I have been coming to this salon for about a year now, and it is great. Hair is always done perfectly, usually by Akram. They also have a new hairdresser who is also great. I have also done manicures and pedicures here and the ladies are lovely.

I went to Brush and strokes for gelish manicure and classic pedicure and also eyebrows! It was a fantastic experience, glad there is free parking and also it was smooth to reach there! The technician is amazingly professional, attentive to details and the pink setup is so lovely and feminine. The salon manager is so friendly and welcoming and Ill definitely come back again to try other services as well!

I ve tried facial using Dr. Renaud products and I really loved it. My skin is very soft and bright after the treatment. Staff was very professional, friendly and customer oriented. I really enjoyed my visit in the salon and Im gonna visit them again for sure.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.I came to this salon for the first time after confirming the cost of the procedure in advance via WhatsApp. I was informed that the procedure costs 135 AED + VAT (totaling 141.75 AED). They also clarified that French gelish mani is 155 with VAT 162.75. The administrator must have noticed that we had a new conversation where I was asking about prices and how to get to the salon. I also mentioned to my manicurist that it was my first time at your salon.At the end of the manicure, I was informed that removing the old gel costs 40 AED, which I agreed to (there was no design). However, I ended up being charged 283.50 AED!When I asked why it was so much, they started explaining a lot of different things and calculating something. Then they said, now you understand? They did not answer my question about why I was not informed in advance about these additional charges, especially considering it was my first time at your salon!No solution to the problem was offered.In conclusion, I am just terribly disappointed that I was simply scammed out of my money. I was looking for a salon near my home and work but it seems I stumbled upon unqualified staff. If the salon does this deliberately for profit, it’s even worse.Now, looking at these nails makes me feel deceived, and I want to share this story with all my friends and change my nails coz it is remind me about it. And I will definitely do that.PS. The manicurist is a nice person and the tea was tasty.

Please see the response I received from the salon:My complaint and frustration stem from the fact that it was my first time at this salon, and I was not informed that I would have to pay extra for certain services. The bill was only presented to me after the procedure was completed, without any prior warning that the price would be different.The salon claims that I was informed about this, but I can assure you, dear administration and owners, that I was not. At the end of the procedure, I was told that the removal would cost an additional 40 dirhams, and I agreed to this. However, when I went to pay with my card, the price was much higher than 40 dirhams. It was only after my subsequent questions and clarifications that I was told the extra services I received would be charged additionally. This is deceitful.Your staff probably forgot to inform me about this and are now afraid to admit it, insisting otherwise. If I had been informed, I wouldnt be writing to you now.

I highly recommend this place they have amazing services with amazing technicians all are high qualified I did nails and hair extensions,I will come back to this salon thank you so much for everything (I post photo for my nail and hair ) 🙏🏻

I went to Brush and Strokes to get keratin for my hair. I ended up getting a haircut and pedicure too.They took proper information about my hair, gave me advice and Akram was incredibly understanding and professional. He worked hard to understand my needs and make sure he gave me the best for my hair.Camela was incredibly supportive and I honestly have had a great experience.

I considered visiting your nail salon but decided against it after reading the comments about misleading prices. Ive had a similar experience before, though I got my money back. Im leaving this review to support others and protect myself from a repeat situation.

The worst hair experience in Dubai!!! I came for blonde hair color. And the hairdresser Akram left the color on my hair for too long, then my scalp and skin started burning, I told him to take it off immediately (although he should know himself when to do it, clearly he just left it and went to do hair on another client). After the hair was washed, my hair started falling out right there in front of all of the staff, Gina, Ester, Peri and other girls. So they can tell how terrified (literally was crying) I was to see my own hair snapping after terrible color attempt by Akram. I lost so much hair!!!!! After this he told me it wasn’t him!!!!! How dare you deny what you did. Coward. After that the owner called me and told me that everyone said that my hair was fine. You are a liar.. you should be embarrassed of yourself. This salon is the joke. Ladies who want to do hair or especially blonde hair color - please stay away from Akram, you will save your hair.

For long time I wasn’t that much happy with my nails, this brand new salon in the downtown of dubai will definitely one of the best when it comes to good quality material and professional friendly staffI had my nails done by roaa

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and nice, Akram was lovely and I trusted him with my highlights and haircut, and absolutely loved the outcome! If youre looking for good value and lovely people, look no further. This was my first salon experience in Dubai and I plan to make it my home salon. Thank you again Akram!!

I did keratin and was amazing I recommend it with the best hairdresser akram and I did wax and threading was perfect with no pain and good hygiene at the end I change my nail color also was super good I recommend this salon a lot

What an amazing discovery ! Love the saloon and how clean, beautiful and professional it is. Location is great. I did facials there and my skin is flawless now. Didn’t have such a good and professional facial in a while. Highly recommend !!

Went there for waxing.Medium hygiene (old towels, they even looked used before me).I had a wart cut while having face wax and it bled.Overall, not coming back.
