I got my hair cut a day ago. I asked them to cut it straight, just a bit shorter. But when they cut my hair, half of it ended up shorter than the other half, and it is now way too short. They clearly aren’t professionals ,the service was the worst I have ever experienced. This is the worst haircut I have ever had. Even someone with no experience could probably do a better job than they did.They didn’t even know to wet my hair before cutting, yet they are charging money for this.They completely ruined my hair, as you can see in the picture. When I pointed out that they cut it wrong, the stylist was rude, started blaming me, and even talked about me to her colleague. I seriously doubt she’s ever had proper training.she’s experimenting on people’s hair.After finishing, she did not even show me the result before asking for payment. I would never recommend this salon. The service was truly pathetic. A rating of 1 is too generous for them—they don’t deserve it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN 3 PEOPLE TRYING TO FIX MY HAIR ON MY HEAD!! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO BLOW DRY. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. DONT EVER GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HAIR LOOKS LIKE A RAILWAY. I COULD EVEN CUT MUCH BETTER THAN YOU BY MYSELF IF I HAVE EVER TRIED! NOW I HAVE VERY SHORT HAIR WHICH I HAVE NEVERT REQUESTED!!!

I visited Blush for a haircut but ended up selecting a pedicure as well. The staff were very professional and their service was really good. Anita who cut my hair knew what style suited me just from my vague description. And Jasleen was so sweet and really did my pedicure perfectly. Would definitely recommend Blush!

This is not my first time visiting your place, 4 months ago I did my dandruff treatment, and that was nice. For that reason only, I came but was disappointed.After the session, I felt it was an absolute WASTE of money because I did not see any visible differences that I usually get to see at other parlours. And even though they dont have enough materials for the hair spa, I can hear that they are saying its finished. Still, they are doing my treatment without proper creams and ingredients. That irritated me greatly, and they charge 150 AED, so it should be done properly.Customer service is very bad; they are busy with their things and chit-chatting; we will not be comfortable! Please focus on customer service; it is not at all professional; previously, it was nice.Im not giving the staff name here, but please inform them to do it properly and train them .I just wasted 45 minutes.Will not come again. Im writing only because they asked for feedback.thank you

Sorry, to say but your service is very bad at aed 200 package. The pedicure was a joke at yoursalon and every salon, we will get 30—40 minutes for a pedicure but you are completing the pedicure within 10—15 minutes. So many times I have complained about the bad quality products you are using for facials, pedicures, and waxing. Staffs are the only upside. The only thing I can say about that is the staff at your salon are very good. Disappointing and would not recommend it.

I recommend. I do hair trim and waxing here! Sometimes facial too. They are very hospitable, good service and hygienic. Products are really good too

Hair services not recommended ,staff are very reluctant to do service in good manner . I have been customer since 2 years . I didn’t have problem with services till now , but really got disappointed.

It’s amazing, the products are really nice and the staffs are really friendly. I have been visiting the salon since past 1 and a half year. And the lady name Linett is amazing, I tried different other salons as well but I always come back to linett as she always finds me the prettiest haircuts and colors and the price and range is also very decent.Kudos for the Team but special Cheers for Lady Linett!!I would recommend always this salon and Linett to you all!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the way they executed waxing. My hairstylist chopped off almost all my hair when I specifically told her not to reduce length. I have voluminous curls and cutting my hair too short isnt a good idea. But she insisted on taking off a little length and giving me few layers/steps. I had hair till my hips and she cut it till my shoulders. The end product looked good as my hair was perfectly blow dried. But everyone knows that post hair cut hair is a con. After I washed my hair, it curled up into a thick bush. I have had several bad experiences from this place with regard to hair cutting/styling. Its worth mentioning that the other services(waxing, manicure, etc.) are not so disappointing.

Hi I am giving this review with my personal experience... 6 months before the staff was very nice very humble but the new staff now is very rude they dont smile when customer arrival in the parlor service is very bad dont matter you do 30 AED eyebrows or u take a package of higher amount... I didnt like the service they just want to do they things doesnt matter for them if person who came to relax and pampers their self is happy with their service or no... I will not visits to this parlor ever again...

Excellent service and very professional. Suman is friendly and patient! Great service and skills, very warm and hospitable.Fantastic, least painful wax I have ever had. I also did a face clean up and it was relaxing with a great result. My skin looked gloomed and nourished.All equipments used are cleaned and sterilized. Very hygienic. No pushy sales talk.Thanks Suman for excellent level of service! I am looking forward to my next appointment!I highly recommend Suman.

I visit this parlour very frequently and had all services including full body wax, manicure, eye brows upper lips. I would recommend one of the best staff Suman to everyone as he do her job perfect with full dedication and i always feel perfect after her work. I have very sensitive skin and the way she do waxing suites me alot. Thanks for her services. For me the service provided i best here and very suitable due to close to my home. Only thing is they started charging 2% extra if you pay by credit card which i would suggest should not happen.ThanksIsha Sharma

The young ladies Jasleen, Simian, and Pooja were very pleasant and knew their job very well. A very comfortable feeling in Blush. Well managed by Saba.

I have been visiting Blush for last 2years. It has very warm and welcoming staff - Suman, Aweshna, Mahi. Always ready to help and accommodate. Suman is very good with Mani,pedi and specially by eyebrows!!Since I am regular customer of Blush would like to see management introducing more hair care Packages with good ratethankyou guys to make us feel comfortable 😊

I would rate more than 5 stars for this salon.. Honestly, at one stop... There are 4 superb professionals who are extremely good at their services- Suman, Avishna, Mahi and Shaheen.... (hope I have spelt their names correctly ) .. But this is one salon where I can get all my services done at a reasonable price and great quality of work!I love this salon and will recommend everyone to go and try it out!! I bet you wouldnt regret :)! Apart from all of the above..all the 4 professionals are very friendly and make you feel at home... :)!! 10 stars from my side :)

I have been visiting Blush beauty salon from October 2017 . I avail services once a month . Manicure , spa pedicure , haircut , hot oil treatment , eyebrow threading .From 2017 October , SUMAN has been taking GREAT care of me and she is the reason for me to return back where as the owner of the salon in a mall close by owns by a friend of mine and I tried out once but ONLY BECAUSE OF SUMAN a SERVICE I continued here . Shes a professional not only in her tasks but also personalised service , very warm and hospitable . I work in a 5 star luxury hotel and I truly rate her service to a 5 star Spa experience.I would also like to recognise AVISHNA who is an AMAZING hairdresser , she immediately understand the client neeed and suitable style and final outcome will be to your BEST satisfaction . She takes GREAT CARE when attending to my 7 year old daughters hair cut , extremely patient and a true professional.Not to forget MAHI , she truly looks like a kid after school but her skills are true professional and an expert . She does my eyebrows and she very well knows hows sensitive my skin is so she ensures that I dont get any reactions later .The new lady SHAHIN , I had the opportunity last month to go through pedicure with her and she did a good job as wellA wonderful team of professional ladies taking GREAT CARE of all clients -

I was nervous about getting my Keratin. I decided to give it a try @ Blush after a recommendation from a family friend and I was not disappointed. My stylist Aweshna really understand my vision. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I even walked away with a purchase! I absolutely love my new look and I’m already excited to go back. Thank you Blush.

Being a regular customer I would like to share my experience. I really love this place. This is the one and only best salon in Ras Al Khor. Love the way they are passionate about their work. I would like to thank Ms. Mahi for giving me the best pedicure ever . Ms. Shaheen for Waxing. Ms. Aweeshna for the haircut and Ms.Suman for the facial . Thank you so much, I’ll sincerely recommend this place . And I’ll be coming back again as long as stays in Ras Al Khor.

Each time I call they are so reluctant to give an appointment at the preferred timing and claim to be busy. And when you walk in uninformed at the same time you see them sitting idly. They just one have girl who will do pedicure, one girl for waxing and wont interchange their role or task if a customer is waiting. This happens all the time and most of my friends also complain the same. You definitely need to improve on customer service.

Over past year and a half, Mahi and Aweshna has been giving amazing costumer service with their work. Visited the saloon with the same expectation, but the new lady that has boy cut hairstyle couldnt make me more upset. Kindly look into it.

I always go to blush to get my eyebrows done and that only with Suman. I trust her and I believe she is really good. She also does really good manicure and you can tell she works hard. I know im in good hands when suman assits me.

I did eyebrows,upper lip, full hands & legs waxing also underarms & pedicure. The services provided by Mamta were good. She was very kind & friendly.

One of the technicians there is good . I go there only for her. They have a very bad attitude in taking appointment, theres always miscommunication. Either its language issue or they just dont want to take appointment so as to ensure they are not busy.

Worst wax experience I can ever get it was a nightmere I mentioned before the service my skin is sensitive I can get reaction still they used same even after I got reacted on my arms they still used the same for face and now I have to visit a dermatologist very pathetic service never recommend you for wax other services were ok but not good still I am really furious they ruined my face they should have knowledge what they are using
