Beautiful salon with great atmosphere. They offer different services like eyebrows microblading, eyelashes extensions, facials etc. the staff is lovely and super professional. I got my pm removed from my eyebrows and i am extremely satisfied with the result. I highly recommend to everyone try the Brau beauty center in al wasl

I usually visit Brau in Springs, came here as I had errands in the area. Melissa did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. However I have to cut down the rating to 3 as I originally booked for an Airbrush lamination but the machine was not working on the day. I felt that the team could have been better prepared to cause less delays.

If I could give 6 stars I would. INCREDIBLE place. Amazing ambience and staff is very kind. Lune is an absolute MASTER at what she does. I didnt know which place to go to for micro blading my brows but I am so happy I found Brau. Lune knew exactly what my vision was for my brows.I wanted fluffy thick brows and she gave me an amazing look!!! Now my face feel so much more youthful and bright with her amazing artistry!!! I cant recommend her enough.

Did lash lift twice with the same esthetician she was very lovely and was understanding when my eyes were teary and offered to fix it if I wasnt satisfied with the result. Would go there again my result here was better than the previous place i tried lash lift the first time and cheaper nonetheless with actual results

I had the best experience with Gabby and would highly recommend her services! I have been wanting to have my brows microbladed for ages but did have some apprehension so wanted to make sure I chose the perfect place and person. And honestly with Lune I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She made my experience perfect from start to finish. She is so professional, warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away, taking the time to talk to me about what my pain points were with my brows, what the process will be, aftercare and any questions I had. She also took her time mapping out my brows to make sure they were absolutely perfect, and they are amazing! They are exactly what I wanted…super natural and still like my brows but so much better! To add the branch is absolutely stunning, you feel like you are stepping into a resort. If you want amazing looking natural brows I honestly can’t recommend Lune enough!

Loved the aesthetics and atmosphere of the place, very informative and welcoming staff. I had my first time lashline done with Lune, I was very nervous about the final result, but she totally kept my anxiety at bay, she gave me plenty of time to review the mapping and drawing of the lashline before starting with the needle. Gabby did my lip blush and omg what an angel! I had previous colour on that I wasn’t totally happy with from a previous lip blush I had with someone else and Gabby gave me the PERFECT shade. It was exactly what I had in mind and I didn’t actually think it was possible to achieve the colour because of the previous work but she worked literal magic! I always get compliments on my lip blush and I’m so so so pleased! Could not recommend Gabby enough she is so talented!

This place is amazing and such a lovely experience. I had to wait for ten mins over my appointment time (which didn’t bother me AT ALL!) and the staff where unbelievably nice and accommodating, apologising and even giving me a little goody bag as a nice gesture. It’s pretty rare to find this level of customer service in Dubai. I will 100% be back - it’s a little more expensive than other salons I’ve tried but honestly it’s worth it. You’re paying for extremely high quality and a lovely experience all round. Technicians are very knowledgeable too and make suggestions without pushing products, which is such a breath of fresh air!10/10 please never change!!!

Tried this brow place here for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. The ladies are so soft spoken and kind and inviting. Jessica was so professional and made sure to have a very detailed consultation with me before doing my eyebrows (which most brow places dont bother with). She shaped my eyebrows so beautifully, and i was so happy. It was the first time i was ever really happy with my brow shape. She also lightened my eyebrow color so naturally and subtly i couldnt believe it. The place itself is so clean and aesthetically pretty, it made us feel super calm and pampered. The coffee they served us also tasted amazing ! After the appointment i left with new confidence, all thanks to Jessica. There was literally no fault at this place. Very responsive front desk who understands your concerns and points you to the right professional. The place itself is so cute and upscale.
