Disappointing ExperienceI visited the saloon today 20/12/2024 for a package with waxing session and pedicure unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.The waxing process itself was poorly executed, left most the hair in the most areas and with no precision.Customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority at all.But it was good pedicure service. The staff was attentive and took their time to ensure everything was done well.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for professional and considerate service.

A very good and affordable saloon I will recommend. The staffs are good in their services. Hakima for hair style. Nelcy , Akki and Rebecca for pedicure . And a very good receptionist Miranda very welcoming. I will visit this saloon every time.

Loved my nails by Rachel ! Shes a total perfectionist. Never know I could have nice nails until Rachel did mine detail and quality was fab! Cant wait to return. Highly recommended♥️♥️💃

I have been visiting this parlour for more than 10years. The parlour is very neat & clean and the staff are very friendly & courteous.I regularly do a manicure & pedicure there. Hoai is the staff that attends to me every time. She is very professional & patient. I would highly recommend Hoai.

Bodorgan beauty is a one stop beauty centre. Very good services and friendly staff. Since the establishment of the parlour have been visiting.. never felt to change parlour. Staff like hakeema for hair is the best, farzana for eyebrow and face massage and mask ...she suggest best product as per skin type. All the girls in manicure and pedicure section is too good. Overall a very nice parlour. Well recommend. Please visit and enjoy their services

It was so bad they burnt my hair and after i had washed it twice my hair is still straight. they’re attitude towards their clients are so bad and rude. they were huffing and puffing . they made us pay before because they know how bad they are. they painted my sisters hair horribly. my hair is now burnt and damaged and doesn’t want to go back curly

Services are really good and worth it. Specially pedicure and leg massage done by Rabecca. I guess her massage for every part is very good.

A very clean and good saloon I will recommend, staff very good and their receptionist Miranda is very polite and welcoming. I love to visit this saloon.

Honestly, I wouldnt recommend visiting this salon. The staff is extremely rude and lacks basic manners. Their attitude seems to be that of superiority, as if they believe theyre the best salon in the UAE. Additionally, the salon has an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, it appears they are boosting their reviews by posting fake ones. If they make a mistake, they never apologize or take responsibility. While errors are understandable, they consistently blame customers and display rude behavior. The receptionists are particularly noteworthy for their disrespectful attitude, especially towards expatriates. It seems that only Arabs and Arabic speakers are given a warm welcome.

So disappointed, the worse salon I have visited ever, very apathatic staff and management. Will never recommend to any one

Im regular customer for this salon I like the services but honestly the reception staff become very rude lately. And now they are asking for payment before service !

I was disappointed for the second time in this salon. I applied henna today and it took forty minutes for a simple henna (just a two flowers in the back my hand ) When I complained to the receptionist, she was rude and did not even want to listen. Also, the first time they were not ready to remove the henna for me. They told me to remove it alone. For me, customer service is bad there.

I got my hair dyed and cut by Salma Egyptian it was really great!!

I love this saloon, I know a few of the staff from the Muhaisnah branch. To be honest, I have never had a bad experience with them at all.

This uae i went some saloon very good but this saloon is very worst beauty parlour , , i did hair highlights they dont no the process my hair is damaged so plz dont spoil your hairs , staff also not professional and rude behaviour i informed but the receptionist is rude also plz change this all staff they are not professional like lake behaviour and lake service i am very ubset my hair also spoiled very bad service i am not suggesting this parlour 1 star also i am not giving

The place is soooooooo disgusting I wanted to vomit from the ambience.even the staff were so impolite and rude, pathetic service. Its so dirty there if you sit you want to faint from the dirt everything is broken and old. Unprofessional staff. Overcrowded with staff who have attitude and anger issues. They all need some rest or something. Theyre NOT NORMAL. This place is so so so so bad!!!god help any customer who goes there without getting chance to read the reviews first.

I had my herbal facial and threading today at Bodour beauty Salon. The girl Zara who did all of my services was friendly and professional. My skin is extremely dry and sensitive but she knows exactly how to deal with my skin type with high diligence and care. Good job✌🏻

I had my facial and threading today at Bodour beauty Salon. Sajida who did all of my services was friendly and professional. My skin is extremely oily and sensitive but she knew exactly what to do with my skin type. Thank you for your service Sajida. I will be back to you soon.

If u care about ur hair never step to this salon, didn’t know that to cut hair just straight might destroy my mood. I need 4-5 month for hair to grow in order to fix was done with more professional master. Can’t tell anything about other services but my experience was just terrible

Already rated this neighborhood salon as very good but came bk today to specially mention the name of Devender/Dev for my facial .. She has done it twice for me... Today and few months ago. .a kind and experienced staff who doesnt give only service but genuinely understands the customers skin to give the best treatment which WE agree n feel satisfied with.. Plus I lot of generous tips on skin care which are practical n works😀

These guys are not at all professional. They do not welcome and behave rudely with Indians and Pakistanis. They have different attitude towards arabi nationals and arabic speakers. No manners to talk at all. Their attitude is like” if you want take it else get lost”. There are only few staff like Hakima who is very good. Rude responses to any question

Finally found A decent ladies salon in thr area. The staff at the reception was ok but the lady who cut my hair was well trained and professional. She knew exactly what to do and gave rhe right cut. She was also friendly and cheerful which is important for customers to be happy about.

Every week One of my friend going on BODOUR BEAUTY SALOON . All the work is done by professional staff and everyone is friendly there . Even if you have to drink or eat anything in the saloon the delivery is also available by nearest cafe. After that going through the prices that is not very expensive.

I got my hair done at Salma the Egyptian and her work is very nice. I loved the wi-fi and the hair. She treats me very kind and respectful. Her style is nice and she makes my hair not get messy and it is fixed from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah in a clean way.

Their work is amazing. The most important thing is the massage for the scalp, buttocks, dimples and groin. Oh my God, please be honest, the employee Salma was a nice person, God willing, she deserves the best evaluation.

A salon in need of maintenance. Everything is old and not restored. The one in it is nice. Their employees are excellent in henna and hair, Moroccan bath essence, but unfortunately the bathroom is old and needs maintenance.

Im sorry for the behavior of some of the workers. Forgive me. I will pay more.. and when I complained to the owner.. seriously, after she complained about me, she called the worker asking the worker if I paid the amount.. without any interest in my complaint.
