I had a very disappointing experience at this place after doing my eyebrows there. Initially, they informed me that a retouch after one month would cost 500 AED, which I accepted. However, just one week after the procedure, I noticed several issues: the shade was inaccurate and didn’t match what I had requested, and the eyebrows were asymmetrical. Despite paying a high price for this service, I wasn’t happy with the results.I contacted them multiple times during the first two weeks to express my concerns. They assured me that the shade would lighten and eventually match my preference, but this didn’t happen. When I returned after one month, it was to repair their work, not for a regular retouch. The issues were due to their mistakes, yet after finishing the repair, they insisted I pay 500 AED.The worst part was how unprofessional the situation became—the receptionist ran after me as I left, calling me back to pay. I explained that it was unfair to charge for fixing their errors, but they refused to listen. I waited for over an hour to speak with the management, and they still insisted on payment.This wasn’t about the money; it was about the poor customer service and lack of accountability. I’ll never visit this place again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I can’t praise the Brow and Beauty team enough for their amazing technicians and service that goes above and beyond every single time I visit. I’ve been going there for years now for my nails, lashes, and brows, and most recently facials with their amazing dermatologist.Their attention to detail and standards always exceed my expectations, I cannot go anywhere else as all other salons cannot compare.

Very disappointed and frustrated from this place. Read the reviews well before you choose to go to this place. I have done my eyebrows powder( microblading), the procedure that is very pricey, was faded after a week and my eyebrows looked incomplete. I came for the retouch after one month and they insisted I have to pay 500 dhs. Same thing happened to my friend who did the same service with me.After 3 months after, the color faded again and they asked me to pay 1000 dirhams to fix it. This place is quite unprofessional with low quality services. Its very commercial. All they care about is money!! They do not commit to the contract signed. All their photos are fake and does not reflect their services.

Ive recently visited Brow and beauty and decided to do my eyebrows (microblading) and lip blush with Daniya. During consultation she listened to my preferences and with her professionalism achieved amazing results. I never liked my eyebrows so much and I dont use any make up on them anymore. Lips also, very natural and so nice without any lip products that I dont know why I havent done it before. Highly recommend Daniya and Brown and beauty team😊

The interior is very nice and the staff are really sweet and attentive however the hydra-facial for the price you could get better results the white and black heads weren’t cleaned properly but worth the experience

Worst place ever! If I can give less than one star I would give them.I came all the way from Bahrain to Dubai 2 times for the session and retouch depending on the bloggers reviews on instagarm, but it seems they care only about bloggers. My eyebrows are asymmetric the right one is more close than the left one, and also for the lips one up and one down.. and the technician was really rude when I give her a comment that my eyebrows are not symmetrical she said ok I don’t have time to do your lips and then I told her I came all the way flying from another country and then you say that because I don’t like something and need it to be fixed, so she did my lips that bad and I waited outside to fix it after the session and also they look asymmetrical.. when I texted them my concern they said why you didn’t tell the technician before you leave that you don’t like the result.. I said I told her all my comments and she started to be very rude and she said what’s you zodiac sign because you give attention to the details?? I’m sorry what!!! I payed more than 5000 AED plus the flight tickets and accommodation and then you say I pay attention to details?? You HAVE TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE, and make me leave satisfied.. And they asked to come again to Dubai to fix it and start to say that’s because your skin is oily the healing was different.. I don’t know what’s the oily skin does with the shape and the symmetric?? I know the oily skin may effect the strokes and it may fade but I did microshading not a microbalding also.And at the end they offered a discount when I come again for any service at their place because I said I won’t come to Dubai again for the 3rd time to fix it and put more ink.. instead of offering a refund of my money or even partial refund they said we will do a discount..I wasn’t planning to write a review on google after I sent them my complain but now I’m removing the hell they did on my eyebrows with laser because I can’t stand how it looks and it left a scar that I treating right now in a clinic. and really it bothers me every time I look at the mirror.. I will never forgive what they did with me. And I don’t want anyone to experience that again!⚠️edit!It’s been more than a year now and I’ll never forgive them! When I texted them on Instagram because I’m not living in Dubai, they blocked me without even answering me when I said at least return my money back! All what I got from them is (A BLOCK) and I’m thinking every single day about the trauma they left me with! If you think you got away with what you did then you need to know that God is watching!

The best salon in Dubai (I tried their nails service) their manicure is so good and clean. A bit expensive but definitely worth it when on vacation or special occasion. The place is very clean and chairs are super comfortable haven’t seen a better place/service anywhere

The most disappointing experience in DXB.Two procedures resulted in such a mess I couldn’t look in the mirror.“Your left brow is cool, though”, I was told at the B&B. Amazing, but I have two eyes.I’ve already removed part of the grave mistakes at the other place with a reliable professional however I’m still in the process of improving.I’d rather spend the money on charity rather than ugly brows I have to amend.Instagram vs. reality case.Upd. It’s been 9 months and I am still in the process of eliminating the shades on my skin. Every time I look into the mirror I regret making a decision to visit this place. Girls, do your own research, do not get lured by the insta pics.

The attention to even smallest details is impeccable (wide selection of welcome drinks, little snacks, surprised to see free pads and tampons in the bathroom, tools that will be used are sealed). I did eyebrow lamination there, it was ok when I left but l the product did not last 4 weeks as claimed. One week after the session I have some more bulky and curvy eyebrow hair and the product is almost gone!The Saloon contacted me over whatsapp where I shared my experience and they seemed doubtful and blamed me for not oiling my eyebrows twice a day.Not the expected quality or customer service from such an expensive saloon.BTW, apparently I am not the only one complaining from the short lasting product, 2 of my friends had their lifting done there and have the same comment where their lifting lasted only for a week or so.

First thing first I would like to mention the professionals of the salon- the techniques that they are using for mani/pedi are not mediocre services that you get in Dubai. Tbh it’s really hard to find the place where they won’t cut your cuticles to the blood and where they can polish your heels to become as soft as baby skin.Secondly I am big fan of their comfortable chairs and the part where I can do 3 procedures at the same time 🤩

Lady who did fist wasn’t having any level of communication and took long time to understand what I want and didn’t do it well at the end.i came 2times for retouch once and another time to fix the shape. The receptionist was very professional.i did my eyebrows since few months and now it seems like i had tattoo only and no proper shape for my eye brows.

Went for the classic lash extensions, Aseel understood exactly what I wanted, the results are amazing and look super natural. Clean calm relaxing place with very friendly staff, totally recommended.

I wanted to book for endosphere therapy and I was impressed with the quality and atmosphere of the salon. The staff are super professional and I love the vibe of the entire place. I was extremely happy with my results after just one session where I could see a notable difference (of course you have to already have an active and healthy lifestyle to see such results, it wont work if youre not active or eating a good diet). Im eager to try their other beauty and wellness services!

Been there for 3x and first 2 time make my lips color not balance. I did since December 2022. Really dunno what type of product they use, after did the lip brush make my lip more sensitive , non stop peeling and cracking till now still not recover no matter how many cream I applied. Is not cheap yet need to pay 500aed for touching up within a the duration after doing lip brush. Really regret doing with them

Second time doing my microblading with Ajar. Had the best experience as always l. She is an artist with eyebrows and she has such a calm aura, the service is done well and fast. The whole property is extremely well decorated and hygienic. Love it.

The appointment reservation process was easy and smooth, they confirmed and reminded me of the appointment one day before and when I wanted to switch my time they were flexible. They have sent me the location and exact directions on how to get there which helped a lot as I’m not from Dubai. The place is very beautiful, welcoming and clean. The lip shading expert helped me to pick a suitable color for me, she made sure I see and agree on the color before proceeding and she gave me clear instructions about what is going to happen till I get the final result and things to avoid. I also had no babysitter at that and they alloy son to come with me and they took good care of him and gave him chocolate which I really appreciate because I’m a traveler and I was able to get the service I want. Thank you. Now I’m day 4 post lip shading and the results are amazing.

I went for lip shading and starting with my appointment that was moved and re-scheduled twice!!The ladies at the reception are weird, its like it depends on who you are for the way they treat you.On my first session of lip tinting - shading I noticed that the technician didnt follow what I wanted and what they promise in their Instagram ( I wanted better definition and volume) which she completely dismissed and did what she thought was best.I came back from re-touch and indeed she didnt underline properly the borders and try to fix it, I left the place completely swollen. Today my color faded 70% and the prices argent cheap.Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! brows and co, Hibrows Microblading are far better.

Today I visited the center in the Al-Safa area, and unfortunately it was the worst experience for me. I was not welcomed when I entered the center, and the girl at the reception did not smile at me and did not welcome me when I entered. She had a very bad impression. Her name is Amna, and I was sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes. I was waiting for my friend to finish the service and she did not even offer me a cup of water or coffee until I asked someone else to get water. Another client was sitting next to me. She finished the service and Amna offered to offer her water and coffee and she completely ignored me. It was the worst experience. Even the other lady the one she did for my friend she has a bad behaviour her name is madina. I was planning to do a micro session after seeing my friend’s results, but I changed my mind after seeing their bad behavior.

I had lip shading done here in January. The lady that did for me was new and was experimenting on me. The color she used was sooooooooooooo dark and orangish red. I have fair skin with pink undertones. The color she used for me was so wrong. They attempted to correct it in the retouch but it made it worse.I am now getting removal at another place and was informed that the color was injected too deep into the skin and it’s like a tattoo!

I had a great facial with Ksenia! She is amazing at facial massage and also a very thorough extraction. I didnt feel anything but relaxed and after my face was so clean! She is also very loving and kind. Many thanks!

The best place for eyebrows & eyelashes extensions!

A pleasant experience every time I go to the salon. The staff and very nice and professional. I enjoy going there for a facial and for eye lash extensions.

First time I went to Brow and Beauty for pedicure and with the full confidence, that was the best pedicure I have ever got in dubai! The lady was so professional (if I am not mistaken her name is Sara), she consulted me first and helped me understand that pedicure is not just shiny nail polish. Most importantly, all their tools are thoroughly sanitized (they opened the bag with tools right in front of me and showed that the bag was sealed before). The procedure took around 1,5 hours - the treatment is called “smart pedicure” - try it and you will get so smooth and soft baby feet.Another point i would like to highlight is the ambiance: everything looks so posh and luxurious!

This place is for people who value quality and luxury! What i love the most is that in 1,5 hours i can do mani, pedi and lashes at the same time and with best quality!!! The Brow master Indira - is the best in town!

Due to a problem with one of my toe nails I visited Brow and Beauty. First I checked all their Instagram content on related pictures and info to my nail problem to see if they suit my needs. It gave me good hope and the way how the owner communicates so transparant, made me feel like they are very professional and know what they are talking about. Contact via WhatsApp went and still goes very smooth. A week ago I got a deep cleaning of my toe and today a check-up and cleaning again. The technician explains very well what caused my nail problem (never get gelpolish on your toes!) and how to treat it to get the best results. I feel positive about the treatment and will definitely share an update again about my results. For now I want to thank my technician for everything she does! Looking forward to how this will continue.

I tried pedicure gel polish and brow lamination today. Overall the experience was good, treatments were done well, service was good as well.The only disadvantage I found is that the price for pedi Gelish is 350+VAT, which in my opinion is a bit high, as I had it done in other salons with the same quality and service, in the same technique and paid 250 max.Another thing with really bothered me is that along with the reminder the admin sent a note that maybe it’s better for me to prepare cash, as they charge VAT on top of the price if I’ll pay card. I think this is a bit unprofessional (cheap) for a Luxary salon like this.

I just came back from the appointment and I could not be more angry!! I did a consultation and the lady there said since I have a previous treatment done, she can only do shadowing for me, the price for that would be 1600. I agreed, she comes back and said it will be a coverup so she will need to charge 2000. I said I dont have that money with me and asked why the sudden change in price, she said “I cannot pay for you Madam!!”I have never been more insulted in my life!!! How dare she speak to a customer like that!!I was going to bring my mother and sister with me, they just lost 3 clients with their rudeness!

Incredible experience and results. I had the manicure/pedicure and lash extensions. All three treatments were done at the same time and in the most comfortable chair ever.The mani/pedi was excellent. Everything is super clean and sanitized, the end result was perfect and my troublesome dry heels have honestly never been softer.I love this salon, its a beauty haven and my new fave place in Dubai.

I went to Brow and Beauty to have my eyebrows done with semi-permanent make-up. I had never done this before and was extremely nervous after having many bad experiences in the past with threading / waxing and being worried of having something more permanent in case I was not happy with the shape. Madina was amazing and put to ease all my concerns immediately - she has so much experience, walked me through the process clearly and was able to recommend the best shape and color for me. Everything was good until I reached a bit late for my touch up. The brow artist entered the room in a bad mood and didn’t put numbing cream on properly, when I mentioned it hurts this time a lot, she told me you are late so I put the numbing cream for less time cause I have clients after you.If my getting 15 or 20 minutes late was a problem then I should have been rescheduled not punished, I was in touch with the reception and inform them of the delay. You do the job half heartedly hurt your client, rush them and then take full amount. This was back in September/October, just saw this lady’s story come up on my insta which irked me and decided to post about my experience.

Waited 1 year during lock down n eventually unfortunately i choose them. Waste of money
