Generally their service is good. I can say customer service is really good. But still it depends on the stylist or beautician you get. You need to exactly tell your expectation and they can execute it.I had an instance were my hair colour went really good. though I have curly hair they handled the colouring really well. The hair stylist was very insightful about how the customer should experience. But my second visit for root touch up was not really well and it ended up in a not a really good experience with another beautician. However they managed with their good customer service to compensate the dissatisfaction. The place is a bit expensive though.

One of the worst services Ive ever received. They charge so much for their below average services. They destroyed my hair quality. I got Balayage and keratin treatment, both times they literally robbed me and hair didnt remain straight even for a month. I was on the verge of complaining them in govt authorities. The only reason I went there cuz it was closer and they promoted themselves to be organic salon which is a hokum. Their chemicals are harsh. Staff is good but there are no required results. They just lost me in the process.

I called in advance and asked if they know how to tackle curly hair and they confirmed,I asked for a layered hair cut + thinning , the hair dresser confirmed she can do it, during the cut I felt she was insecure about what she was doing, only it was too late to stopI ended up with a weird cut and my hair completely uneven and the layers in the back are a disasterThe hairdresser may be good at cutting regular and wavy hair but My comment is If you don’t know how to cut curly hair then decline to perform the service! Don’t say yes, waste someone’s time and ruin their hair !On the other hand they did highlights for my daughter and it was good; that I have to admit that her hairdresser did a good job

I visited for the first time yesterday and considered having my eyebrows done. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. Ms. Alfiya did her work exceptionally well. As a result, I plan to return for additional services in the upcoming days

I arrived in Dubai this morning for a 14 hour transit - way too long if you ask me! Thinking of a way to kill time and not get bored at the airport lounge, I went on a google search for a parlor nearby that’ll color my hair as I waited - a win-win situation in my books. After, what felt like, a gazillion contacts, messages and calls, I finally came across “Blush n Curls”! From the get-go the customer service (darling Remi) was really kind, helpful and attentive. They waited for me, helped me find the place and were warm, friendly and cordial. Upon reaching, and throughout the service, I was offered a variety of refreshments (tea, coffee and cold hibiscus juice that was so refreshing!) Sweetheart Samjhana was the one who attended to me and she was fabulous!! Her massage while washing my hair was so soothing, relaxing and made me want to take a nap 😅. I love what she’s done with my hair, the color, style etc. She was attentive and kind throughout ! I’m leaving Dubai with new hair 😉Thank you Team Blush N Curls for your hospitality and great work!! This salon was such a pleasant surprise! It’s spacious, clean with high quality non toxic products. I had my hair done with hair protein and scalp care - they were super professional, efficient.Hien took care of me and she was gentle, professional and took excellent care of my hair.

I did hair dandruff treatment in this salon. Initially they suggested to me to get 6 sessions done and assured that my hair dandruff will be completely gone along with new hair growth, once i moved ahead with the treatment even after 3 sessions the dandruff kept reappearing however i was still hopeful and did continue with the sessions. But once i finished 6 sessions, the staff asked me to get 4 more sessions and told it might take up to total 12 sessions as well for the complete result. Every session is charged very high and it is very wrong to give hopes in the beginning if u are not sure about the results.It was a total waste of money as i continued having dandruff and there was no growth of hair or any hair betterment.

I had my hair treatment and Ms Cristal was very kind, patient and committed. She explained the whole process and lemme choose the treatment according to my comfort. I visited Blush & Curls for Dip & Buff nails. The staff is super attentive and knows their job.. The salon manager is very friendly and polite. Ive visited two for my nails, done by super talented, Hein. She is very professional, and kind. Staff never fails to offer you tea, coffee and the hospitality is as good as the services.I highly recommend her and this place. Rates are bit high though.

The staff are all very good and I am a frequent customer but lately i am disappointed with the fact that most of their gel manicure products are over and the manicurist had to keep dipping and most of the time we end up changing color bcz of lack of availability or products being dried out.

I had a free consultation first wherein we talked colour and the length I would prefer, here, I got a price estimate.At my appointment, Cristal really heard the kind of cut I wanted, as someone with curly hair, its not always easy to get the haircut I want, but she did an amazing job! Gave me exactly what I wanted as the colour turned out wonderfully!The staff in general were so helpful and friendly, no regrets!Im so happy with my experience with Cristal from Blush N Curls! I highly recommend her and the salon.

Too costly options and most of the ingredients they’re saying chemicals free but in actual its not completely chemical free. They’re using the products which are free from chemicals like formaldehydes not completely chemical free. The staffs are like money squeezing machines from customers. Initially they’ll suggest some treatment that they wish to get done by customers not the actual one that customer wishes to do. If customer reluctant to take the service then they’ll try to convince the customer what they actually wished to take. Some staffs are customer friendly but some of them are totally management friendly 😜 who’ll raise the complaint to management against the former one. They’ll insist the customer to buy their costly product which almost 5-8 time price than market after taking their service by confusing the customer about after service quality persistence. Overall service is not bad but not recommending completely.

I got my haircut done from Blush N Curls, Al Quasias branch. The hairstylist Samjhana assigned to me was so amazing. She was so calm and composed, clearly gave good attention to my specifications and need. I’m so happy with the service provided. Also, one of their staff did my eyebrow, which was again very comfortable and done with utmost perfection.Definitely returning in future for trying out further more services 😊

Such worst experience ever...The good colour is just after the hair cut and hair colour and the worst pic is just after two days since the poor quality colour gets wash off soon and the bleach colour will come out so quickly...Such rude staffs and if you are of course going the first time please research yourself all about what you have to do exactly since staffs over there are really lazy to talk and clear all your doubts and queries regarding the colour you choose and about the result.The only answer they will say is ”sorry I dont know”When u ask...Really will appreciate your team if you can be more polite and friendly to your customers.Even for hair cut, you have to explain a million times what you need and need to argue to get it done.When you call for the appointment they are good and when u call to say what happened they wont be much interested and will stand only on their point and never agree its their mistake.I agree about the cleanliness and the way the receotionist welcome us.And they will be in such a hurry to finish it off...And they never clear the error that they have done.Of course, all can see I have opted for the cinnamon copper color and just in two washes the color will go and will turn to bleach color.So please please advise all if you wanna visit them you learn about the service you have to do and make all your points super clear to them before you do a service.And the silly excuse they give is its cos of your camera issue hello guys I use a nice phone... And they didnt even take a picture to see what they have done.And all the good reviews you could see is they msg the clients to say to write a good one, so they can offer a complimentary eyebrows and upper lip done next time.So, please think twice before you go...

Complete cheating.. Dont fall in their fake offers and services..They are using some low quality hair coloring products and covencing its completely organic. The product just fades from the hair after each hair wash . They ask to buy their shampoo and conditioner for maintaining and protect from hair color loss but that too fake , still the color fades on each hair wash.Hence in hardly one month color will be gone completely . I didnt know this is what is called organic.They are not telling before we do hair color that the color will last hardly one month..!! Only once we are done with hair color and use their product we come to this situation....So guys dont get cheated with their offer and services..I did red color in one month ,now my hair looks like this..Very poor customer service....Guys I have reviewed true to my experience , by the way your staff didnt even explain to me the procedure . One month lasting hair color is just because of your poor quality hair products , not just having certificates can assure you are using organic products... Its only fake offers and services what your saloon do ..

Hi, I had a lovely warm experience visiting blushncurls for a haircut. It isnt my first visit and with every visit I must say the customer service is excellent. They treat you with utmost care. I had my haircut done by sunitha who did a wonderful job of getting my hair to the style I wanted and had in mind.Also Saritha who worked on shaping my eyebrows. Ridiculously overpriced for a basic mani and pedi which you can get done easily for 100 dhs without breaking the wallet in karama(yes including footspa). I took the medi and pedi medi heel but my heels feel no different. Adding vat and changing the nail polish type is not worth it. The service was absolutely impeccable, but the price left a bitter taste in my mouth. 375 dhs definitely the last time Ill visit.

Absolutely horrible experience at this salon!First of all the staff are not smiling, not welcoming, they look like they’ve been forced to work.I have been here twice once for my hair when they sold me a packageAnd the second time I went to complete my packageSecond time was a total disaster. I was told that the best facial for my skin would be the hyper pigmentation one as I had very light pigmentation on a VERY small area of my face.During the facial I asked the lady why is this burning, she said it’s normal for it to burn for a few secondsWhile using the second product, I asked her again why is this burning .. she said it’s NORMAL FOR IT TO BURNand now guess what - I have very evident and huge pigmentation on my face which is now becoming dark and dry.Absolute mess of a facial!!! How do you let your staff touch anyone’s skin if they have no idea what they are doing.

She is awesome. And Maria (May), she did my manicure pedicure service. She did it with so much detailing. The way she did the entire session was commendable.So in a nutshell the services given by Blush and curls are totally awesome. they take care of their customers from the moment they enter their facility till the time they are done with all the services they are looking for. I usually visit Blush & Curls Al Qusais branch for Manicure & Pedicure. This time I approached for hair spa and the stylist Devyani was really amazing and she convinced me for the hair color . She knows what she is doing . She suggested me a good color according to my requirements and it came out very good. I absolutely loved it and I am super happy with her service.

I strongly recommend Blush N Curls for those who prefer organic products. Me personally being a little too sensitive to most products had a great experience at this salon. The stylist I got Cristal was really amazing. She knows what she is doing. I went in BNC for protein treatment for my hair. The salon looks very neat and organized.They assured me that i am gonna love my hair after this treatment as i was bit confused about the pros and cons. They told they are using products which are formaldehyde free, Over all experience was amazing, a bit expensive though ! , i hope it should be worth the money. Its just the next day after the treatment, hence i would want to wait a few more days to see actually, how my hair will look 🥰. Though I had issues in the first visit, they rectified my curls in the second trip.I have booked an appointment for protein treatment. I went for the first time the results did not come well.. so I called and asked for help so she advised to use the products she recommended which I bought on her advise,... once it did not work again called Ms. Lamya and she told me to visit them again and she rectified the issues...So pls contact them if the results are not as expected they will provide support to rectify.. My experience with team blush and curls Ghusais team was very positive. From the second you step in you feel welcomed and made feel important. I got my Balayage and Olaplex treatment done there and Anju was simply outstanding. Very gentle when handling my hair and patiently answered all my queries. I got my balyage done ( note, this was the first time I was getting anything done on my hair) from their expert hair technician Roni and it turned out even better than what I had imagined. She knows exactly what will look good on you and overall the staff is so friendly and nice. The quality of the products and the services when compared to the pricing is really really worth it! Amazing experience and good customer service as always. Did the balayage hair coloring today from the Qusais branch . It was done by their staff Anju. My first experience with Blush n Curls . After reading a lot of good reviews I finally tried the salon yesterday at the Mankhool branch. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with my Manicure. I wanted to try their Dip & buff nail manicure ,and the nail technician did a terrible job which ended up completely uneven and unprofessional. On top of that while filing, the nail technician was too aggressive and ended up injuring most of my fingers. I walked out of the salon with sore bleeding & bruised skin. I kept my calm yesterday although I did tell them and they offered to fix it the next day. I dread going back as my fingers are still hurting.And of course for the price and my precious time all I except is an excellent service .I spent 3 hours only to have terrible nails.A piece of advise to the salon, for a first time customer always make sure to provide your best technicians if you want your customer to come back. Unfortunately , after my experience yesterday I dont think I am going back.

I have done my hair protein treatment, cromoaroma facial, dip n buff nails and roots touch up multiple times at blush n curls mankhool branch. I must say the products they use does not damage your hair / skin after a period of time like they do at other salons. My hair treatment was beautifully done by Ms. Dolly. I would really recommend visiting them once. It IS a bit on the pricy side but the products, the service is worth it. I personally loved it.

I got my hair cut and colored by Salomi at Blush n curls, 2 weeks ago. I deliberately waited this long to post a review, just so i can be sure of the effects of the products that were used. Im thrilled to say that my hairs never felt better. I went in, unsure about what exactly i need. I just knew i wanted a makeover. Salomi was so friendly and understanding that she walked me through all the options. She explained the products in detail and helped me get over my anxiety. Though they dont specialize in curly hair, she was very understanding of the different hair care methods n products i use, n tweaked their usual ways to meet my needs. Because the product they use is formaldehyde free it really make my hair look healthy and natural. I took also the home care products which is the shampoo conditioner and mask to maintain the treatment on my hair, and the price is REASONABLE. I recommend this to everyone!

This was my 1st visit to their new branch, & it is absolutely gorgeous . This was also my 2nd time for hair cut, my stylist NAME: BEVERLY was very professional & gave me the exact cut as I wanted it. Very disappointing experience. Went for the first time and never going back again. The hair stylist didnt understand the basic that different hair needs different type of styling. A pixie/graduate cut will look good on a straight hair but not so much on a wavy hair. I wanted to cut down the length while keeping it layered. She listened to me and didnt discuss much and went on with her job. So I thought she knows what she is doing as she seemed confident and then gave me the horror that is my hair now! She didnt have the courtesy to fix it, just walked away. May be she realized the damage was done and nothing could be fixed. Apparently she is the senior stylist. The salon assigned another stylist who tried to help, but it was too late. I paid the money and just got out of there!

And I am glad to have found it.I am very particular about my hair cut and hair stylist.So I would like to mention specifically about Holita , one of the most amazing staff here. I got the haircut + balayage + blow dry combo for 299 done by Anju. She is very skilled at what she does. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she cut my hair flawlessly in less than 5 minutes. As for the balayage, Ive never dyed my hair before but I was convinced that she knew what she was doing. The whole process was so relaxing that it nearly put me to sleep. By the end of it, I was left with soft, silky, perfectly blended hair and I was so amazed by how little I had to pay for it. 10/10 would recommend if youre looking for good value for money.

Blush N Curls is great. I am from the U.S. and Ive only do my dip powder for my nails at one place by me. I am back and forth to Dubai alot and was in Dubai for longer than expected this past trip, so I had to pick a place to do my nails. The Blush n Curls team are the nicest set of people! I was so nervous to do my nails in a bran new place. Hien did my dip powder nails for me. She did an awesome job. My nails came out so good and Hien is the sweetest! Blush N Curls is officially going to be my go to place when Im in Dubai. I cant wait to try out all the other services the salon has! Thank you!!

My wife had gone to this salon to get hair color done. First when she went with long hair they said extra 150 they will charge for length. Then next time she had cut her hair and gone, still they charged the same amount extra to 289, they are simply charging fixed amount extra , it is not depending on length. Their 289 offer package is a lie.And they were insisting more on getting highlights because it is more expensive than getting full hair color and balayage, the excuse they were saying is that she has black hair and the color wont be seen if full hair color is done. Very bad experience.Also the specialist and the customer service I received was very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible haircut ! Very expensive and not worth it at all. They dont even know how to cut curly hair. Extremely bad experience! The haircut wasnt neat at all. It was irregular and looked unkempt. Really not worth the price of almost AED 200 !!

I have been visiting B&C for more than an year now I never had issues with the service that their staff provides. However recently with the opening of the new branch the reception staff has changed n I wish the new candidate was well informed and had some experience of the industry before being put on the front line of the saloon. Secondly my issue has been with the price specially with the removal of dip n buff which is AED 70/- only for removal even if I do this service with them every time. The excuse is that the removal is quite expensive n they need to charge but I am sure the removal is bought on large quantity and if u divide by the numbers of clients it won’t cost as much. One can do a normal manicure with this price at B&C it self. Also with the current pandemic it would be nice if all the staff is wearing mask all the time and gloves too. I don’t see this happening in my last visits. A little smile from the founder when a client walks in would be nice.

This was my first time trying the service in the salon. I did the eyelashes extension. The staff at the reception was friendly. The hygiene and safety protocol was followed.Staff Hien who did the eyelashes for me was also very friendly, meticulous at applying the eyelashes. She did a super job and the outcome was as I had just expected.. Not too heavy looking eyelashes but more of a natural looking one.I loved it.Just an advise and feedback it would be great if an eyelashes brush could have been given as a freebies to maintain the eyelashes or at a minimal costThank you.

I have been going to Qusais branch since 2018 and was happy with all the services I took from Hair protein treatment, hair coloring, facial, manicure and pedicure. Each therapist have good expertise in the services they do.The staff are friendly and easily accumulates the clients without much waiting as they are well organised.

I went to BnC, Al Qusais branch, for a haircut and dandruff treatment. The place is very clean and when you come in they take all the necessary precautions before they send you in for your service. It is quite spacious and has specific compartments for services. I did the dandruff treatment and my hair feels a lot better than before and there is a decrease in hairfall as well. After that I got a haircut, which was done exactly like the picture I showed them. Im definitely going to go here for my hair color service as well. Great service and great place and great offers and great work!

I decided to visit the Al Qusais branch yesterday for the very first time for minor service like threading of eyebrows and upper lip. The lady Sangeetha who serviced me was very nice and polite, but while I was checking to see if my eyebrows was done right, as I have difficult eyebrows to shape, I was told to hurry up as she had another customer to service. I was taken aback by the lady as she was in a hurry to finish off with me and run for the next customer. Whatever the service, big or small, every customer should be given time and not asked to hurry up. That was not all, I politely said thank you and walked to the reception to make the payment. While at that I asked the receptionist Sheena if they have any packages and she throws me the paper with the pricing, without uttering a word. I asked do you have a brochure I could take along and in a grumpy attitude the lady point out the the leaflets lying on the desks. Is this the kind of customer experience Blush and Curls want to give to customers walking in for the first time customers. I had a lot of expectations from my first visit but now decided never to go back there again. Thanks to the exceptional customer service experience.

I been visiting the salon since a few months, mostly for eyebrows and waxing, which they manage to do a good job. In addition, I recently did hair cut and balayage. Hair cut was pretty good and balayage turned out to be highlights. Also, it was visible that my hair color started bleeding from my first wash itself, though a color protectant shampoo was used. As I was completely dissatisfied with the coloring, I went back to the salon for correction. And they did understand what I explained and fixed my hair color without any fuss, which is much appreciated. But what they always mention is all the treatments are organic, which is not! I been coloring my hair since 5 years and am sure if they go through the ingredient list of the products they are using, its not organic. Also, before coloring they did bleach my hair, which I have never done before. The bleach that just took half an hour to lighten my hair is not organic. I do realize all these are not organic. But there may be many customers who believe what the BNC staff says. I wish they could be more truthful to the customers.Also, I did Dip and Buff Nails for the first time from BNC, which I have tried before from other nails studio. Completely dissatisfied with the experience here. After a week, my fake nails started lifting from bottom, which never happened before. Literally, I had a hard time touching or washing my hair, as my hair was getting stuck in my nails. So I couldnt keep it for 4 weeks. In BNC website, it says, benefit of Dip and Buff as it makes your nails stronger, which is providing a false impression to customers. Definitely, the whole procedure makes your nails unhealthy and nails chip easily once its removed. It never makes the nail stronger, instead the plastic nails is what stays for 4 weeks.It would be great if all the services are more transparent which will help to grow the business.Edit: As per your reply, definitely not one but 3 staffs had mentioned to me your services are organic. May be they can rephrase it as less chemicals to be precise. Bleach having less peroxide doesnt make it either organic or natural! Regarding the nails, I handled it carefully and nail color never chipped. It started lifting from bottom or having gaps from bottom which caused things to get in through bottom of fake nails. This will happen only 1 week later, when nails start growing. And the reason is it was not glued on properly. I couldnt find time and a flight to come back to fix it as I was already on my holidays!

I did my protein hair treatment from Blush and Curls. It was for the first time I availed their service and it turned out to be very good. Hein was the stylist, she is very patient and know her work very well.Moreove, they use chemical free product which is the best thing for me.Will definitely visit them again.

Got their balayage and the color was not blended properly.Had to go back to get it fixed but going back and removing color to change it damaged my hair.The two stars I’ve given are because the hair cut on the other hand was good.And the supervisor was kind enough to provide me with a complimentary olaplex treatment because of the hair color mistake.

Had a hair makeover with them. The hair stylist, Ms. Anju was amazing. She explained every process and got me the exact color and style i was looking for. She explained the need and process of after-care as well. Would definitely recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!Id rather not color my hair than getting it done from this salon. The stylist was very rude , did not understand the color I was going for. I had asked for ash blonde with highlights. The stylist did a horrible job she made the highlights look so patchy and grey. When I asked the stylist to tone it down , she was super rude to me. HORRIBLE!They offered to fix my hair for the 3rd time I refused because I cant trust them with my hair. They then offered nail extensions after going back and forth, they charged me AED 850 for my hair and offered nail extensions worth AED 100 instead pf refund. HORRIBLE!!!!

Im glad to found out about this salon. It is extremely clean which is very important for me.. The service is amazing and people so kind and professional. I have had mixed experiences from blush & curls. All the staffs dont look happy, wonder why? But yesterdays experience with Nezil was good. I liked the way she attended to me and the pedicure. Am definetly going back and would like to do it with the same person.
