I had a good first experience. I enjoyed the Marocain bath. It feels like home . The stuff was friendly and welcoming. Regarding the blow dry I was expecting more professionalism. But all over the experience was great and for sure Ill try more service.I recommend bronzette Salon 💯. Yaatikom saha🌹

I recently visited Bronzette Salon in Barsha and was extremely impressed with their service. I did a mani-pedi, roots wash, and blow-dry, and everything was done super fast with excellent attention to detail. They have great offers on Groupon and Cobone; I used my Cobone offer and got a package that originally costs 355 for just 89 AED—definitely worth it! The staff is professional, and the packages are fantastic. I left very happy and will surely come back again. 5-star rating from me!

Even after booking the appointment on 9th may with them and being on time I had to wait more than an hour before they attended me. I went for nail extension package which was for 150 and the lady said I can have ombre and gel nail in 200 and so I paid 200 but still got ombre on acrylics while I keep asking if its gel nails that she is making. After all this I let it go because it was looking great but it should have last upto 6 weeks but 4 of my nails have already fallen off in 2 weeks so I am quiet upset about it.Disappointing. Please be very sure what you are paying for.

I made a reservation a week ahead and I confirmed the appointment the same day and I even reached 10 minutes earlier, she said the girl is not available and I have to wait , she kept me waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes and she did not even say sorry she told me what do you want to do she is slow and she asked me to reschedule. They wasted my time and I had to deal with the traffic again at 7 pm and and back. And when I put my review on instagram she called me many times and asked me to remove it and spoke with me in a bad manner.

The staffs and the owner were all accommodating and friendly! Danica who did my eyelash extension is the best! She really knows her craft and did it exactly how I wanted it to be! Also the girls (sorry wasn’t able to get their names) who did my mani-pedi were amazing! Their hands were so soft that I don’t even feel like they’re having it done for me. It was a wonderful experience that will make you go back again and again. Definitely a place to go if you want quality salon service! 👌

The Moroccan bath is the best. However, my last visit wasnt very pleasant.. The dore was broken, and even though they still accept my booking and I got sick after that because of this situation, I wish she had called me to cancel my appointment instead!

I was there to do my nails, it was the worst experience in all my life. The staff doesn’t have experience at all, even in giving shapes of toe, even making French. Even if they do discounts it doesn’t worth the money for it. No device costumer at all. I wait 3 hour to do just gel color. The worst Salon, I will never recommend to no one. In that price u can go to Beaty connection. They does an amazing job. This salon is very bed.

Cozy environment, friendly and professional staff. Madame Dora and Mademoiselle Maisa are always hospitable. The filipino staff for mani pedi and Awash in Moroccan hammam are exceptional. Appointments are necessary. RTA parking only so might be an issue on weekends. Look out for great offers posted on their socials regularly.

Staff is great and accommodating but the place is a bit unsanitary. Price is fair but is different from what they tell you on instagram lol. Just an ok experience. Went here for waxing, mani pedi and haircut.

I chose to spend there all day and do all the services I could imagine and I left with burned skin from waxing (marks on my face and legs), and the salon is not responding to my message I sent to their Instagram account with my burned face.I had to ask for coffee four times until I got it and listen to Quran radio until I asked to change it to something else after two hours.The ladies are trying hard and are nice but the management, cheapness of tools and things and bad client service ruins everything.

Amazing salon , i refuse to go anywhere else , welcoming and friendly. You feel taken care of, they are attentive and you walk out feeling relaxed refreshed. I have tried almost all their services and its my go to place without a doubt.

Horrible place for haircut. They cut off about 7 inches of my hair for a trim! They will make blunders and then later expect you to pay instead of compensating you! The first girl howla cut off a large chunk despite being told to only trim 1 inch. I understand a mistake on judgement and cutting 2 inches instead of 1. But 7 inches ? How can they hire such incompetent staff. The next girl was a philipinno girl that does nails who was brought in to correct the mistake. Instead of adding an additional layer as told.. she cut off my entire length in a deep U and did a horrible job at that too. All my highlights have been ruined due to this salon. This place has scarred me and put me through mental trauma. If you like your hair and spend money on it... Please dont go to them. They will make you leave their salon in tears!

I did my nail extension and pedicure gel with friendly price my expectations reached more than I am imagining, They are awesome, greetings with smiling face once you stepped in the salon, up to the last seconds I am at the place,. Very much recommended

Very bad service. Went for root touch and blow dry.. the girl actually burnt my hair while blow drying. Not experienced staff.

Did only acrylic nail removal but some of my extensions are still on my nails! When i told them, their excuse is my nails will be sensitive thats why they didnt remove it! So why some nails are removed completely and some no! Imagine if it is like this just to remove extension, who should be for other service!

The place is very nice and their services are excellent and at very good prices.The Moroccan bath is a masterpiece, and you can do a blow-dry after it with a Tunisian girl who made my hair a masterpiece.

Its always a disappointment, each time, extras to pay and strangely the price changes all the time... its more expensive each time for a service ultimately of average quality (for example when you get a manicure/ pedicure: you have to pay extra to put on varnish (even normal varnish); I have never seen this in any salon in Dubai or anywhere else!!!The blow-drying is very basic (otherwise you have to pay extra...) plus it pulls the hair out because it pulls so hard, be careful if you have extensions, they will damage them... and my scalp hurt for 2 days She pulled my hair so much.Only the Moroccan hamam with Aïcha is good: she is always on top, the work is careful, she is kind and generous, super professional.

To be honest, it is one of the finest salons I have ever been to. I loved their treatment and their work once and for all. The best thing about the salon is that the patron of the salon is always present and deals with customers with elegance and respect. Their prices are reasonable and I advise you to visit the salon

The Moroccan bath, keratin, and eyelash extensions are amazing. I recommend Saidia and Shaima for keratin and blowdry, the bathroom is at Aisha, and the eyelashes are at Denika. However, the owner of the salon is very good at dealing with cosmetics.
