They claim that they open 10:30 they made me wait until 11 I was knocking on the door and calling the no one answered me ! The staff attitude is so bad / only 2 ladies were there to make henna ! The henna drawing is so beautiful yet the customer service is so bad

Absolutely disappointed. I walked into the shop and no one paid attention to me. I kept asking for henna service and they told me that the wait time is 30 minutes. A local woman entered the shop after me and demanded to be served immediately so they told me that the wait time is now 1 hour. This is a completely discriminatory shop with poor customer service. I left the shop with the intention of never going back.

Place smells like your in kitchen !! and the Henna was not good and did not stain.

Buthaina Salon in Dubai is one of the places specialized in drawing Arabic and Indian henna. Their drawing is beautiful and accurate and their prices are reasonable. The new branch in Mirdif has a better area and location than the old branch in the Hamriya market, which is still there and preferred by some. My observation on them is their inability to coordinate between... Customers are late regarding appointments during holidays and the employees are very slow.
