I went to clean my eyebrows with Asal it’s my first time trying this place but unfortunately she ruined my eyebrows one is thick and one is thin although I told her please don’t make them thin I’m trying to grow them she saw that there is a gap she automatically removed the extra line under my eyebrow instead of leaving it to grow the line . I’m very disappointed because I need to wait another few months to grow them all over again.

Today was my first visit to mirdif branch, I loved the place so clean very friendly and professional staff. Did manicure pedicure and my brows and loved all these services.

I would like to provide feedback on the microblading service I recently received at this beauty lounge.During the initial session, the technician informed me that she would need to use an orange pigment to cover the previous work, which had faded and turned slightly grey over time. She was transparent about the fact that my eyebrows would appear very dark and blocky during the first month as she worked to correct the previous color. She also explained that in the touch-up session, she would focus on fixing and adding hair strokes.In the touch-up session, a different technician worked on my eyebrows due to the unavailability of the original technician. I provided the second technician with detailed information about my first session, and she listened attentively. She then examined my eyebrows closely and remarked that the results were nice and extremely satisfying because the previous color from the old microblading was no longer visible. However, I expressed my desire for darker hair strokes, as the current result appeared to be one uniform color without distinct strokes.The technician agreed to make the hair strokes darker and began by adding a layer of color to shadow the entire brows, aiming for a darker result. Despite my preference for darker, single hair strokes over a shadowed, fluffy look, the end result left my eyebrows looking like two blocks with only a few hair strokes at the beginning. I am concerned and unhappy with how my eyebrows are healing, as they appear unnatural and overly dramatic compared to the previous microblading I had done elsewhere.At this point, I feel uncertain about the outcome and worried about the potential need for laser removal, which could be costly and may cause scarring.

It was the first time I tried this saloon after a friend of mine suggested it to me. My journey didn’t start in the best way because I had to wait 50 minutes as they had an unexpected issue and asked me to wait. But they were very professional and at the end they applied a discount for the wait. It doesn’t happen always, so I really appreciated it.I did eyebrow lamination, the therapist was nice and explained everything to me. The environment is very clean and cozy, they offer warm drinks and provide blankets for extra comfort. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely come back!

The technician plucked my eyebrows despite telling her that I only wanted waxing. She said she can’t wax as it’s harder to define the shape with wax. She couldn’t even measure the eyebrows.

Worst experience ever they’re the worst from all the ways I’ve been their from 2 weeks for lip blush and their lip blush is a lie there’s nothing changed on my lips and they’re so expensive for nothing also they want to charge me more ! I did my lashes and brows with tosha in Mirdif branch she was so quick and professional, she took less than an hour and half to do both my lashes and brows, do the service with her and thank me later ❤️

I did a lash lift once, and asked the lady to focus on the last few lashes and make sure they are curled, she ignored me and asked me to come back another time to fix it. Gave them another chance and came for a lip blush, my appointment was at 2 and i started at 2:45 they kept saying 5 minutes every 5 minutes. Other than that, they charged me 15k and it turned into an issue as they didnt know how to refund and i sat there while they tried to figure it out. The receptionist said “i charged you 15 thousand what the hell oh my god” i was confused from the lack of professionalism. The whole procedure took 20 minutes however i left after 1:40 hrs. They completely disregard the value of time and convenience, if i’ll be sitting there for hours then need to come back to fix an issue, why come from the beginning. The manager did not call back even though i was very upset about being charged 15 thousand then waiting until they could figure out how to void the transaction. It says a lot about the way things are run.Wont be coming back here for sure.
