I come to this salon usually for Clara to do lash lift. I’ve done it with her more than 10 times and it’s always really good and neat! Highly recommend her for any lash service. I also got a haircut with Ameera. I asked for a new look and she gave me exactly what I had in mind! Her blow drying was amazing, gave me the perfect curls. She assessed my hair and gave me a haircut with volume since I had fine hair.

I recently visited the salon for a hair treatment and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service. The staff are professional, polite, and attentive to my specific requirements. I always look forward to my visits. However, the only downsides are the relatively high prices and the limited parking availability.

Visited Brush salon for the first time today and had an amazing experience with Alma! I had a Japanese head spa after wanting to try one for ages and it was so relaxing plus with all the treatments she did my my hair feels amazing! Will definitely go back :)

Just wanted to say that I entered the salon with out an appointment, and they welcomed me and accepted to do my hair. Amira was with me in the reception and she is the one who did the coloring and the blow dryer. I really liked the color and her work.

I am trying to give this saloon many chances and they still fail! I book appointment for henna at 10 am and until 10:15 no staff showed only the cleaners. I tried them a year a go with a service and i had an issue regarding the prices because they used not to have a list! They re innovate the place and I really wanted to try their henna but i think this will be my last deal with them

I truly enjoyed my coffee protein hair straightening treatment. It didn’t smell bad or burn my eyes. It was gentle and the lovely lady Kalkadin was very professional and thoughtful throughout. My hair is long so the process took almost 3 hours but I didn’t feel it at all. I also had a pedicure which was done very well.

The best salon in Dubai! I live in Saudi Arabia and have been coming here since 2020, and I’ve never gone anywhere else.The products are all organic, and the staff are incredibly lovely and friendly, especially Sahar and Fareda. The Moroccan bath with Saidya is amazing, and Clara gives fantastic massages! The prices are excellent too.

My experience with Korean head spa was so bad and not professional as i expected a high level service as Brush salon is known for their hair treatments. I am so disappointed as they have no experience for the Korean head spa plus their machine for the water flaw is not working and the water was so cold they have no control on the water temperature and the spa was very bad i just wanted them to finish quickly so u can step out. Highly not recommending to try their head spa please save your money

I visited the salon couple of days as i purchased a package for hair treatments. The vibes you get inside the salon are not welcoming and makes you feel uncomfortable most of the time especially from the reception which i find very unprofessional ,clueless and rude from a girl named Mara. I am happy though with the girls doing my hair treatments (Kalkidan, Nancy) they are always attentive to your needs and very kind. The place as well needs renovation as some of the walls are ruined , ac doesnt work sometimes and wifi as well.

1. Worst blow dry ever! The stylist used way too much heat without applying any hair protection products, which was very uncomfortable and concerning for the health of my hair. (I think she burnt my hair). I specifically asked not to use hair spray, but the stylist went ahead and used it anyway, completely ignoring my request. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations for professional hair care.2. Mani padi was a 4/10Wouldn’t recommend at all unless you wanna say bye bye to ur hair3. Replying to you back. It was you.. clearly that’s why you have my number and keep on calling me!

I loved everything about my appointment for today i had a wonderful Hamam maghrabi and it was one of the greatest experiences here in dubai! The eyelashes extensions was more than great the specialist did my lashes just like the way I wanted and more, last but not least i want to thank the mani and padi ladies because they were awesome and quick and made my nails more beautiful than ever. I tried the Korean spa hair treatment the therapist was good and sweet, but the experience was bad first I had to wait which i don’t mind if it was like 5 till 10 min put waiting for 40 minutes till they could accommodate me no respect for appointment and time. and it didn’t finish there, during the treatment they kept interrupting it knocking the door entering the room stoping the therapist very disturbing and rude !!!Instead of getting out relaxed and happy I went out more stressed and disappointed !!Not worth time and money

Receptionist is kind , but the services are mediocre especially with the price you’re paying. They rush you with their services as they take up multiple bookings back to back - which is not fair to the customers. I’ve had way better Moroccan baths and hair spa treatments in other places

Worst place ever.. they booked me an appointment for 5pm for Korean head spa and they didn’t have the lady available!! They said she went for home service in city walk, half an hour later they said she is in dfc. They’re not accepting their mistake and not offering any discount either even though I waited an hour and didn’t even end getting the service done!!! I would give 0 stars

Kalkidan/Waad is an exceptional hairdresser who always ensures I leave satisfied with my look.

Honestly, hair Scrubs are terrible not only that hair treatments even worse. I lost almost half of my hair in single session. So much hair pulling in blow out and over heat the only good thing is that the stuff were friendly.

I asked for my orange color on my fringe to be fixed and my grey to be covered and I have highlights on my hair.They fixed my fringe, but then after a few days my fringe hair got cut in half, as they burnt my hair. When covering my grey roots , she also covered my highlights .For the mani and pedi, the lady literally pinched the center of my cuticles and it hurt alot, then the receptionist came to check up on me and said that Im too sensitive and its not their fault.Hygiene wise, most salons use disposable towels now, they still use regular ones. Overpriced for burning my hair and ruining my highlights.Very loud arabic music, there should be spa music on .

Thursday Al-Wanis and Saar are more beautiful with the artist Amira Al-Assal. Today I tried root dye with them, and God willing, the artist turned out to be the same color as my hair and prettier than the same color I requested. Thank you, Princess. Oh Lord, I liked the salon, very classy and clean, and the location and the girls at the reception, God willing, they are all wonderful, and Rita’s smile and her reception was special and it will definitely not be the same. I loved the Baby Cream service on the hair...but the dyeing was terrible! My hair from the roots (especially the very ones) turned orange, the same color as the Kunafa!! The rest of the hair was a nice color!! I was surprised that she didnt let the roots go last thing and dyed my hair all at once!!! But I mean, I said, “She is a professional, she definitely knows her job.. But I was surprised and told her, ‘Wait, a light color.’ He said no, because our lighting is good.. The important thing is that the last thing she said is that it’s because my hair is light, because it’s gray 😅 It was grainy, but unfortunately my experience was not good.”

The best and fulfilling, to be honest, and the work of Waad and the magic of my joints with hair is proven and I recommend them 😍.. I knew the salon about two years ago by chance the day we met its beautiful owner in the Dubai Mall and I asked her about her hair and its color was amazing and she told me about the salon and that it had been her money since that day. To be honest, I And the girls I know dont go to her salon unless we have appointments. Its an elegant and comfortable place like its patron, and the staff are all kind and helpful. They have natural hair treatments, bending and straightening with Sahar. I take courses with Mounir. I mean, its something tidy.

The salon is comfortable, the female employees are smiling and comfortable, and their work is very nice. No mistake, the one who did my hair is truly magic, and her hand is magic and light, and unlike some busy people, they make you feel pain while they seek advice.And forget honey, all the employees and crew are tired and I praise them. This is my first visit to them and, God willing, it will be repeated.
