Clean, friendly and professionalUpdate, I booked yesterday for classic manicure and pedicureThey told me it’s for 75 and they always want to take the cash in advance which is something unpleasant in my opinion especially I am an old customer.I entered to check if two ladies can do it at the same time and when I chose the red color the receptionist told me that I need to pay an extra 41 AED because it’s red in color?? When I told her that you have not informed me that when I booked and she has to tell before she said next time I will inform you and she insists to charge me the extra charge so I left and I will never come back

The place gives you good vibes. I did my hair and nails and I am super satisfied. Staff are nice and outgoing. I want to thank Mary for my hair and Lee for the nails. They did some pretty good work!

One of the best saloons I’ve been toThe staff are so so so kind helpful and so is the owner , the place is clean , the service was great had a hair cut wash and blow-dry aswel as mani pedi and nail color . The prices are good too , there was lots of parking slots available , they have a coffe shop they serve nice coffees milkshakes and ice creams too the atmosphere and decor of the place is so cute resembles the name bubble gum

Amazing and respectful staff. I’ve been coming to this salon for more than a year now and never had something to complain about. All staff are really good at mani pedi and it’s always a nice place to go when i want to relax.

A Relaxing environment, cordial staff and a celebrity hair styling expert. Bubblegum Beauty Lounge experience was the best I had in Dubai.Recommending them wholeheartedly for pedicure/manicure and hair styling services in Dubai. They have an interesting coffee bar also serving amazing coffee!

The hairdressers are really good, both for normal blow-dry and cut. Nail artists did a fairly decent job at gel nail polish. Even for removal, they use herbal products which do not harm the nails. They dont do too much types of nail art, but for regular single colours they are quite good. All prices are fairly reasonable

Visited the salon more than once for many services. All was perfect! They take care of client before and after service is done. The place is so clean and nice and they have a nice small coffee shop inside. They use high-quality products. Recently, visited in Eid for Henna it was busy, although they were fast and look after the customers

The staff is fantastic, the lounge is spotless, cute and chic, and they have a great barista on staff.Wendell gave me one of the best manicures Ive had (and my nails were a wreck this time), while I sipped my latte and munched on my cookies.It was a wonderful, relaxing experience, and definitely worth a visit!

I came to get my eyebrows done, no wait and friendly staff. Yet the eyebrow lady was NOT trained, I went out with my brows looking almost the same just with some scabs because she was aggressive. I requested for them to be cut short yet she only cut one part and left the other. Please train your staff, the pricings are way too high for there to be untrained staff members when they’re given particular roles. The place was empty and no rush or anything so it means that she was in fact the designated brow artist. Honestly disappointing and not looking forward to coming again

Very bad service, first of all they send offers everyday but when you go to the salon , they change their words. In the offer they mentioned the brand of the color (esse non gelish) & i choose that , but in the salon they claimed extra charges on that although its eese and not gelish as the offer . Also they dont have card machine available, when I entered the salon i have paid already & when i left there was another receptionist thatFollowed me to the car for the payment although i paid already. I dont think anyone will runaway for 100 or 200 dhs service

I booked for my siblings and confirmed at 11:30 with the place. i called them to confirm and they said yes. i even texted them and have messages confirming. When my siblings arrive they say there isn’t an appointment and want them to wait an hour??? i call them to explain i have a booking but they continue to say they have to wait at LEAST an hour. even when i inform them that i have a booking and try to ask when they’ll be available since i booked 11:30 not 1:00am. they ignore me and eventually hang up. it’s so unprofessional. they could have called to inform that they couldn’t do the service but instead they don’t even have the respect to communicate with a customer on the phone when the fault was theirs? i called my sister to talk to them as they were not answering and the lady disregarded me completely as they were busy. the excuse was that when people are coming in they can’t not give them a service but then if that’s the reason what is the point of the booking service if the company does not respect the customers time? they are extremely just money hungry taking in anyone and being inconsiderate towards the customers who have booked for their service. The lady told me to send a picture of the chat and i did and they didn’t answer me anymore. This is so inappropriate? if you can’t accommodate then you let us know in advance so we have different options. they have zero regard towards their customers and are okay with treating them completely disrespectfully. my sisters ended up leaving as they were not waiting until 1:00am for an hour and a half that’s outrageous. it’s completely inappropriate to ask customers who’ve booked a slot to wait an hour and half after their scheduled time to get their service. it’s absolutely horrendous customer service i’ve never dealt with worse in my life. the fact that they hung up and didn’t even try to resolve the issue shows a complete lack of responsibility. It is the day before eid and this is a very important holiday for our religion and culture and when a customer relies on you during this period you do not disrespect them, disappoint them and blatantly lie. So unreliable. the worst staff i’ve ever had to speak to. thank god i was not at the place myself because i would not have let them get away with this kind of behavior. it is extremely easy to avoid responsibility over the phone and just hang up. the insane irresponsibility of a business shocks me. no one treats customers this way. it’s so rude honestly and they should not have hung up, should have tried to resolve the issue, should not have ever suggested waiting for more than an hour, should respect booking timings and customers time, and should have if anything came up- CALLED TO INFORM. very easy things to do out of respect

For the mani-pedi service, I HIGHLY recommend Ly as she’s the best. If I have come back for this place, it’s only for her as her work is great and she’s extremely efficient with her role.But the rest is horrible. Everytime I come here(after I have booked an appointment), I have to wait. I think today was the last straw as they made me wait for an hour. They also knew we were waiting for an hour and didn’t even come to check on us. It was only after I asked them, did they start speeding up the process to attend to us. In the end of this chaos, all they said was sorry.They keep doing this to us and everytime it’s the same excuse of not enough people. Well if there isn’t anyone, they need to inform us on the phone when we are booking the appointment.Horrible before and after service and since this has happened several times, I recommend using the other salons around as their customer service is much better and the service is at par as well.And now they’ve started this new thing where they take money before the service. So we had no choice but to wait because we paid for it. It’s like they knew they are always late with the service and to avoid losing clients they’ve started taking money earlier.Horrible attitude of handling the situation and horrible customer service.UPDATED POST: As you can see the owner has said that we were informed that my sister would have her service after me. This is a lie. I was told that my sister would have to wait 15-20 minutes as there is another client at the same time and one the lady attending to her is done, she would come to my sister. This never happened. The other customer ended up coming 30-40 minutes late and THEN they changed the plan of making the manicurist attending me to attend my sister (which was actually never informed to us). Infact even when we entered the salon, they said my sister had to wait for some time which i assumed (as per our call on the phone) to be 15-20 minutes. If they knew we had to wait for an hour, why didnt they inform us when we entered the salon? Pretty convenient if you ask me as they ensured we paid first.To the owner: If you dont understand the reason for this review, maybe you should have come out and spoken to us when we were clearly upset and talking to the lady on the front desk. We saw you sit inside in your cubicle but you didnt even come out to see what the problem was. And we shall not have a better experience next time as we will not be coming again. The attitude we got from the staff at the front desk showed how much you cared.

Honestly my new favorite beauty lounge, all their services are done with the best technicians and for fair prices too! ive done my hair here a couple of times and loved it, did my mani and pedi and loved it too. did my eyebrows and its become my go to eyebrow place! theres a coffee shop inside with the best signature latte ( you have to try it) and many other options. they have the best staff and services, everyone here is so kind and friendly including the owner. definitely coming again 🤍

The salon is very beautiful and elegant. They have coffee in the salon and I felt it was a special addition to the place. If you would like to order, you can call them and they will deliver the coffee to the car. I advise you to try the delicious pistachio latte. The hair and manicure work is very nice and the price is quite reasonable.

A salon in the industrial area and they charged me 160, but the right to apply the color and they would remove it!!!! Change the price of a manicure!!! And the girl who waits in reception, I swear, if I hire a worker from me, she will treat the customers better... She has no style and gives prices the way she wants, and every bit is annoying!!! I paid 160 extra only for gelish color nail which is really scam and the girl in reception is the worse i deal with, they need more professional manager
