I cant recommend * Emad aldin shehade * enough! He always goes above and beyond when it comes to my hair. Whether its coming in early, staying late, or making sure every detail is perfect, he always gives his best. The entire team at the salon is just as incredible—super caring, friendly, and always creating a welcoming atmosphere. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time!

I’m so grateful to have found a salon here in Motor City, Caractere. Their service was extra ordinary..Especially with Ahmad, for me, He’s the best hair stylist of all time. His work was amazing! I spend less than 2 hours to get my hair done😍😍😍 and the result was excellent, I’m superrrrrrrr love my new hair style, definitely a must visit salon❤️worth of sharing.

I have difficult hair to manage most of the times I leave the hair salons in Dubai like nothing was done especially with humid weather. Ahmad totally understood how to handle it and very creative. In 10 yrs I have not managed to find a place that can do it right. I highly recommend. Khadija the manicurist would not settle for a quick polish shape she was meticulous and detailed.

I highly recommend Emad. This is the best man hairdresser in Dubai. A great hairstylist. I have big volume long hair, he always is fast with blow dry and I always love his job, doesnt matter if he is doing straight or currently blow dry. Im also taking my daughters to him.

My experience with Ahmad was amazing, he knows exactly what he is doing. He transformed my hair from feeling and looking extremely dry to silky and shiny. He achieved the exact colour that I wanted. The client care and atmosphere in the salon was lovely, everyone was very helpful, attentive and welcoming. The lady that did my eyelashes really knew how to do her job; she gave my the exact cat eye look i deserved and the lashes have lasted very long and are still looking very full and fresh. Could not recommend a better salon. I have visited top salons in the UK but Caractere Salon is 100% the best salon i’ve been to yet.

Such an amazing person i met he gave an excellent advice for my hairs he suggested the best color Which was really amazing and it suits on my hairs best thing the head massage was superb you feel stress-free to be honest best saloon and Ahmad batarni the best five stars.

I did my hair treatment two weeks ago with the amazing hairdresser Ahmed, my hair feels so nourished and soft, I also purchased my clip ons hair extensions from Ahmed, he did a wonderful job picking the color and hair type to suit my hair, I left salon happy and really satisfied with the services provided.The salon is so clean, the customer service is really up to standards and they have all kinds of products to suit all hair types. I’m absolutely satisfied with the services provided by this Salon. I can’t miss a week of getting my hair fixed by Ahmad wavy blow dry is the look! He is very talented and efficient. 45 minutes and I’m good to go. I also highly recommend the morroccan bat by Fouzia! So fresh and relaxing!!!!

In the beginning I did my hair with one of the staff and I was really not satisfied but Emad he never left me sad and he did my hair the way I wantI really thank you, you saved my trip you and the lady I really thank you

Terrible. I went with my sister to do a relaxing masagge and we came out with more stress than normal. 2 people without training or techniques did the massages for us. The one who did it to me had no idea what she was doing, she scraped me with her nails, and squeezed me with her thumbs, to the point that I had to stop the massage after 20 minutes because I couldnt take it anymore. I have been getting monthly massages for 20 years, and I have never seen this before. On the other hand, supposedly the most professional of the masseuses, she left my sister in so much pain that today she could not lift her arms. Despite my claim, they still charged me in full, and since I used an Entertainer voucher, they solved the problem by giving me a voucher so that I could later go and get a massage there again, which I will never do if I want to take care of my health. On the other hand, a man who I presume is the owner of the place, came out and made a horrible scandal to the girl who tried to give me the massage, yelling at her in Arabic and in front of me. It was the worst experience I have had in Dubai since I have lived here for 15 years. Dont even think about going there.

I had my hair extensions done in this salon and I’m absolutely disgusted at the quality hair that was sold to me. When they showed me the hair it was obviously amazing since it had been professionally blow dried. After washing it myself the first time, it became frizzy and matted and you cannot even get a brush through it. When I called to let me know that the quality is not good and it’s frizzy, they completely disregarded me and eventually said come for a blow dry which they then still charged me for ! I’ve now spent 2000 AED for extensions and need to go and pay this somewhere else because they cannot stay in my hair ! Do not get extensions done from here!

The worst nail technicians. She removed my extensions and put hard gel that went white and bubbled. Bad products. 2nd technician did overlay that peeled off after 3 days.

Honestly speaking they have many bad reviews but when I visited last time I loved the results it was my first time I was a bit scared as nails are important but I loved loved the results , just booked my second appointment and thought to leave a review as I didn’t last time
