Dear Budget Management Team,Today i had the ever worst experience from your saloon in Furjan. I am staying in same Building and i tried your discovery garden saloon many times, so i thought to give a try here also. Your staff don’t know how to treat customers. One staff is always screaming some one through phone, whenever he disconnects call he is coming inside and all the staffs are abusing each other. They are not even bothered customer is there or not. Pls check your CCTV today from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. I tried to tolerate maximum and it is not ending. Finally I complained them directly also. Although cutting & shaving is good, if you are not properly mentoring staffs how to behave, there is no point. Please look into it otherwise it will spoil your entire reputation
