Had an incredible experience at this saloon ... got haircut and highlights done. Very professional staff and extremely neat and precise work.

The saloon is very nicely decorated, the hair dresser knows what is doing and she is really friendly and professional.They use amazing Italian quality products free of harsh chemicals and they made my hair they way I really wanted!The prices are aLso great for Dubai!I really recommend them!

I have been to this salon a couple of times. The initial few services were just ok (definitely not up to the standards met at other salons). I didnt put any reviews or comments understanding that the salon is new and in the stabilizing stage.However, based on my experience this time I definitely have to write a review.Firstly, I had booked an appointment well in advance for a gel manicure. I arrived at the salon on time. I had to wait for 30 minutes, as the only staff present at the salon was busy catering to salon owners family member. This is not the first time this has happened. Even in my previous appointments I have faced the same issue i.e having to wait for the family members service to complete. But this time around, the delay was of 30 mins which is definitely not acceptable. A customers time needs to be valued.Secondly, when my service started, the lady doing my gel manicure had no clue what to do. The owner started guiding her and asked her to just put one layer which left the polish with a horrible finish (half smudged inside the UV machine and half translucent where my nail could be seen). The gel polish had to be put and removed thrice which was a terrible situation for me. After wasting another 1 hour of my time, and when customers started crowding in, the owner told me to come the next day as the gel manicure expert is on a day off. I had to travel out of country the next day and I was left with peeled skin and horrible looking nails. As customers started crowding in, they didnt even show the patience to remove the polish gently. Well, if the expert was not available, why was the appointment taken in the first place? This should have been told before so that I could have considered alternate options.So I must say my personal experience at this salon has been really bad. Things seem to be totally disorganized. I will for sure not take their services in future, but I hope the salon management takes these things seriously to avoid losing your regular customers.

Great salon, impeccable customer service and a modern clean environment. Went for a hair dye and was not disappointed as they didnt use bleach. Very happy with the result- definitely recommend this salon!

There was this really weird Indian girl who lives in the bunding next door who spilled vodka bith gin on my hairdrasdar 🥲
