Ive been a regular customer to Trendz in Muhaisnah. Upon their multiple recommendation to visit Blush and Bloom in Qusais, I booked an appointment a week before my suggested date and time, clearly on WhatsApp. Prior to that, Ive called personally enquiring for hair colors and other services and informed that Ill need an appointment in September. It is so unprofessional from this branch and their team that they couldnt even inform me as a customer who booked on this date for an appointment that the branch will be closed. Despite travelling for half an hour via bus, they couldnt inform that the branch was closed today for whatever it reason it may be. There is something called customer support and client service that you provide to customers apart from the services you provide to them. If you do not know how to provide, learn instead of ignoring such requirements from customers.

I had done my hair cut and hair coloring from blush and bloom. This is the first time I am coloring my hair. Really satisfied and happy with the results. Thanking my hair dresser shally for giving me a beautiful hair cut and color. Thank you so much.

I had opted for their services such as eyebrows, hot oil massage and manicure. The massage was extremely relaxing and the manicure was done just right. They have amazing promotions as well. My go to parlor👍🏻.

Before this salon use to be good now very bad service .. never go that place again.. they hurt my nail so badly I can’t move my toe 😢 and they don’t even know eye brow pluck !

Very bad Service.. They spoil my hairs and very bad keratin . My hair start falling more and no hair become more bad after rebonding from them.. Not recommended to anyone
