One of the best salons Ive been to in Dubai. The staff are accommodating and approachable. 🥰 They offer a wide range of services, and youll feel like youre in a high-class salon because of their amenities. Yet, the services are very affordable and of high quality. Thanks Queenie for my eyebrows, Urmala for my nails ♥️They also gave me an unexpected gift, something I havent experienced at other salons. 🥹 Kudos to the CEO of this salon 🌺

Not what I have expected. My eyebrows are ok, I had 2 ladies doing my hair, one is better than the other but still have a couple of burns on my scalp, my hair was pulled on, I saw long strands of my hair in the round brush. If your hair is 3C or in the 4 category- just don’t bother. I won’t be back or recommend the salon. I did a blow dry and eyebrow threading.

Just had my Protein Treatment and Facial at Brows assisted by Well Experienced Technician Mary. She took her time and gave me the best haircut of a lifetime 😍. Will definitely come back to this salon for their service and talented staff. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a pleasure of getting my nails and lashes done by cun baobei technician @brows and more rigga I cannot praise her enough! She is truly master of the 🎨 art! Im not happy 😡 I go there to do microshading not my face, the staff she kept touching my face after finish the one sideof my eyebrow, I didnt ask her to remove anything on my face Im too much disappointing,..my face is ruin now and too much redand now have pimple inmy face. i dont know what things she wipe in my face..😡😡😡

Its been a year when Im always availing the service of this Salon , Im always happy and satisfied but last Saturday June 1,2024 (5:00pm) I decided to try the eyelashes extensions which I booked for Khun , Im expecting good service ofcourse , but during that time 2 client was booked for her , I feel disappointed when she feel in a hurry doing my eyelash extensions that it cause low quality of her service , just one day I noticed the leashes already falling down and now its been 4 days only its almost finish, unlike and companre in the other salon or technician I expirience its taking on about more than 2 weeks.Please be aware that arrange youre booking schedule and not to be in hurry on your work, because its reflect on bad impression of the salon and yours as well.Thanks.

See this is not 1st time I am.visiting this salon.its been a long time may b approx 1.5years.No doubt in the start staff and everything was great,everything on time.But last time before eid I came as walkin she they Have 50min for closing but their staff refused me.i requested them alotBut owner was so good she called me and make my appointment of next day.she said next time make appointment.Now tonight I booked my appointment by 7pm for just a single pedicure,I reached there by 7:20 because I was coming from my job.Receptionist was requesting to staff to attend her but both ladies was refusing making excuses.In these type of salon they just entertain their favourite nationality, they have discrimination in their salon.Just for 30min service they guve extra time to phillipine girlsIts not 1st time everytime they are doing same.They have just discrimination,their favorite clients,their staff refused on client face,we are paying what they are asking for just a simple pedicure they were thinking no one can give me services.if you cant welcome all nationalities,kindly mentioned that so we are paying you our halal payment so we need good services with equal respect.Now I was last time I visited.there is a lot of salons in the market.Good luck,

I recently got a keratin treatment, but Ive noticed theres an issue with the application. It seems theres an incomplete treatment on the back half of my hair that I didnt notice until my friend pointed it out. Im disappointed with this experience.

Because of the attitude of the staff, I ended up not having my brows done. Numbing cream has been applied, measurements has been done. I was just concerned of the arch of one of the brows. I just needed consolation that it wont be too much sharp. They explained, however they seemed irritated. I was ready for the procedure but then the one assigned to me told me that because I took too much time on the shaping, the cream wont take much effect and there will be pain. I told her to put more cream instead, no worries. But then she smirked as if irritated. Then I realized I cannot push through it if shes like this, the end result could be affected. Actually I noticed her being impatient at times when I am expressing my concern-- of course you wouldnt want them to be too thick or too thin, we have preferences. Actually there was a customer there who they argued with also. That seemed a bad omen as well. Please be friendly and accomodating with you clients please.

For years l have struggled with eye brows not growing and l don’t know how to draw them..my struggles ended the day l discovered this salon l did micro shading which l now love so muchDid my first session one month ago and went back for a second session yesterday l can say that the procedure is quite fulfilling l was attended by the best staffs who are very gental and caring .am definitely going back ..l can highly recommend this

Good professional waxing but poor massage. U pay for 1 hour and they do it 40mins with unprofessional touch . Not recommended for massage but waxing is good.

Love the eyelash extension but had to wait for an hour even when we have scheduled an appointment. Had to come back the next day because we were asked to wait for another hour.
