggressive tone, she told me to do it myself and refused to help. I reminded her that it was part of her job and that I didn’t have a basket. She replied, ‘That’s not my problem. Take it or leave it. I don’t want to give you the bath, so leave the salon. I’m still here in the salon waiting for the managerUpdate: I reached out to the owner of the salon, Farah, and explained the issues regarding her staff’s attitude. She assured me she would take action and have Fouzia apologize to me. Which’s not happened yetHowever, after that, she disappeared and has since stopped responding . Ladies, please save your money and choose a salon that offers respect and positivity—this one is extremely toxic.

I love the fact that this salon has a lot of services with such affordable prices. The staff is super sweet and I had gone for a massage, the massage was a 10/10. They’ve got many services with different packages.

Not a great service. Asked for ombré and presumed it was with powder as this has always been the way I’ve had ombré but she used a strange sponge method which looks uneven not flowing and patchy! Nails are too long after I said short but told no won’t look good!Asked for Groupon deal but they didn’t want to give it to me and basically felt like I had to fight for it!Charged for a coffee!!!! Never in my 13 years of visiting salons in Dubai have I ever been charged for a coffee! And it was a machine coffee! Crazy service. Lady wasn’t professional. The Massage was perfect after a long day. She was caring and attentive to the needs of my most painful areas. It was a great relaxation, clean and peaceful environment.

I have done my acrylic nail extension with nail art at blo out beauty parlor and it amazed me to the core. The gracious hospitality of Grace coupled with her immense talent did gave out a good result. The only problem I have right now is I cant stop staring at my fingers. My go to place for eyelash extensions. I believe they are the quickest ones to provide eyelash extensions within 30-45 mins your eyes will be filled with extensions already. I regularly do my lashes from Little but due to her relocation i tried Angie and she was so good. Wanted cat eye lashes and did a pretty good job for me. However, the glue this time used was disappointing because it has given me red eyes that also in one eye , I hope it gets better.I just feel they are increasing their prices alot. I did my lashes for 225 DHS, which is a bit too pricey. I hope they reduce their prices below 200 DHS for getting more frequent visitors.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be coming back.I was moved around several times for each of my services, although it was booked in advance that I will be doing each of them. It should have been organised in a way that has the least hassle for the client.I had to repeat my nails two times. I used my own nail polish and it was not given back to me. I had to ask for it back.Additionally, when I was doing my lashes and eyebrows technicians were walking in and out of the treatment rooms and leaving the door open. It is supposed to be a relaxing experience but it was just getting interrupted.No one had informed me that the prices for each eyebrow technician is different so I refused to pay the price difference. The receptionist refused to accept that this was the fault of her colleagues and insisted on a discount rather than the regular eyebrow threading price. She said that I should have known the price is different.On top of this, it was prayer time and you could very clearly hear the call for prayer, however the music was still playing very loudly. I had to asked for this to be switched off out of respect.It is a shame because Janice is very good for eyelash extensions however I will not be going back due to the customer service here.

This was a lovely experience! Came here with my mum, I had gotten hair treatment, blow out, and hair styling (layering), my mum redid her roots. This was done by the wonderful Jessie. The atmosphere was great, staff was super friendly, and overall a great time. Very relaxing, and had a tasty moccaccino.

I got my lash lift and eyebrow lamination with Angie, and I cant recommend her enough! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is also very friendly! Rabina did amazing on my manicure too.

It saddens me to write a negative review about this salon since I was a loyal customer for a very long time! But unfortunately I felt that they are after business/ money rather than keeping a customer. Although I didn’t have any issues with nails/ eyelash service. I had a terrible experience with hair Botox that made me lose atleast half my hair. My hair was healthy to start with I just wanted the shine and frizz free. Big mistake. I went for gk but the lady there said there’s a new product that she guarantees 💯 better than gk. She finished the treatment very quickly (half the time of gk). My hair was so nice, i’d say the first 10 days then it started getting worse and worse after every wash I couldn’t even brush it. And started losing it in piles! It was so sad I wanted to cry everytime I washed it. I went back to them they said they would put a hair mask for free that would help fix it. Ofcourse it didn’t do anything, the damage was done. I asked for my money back they wouldn’t give it back saying that they only allow it if u had complained within a week of treatment. How sad is this? Anyway I added pics here for you to see. My recommendation is do not do any hair treatment there as you will risk losing it all.

Horrible appointments! If you book online expect minimum of 40 minutes delay! I am not impressed with the service! First and last time! Dont waste to time and try this salon! I left the salon after 45 minutes of doing anything! You guys need to close

Got my lashes don (asked for natural, got barbie doll style), and was unhappy, came back to remove the same day as I was told we can only remove for free today - the receptionist asked me to pay 78 aed additionally for removal. If you don’t know how to deal with clients, close the place💔

Uninformed receptionist and nail technician.. you go thinking you will pay an X amount and you end up paying way more because someone in the salon does not know their pricing structure. There are many better salons in Dubai that provide you value for money, good service and have integrity to ensure they guide their customers to give them what they want and not make an easy buck. Never going back ever again !! You will find many such reviews on Groupon... I am not the only one.

I went there for lash extensions refill like usual and they told me that they had to charge me 70 AED on top of the refill price to remove my lashes first. This was bizarre because I’ve been there for a refill many times. I reluctantly agreed to do the removal and it was extremely painful. The lash technician was not trained well enough because the formula kept getting into my eye. After I removed my lashes I left without getting my lashes down. It was extremely disappointing and painful.

I chose this place because I wanted to get good acrylics that would last longer and have a good finish but they literally fell off on the third day. Just dropped from my nail, the whole thing. When I called to ask them to either redo or take them off for free they became really rude. Absolutely not going back.

I had Moroccan bath service for the first time in my life. As a result, my skin got better nourished and a lot softened, because all my dry skin got peeled off. The best part was it wasn’t painful at all. It was refreshing and I rather felt like the lady was scratching the itchy part of my skin. I recommend it to everyone who hasn’t got one yet.

Highly recommend Blo Out for lash extensions!! Their work is clean and super quick. I was done in about an hour and I’m just obsessed with my lashes. They stayed near perfect for 2 weeks and I went in for a refill after 3 weeks.I’ve gotten many compliments and have referred most of my friends to get their lashes done here.However - I did not enjoy the blow dry or nail services they offered. My hair was frizzy as soon as I stepped out of the salon so I had to re-do it at home & the nail polish chipped a day later so that was disappointing.P.S. check out their offers on groupon before you book!

The stylist was so rushed to wash my hair as she had another customer waiting (who did not even have an appointment and just walk in)She hurt me multiple times with the long nails and burnt my scalp while blowdrying due to rushing). The chair they sat me on was full of hair already, had a used towel and used tissue on it)It was the first appointment in the morning so it‘s not even that it was busy- 1 star because the hair was done nicely - but the whole experience overall just horrible)!

I did my gelish mani pedi at the place as well as the full body waxing.Gelish mani looked awesome, but the very same afternoon it chipped at the top of my index finger. i came back and they fixed it but same happened very same evening 😤 within 2 days polish was peeled off almost on all my nails.Pedi was great, done by lady called Maryam.for waxing they double dip… twenty dip… for the whole body waxing maybe 3 sticks were used!Receptionist is kind

A salon is only as good as its staff. My favourite girl who does my hair left and when I returned to get my hair treatment done it was not done well and the lady who did my hair had the nerve to argue back and say that is how the results should be. I had much better results previously, so I know that was not true. The manager was nice enough to ask her to retouch my roots but the effects hardly lasted a month. Not worth it.

This place was great! One of my friend recommended this salon. I booked for my hair blowdry and had my nails done the service is fantastic as I didnt have much time I ask the reception if they could have done all the same time luckily the lady says on the phone that absolutely possible to have done at the same time. I would says that I love this place.. inside is spacious and nice and clean. They are even have a good deal for packages that I will sure coming back for it.

Best salon for Nail Extensions!!! Lasted for so long (of course with proper care) Broke a nail, they fixed it free of charge! They really value their customers + really great service!!! Never really wrote reviews before but i had to for this one. Definitely one of the worst salons in the history of all salons i tried in my life!!! Nail service THE WORST, people working here NOT IN THE MOOD TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU SO LAZY AND OUT OF ENERGY nail collection is so olddd and nail polishes are dry i dont think they change them, nail equipments, towels...etc also so overly used and towels have old polish colors on them, no scrubs or service for the hands only clipping trimming and cleaning, also had blood come out of my nails cause of the unexperienced worker ...... i also wish the price was even worth it ... too expensive for the service i’ve been offered.

This is my go to spot for hair/nails and general upkeep. The manager Gemma is very organized and pays specific attention to her clients. She has even messaged me directly at times to ask about my treatment. Mama Perveen is the only one I trust for my hair and all the gals are great for nails. They have great packages so dont miss out.

I would not recommend this nail place. Not only did they mess up my eyebrows but my beautiful natural nails that looks like extensions are breaking ever since they put their hands on them. Extremely rude receptionist.My mother and I were running late due to 6-7 pm prime traffic. That’s okay, it’s our fault. We told them. The Receptionist called for valet and as soon as we cut the call, she cuts the call on our face. Next, we reach upstairs and with severe attitude she reminds us that because we were late her technicians will leave at 8. Moaning and sighing her way through while she speaks. As if we were a pain. Mind you this is our first time. I refused to go ahead with my device as I have never experienced such rudeness and attitude before. Even when i told the receptionist your google reviews are filled with bad reviews for front desk. Especially rude staff. She had nothing to say and instead couldn’t care less. Wouldnot recommend.

Its a cute place like most places in the UAE, but the nail technician Rita takes the salon to another level. Shes amazing and gave me the best experience Ive ever had for acrylic nails in the UAE. Her amazing personality and enjoyable conversations are just the cherry on top and what I needed to confirm that I need to come back!The prices are okay, not too high.

Had such a great time in this salon, i purchased a lashes voucher and had a chance to try there manicure and pedicure, they took care of me and were really careful with my toe which i have issue with for a while. Left the saloon totally happy, would definitely recommend!

I have been a client for about 2 years now and each and every time I visit I leave very happy. They are extremely creative with style of hair blow dries and the hairstylist always suggesting something really nice each time. The atmosphere is very soothing and you often get a most relaxing head and scalp massage! I would, (and have) thoroughly recommended it.

Hairdressers are perfect and professional, unfortunately horrible reception, fully unorganised and never ever respect long term valuable customers.We visit the beauty bar to pamper ourselves not to be carried away with very mean reception. Quite disappointing way they manage their regular customers. They don’t attend the customers they always on personal discussions.I am visiting this place mainly because of the professional service team. If I could have access to such a great professional team I would never visit this place.I want management to relook at the way to organise the reception.Learn to value the long term customers

This is such a good nail salon first of all the service is amazing the employees are so kind and the nails are extraordinary I came for my Christmas acrylics and I’m ecstatic I came here cause they did even better than the inspo 100000% recommend and this is an honest review from a person that goes to different salons to try the nails out 10/10 experience.

Do not recommend this place . They made my daughters fingers swollen after she told the girl that was doing her nails to stop cutting her cuticles . The lady didn’t care what so ever and decided it was best to file her nails . The lady spent almost a full hour filing her nails keep in mind her fingers te now very sensitive since the lady cut her cuticules so few . Anyways she cut her cuticules so deep that her fingers started to bleed . The lady than proceeded to but liquids such as alcohol etc on my daughters nails . The lady did this even After my daughter notified the lady that her fingers are were burning . they also say they are so busy however , when my daughter came in she was the only one there . There was even the cashier doing her nails . HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

I called before arriving to confirm if there was a promotion, the receptionist confirmed that to do eyebrows threading and eyelashe lifting would cost aed 210 so I booked my appointment for both services. When I was done they charged me aed 270 the reason was that there wasn’t after all and the receptionist said is miss understanding. As result I will not go back.

My number 1 spot for eyelash extensions in Dubai, super experienced and knowledgeable staff. I personally always book with Little, she’s the best if you want a natural and classy look

Got nail extensions done and it wasn’t the best experience. It took well over 3 hours to do a full set and the quality of the nails and glue was so poor compared to the nail technicians that do my nails in Toronto. The nail tech also injured my fingers and my nails ended being uneven in length and size. The service was not bad however they are unprofessional and unorganized in their nail service. My nails ended up breaking 2 days later.

My first experience with this salon left me with yellow bleached, dry hair instead of a balayage. The owner was kind enough to give me vouchers for the bad hair. I used the vouchers for a massage, arm wax, mani and pedi. This brings me to my second experience with Blo Out. The receptionist was so rude, I really felt out of place. The massage was super noisy, with building sounds, the salon music blaring and people talking - not relaxing and zen at all. Arm wax, mani and pedi were good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using this salon especially for your hair - I had to pay triple to get my hair fixed at another salon, that’s how it was. Total waste of money, both times.

Update 15th July 2021I went back for Shahnaz to fix my hair, and she was expecting me as she admitted that she felt she had made a mistake. She did her best to fix my hair and salvage the rest. I felt better after her efforts and apology although the final result was not what I wanted initially. I sincerely thank her for her honesty and integrity. The haircut is 6/10 but the botox is absolutely 10/10 and I would definitely recommend her for hair botox and blow dry.They did not charge me for the 2nd visit as they should not and the receptionists were nice and professional.Will definitely come again for manicure+pedicure and hair treatment but never for a hair cut.---Posted 14th July 2021.Im not happy with my haircut at all. Frankly, Im very infuriated. Shahnaz butchered my hair and did a style totally irrelevant to what I asked. If she didnt know how to do it, she should have said this is not her area of expertise and let someone else do it or excuse herself. She decided that a bob style suits me better inspite of my insistence on a layered hair cut, that I showed her photos for. When the damage was done and I told her to fix it by layering it, she insisted to cut it haphazardly, and then she had the audacity to tell me it will be ok once I wash my hair because its too straight now and it will be ok in 2 days after washing but when I got home I realized the extent of the catastrophe. Im very angry and upset. I give her the credit for being nice though she is utterly horrible at what she does. I appreciate the manicure ladies, who did a good job, and saved this review from a single star.

WORST acrylic nail extensions EVER. The lady who did my nails (cant remember her name), couldnt care less. Didnt even bother to trim or clean the cuticle. Just slapped on the acrylic powder and set it. Just because I avail of an offer for extensions, doesnt mean I should get a poor service. Definitely not going back here.

If there was even 0 star to give i would have given, WARNING Dont use their eyelashes extension service they use very cheap glue that it stuck like stones damaged my lashes and killed my eyes I ran to other salon took them 3 hours to remove this horrible glue from my eyes and fix their horrible job cause blo out salon didnt care to fix their mistakes , the girl who did the job didnt care has horrible attitude she left the cream on my eyes and escape without saying a word and the management didnt bother to call and follow up what happened, now my eyes are red like blood and swollen and crying, they should close this salon its even dangerous. Stay away.

I’m never coming to blo out again in my life. I’ve been a customer since 2018. I came in with beautiful balayage and and I left with a 1D brunette hair. My hair is screwed before my summer trip. I sent them messages on Instagram and they’re ignoring it. This toner ruined the color of my hair before my vacation. I hope more people see this and avoid the hair disappointment.Update : how do you want me to come to your salon after I told you that I’m travelling ? Also, I sent you pictures on Instagram of my frizzy hair. The curls didn’t last 2 hours and the top of my head is frizzy. I did send your owner a long essay email but no response.
