I’ve visited this beauty center today and had here a great full body massage. I really love it! It was hard enough (for my strong body light massage is boring) and professional. I really feel great after that.Beauty center is stylish and modern. With great location: I walked over here from Business bay even. As I noticed you can have their services at home as well!I was advised to visit Moroccan bath next time after massage!

Few days ago I’ve decided to have a massage service in amazing Caro Beauty Spa in Dar Wasl, Dubai. I want to say thank all staff of this Wonderful Salon coz they do professional job. My experience was so good that I’m planning to visit it monthly to get more energy and relaxation from the professional service . By the way the environment, location, atmosphere in the Salon all were on the high and luxury level 😍😍😍) My lovely Caro Beauty Spa salon, go ahead you are the best! This salon must to visit regularly 👏👏👏

Went for a hair treatement and totally loved the result. Special thank you to Monica for doing the treatement on my hair and for the blowdry. My hair not only did it look good but it also felt soft and hydrated. The saloon looks beautiful and elegant and all the staff are extremely nice and friendly. Looking forward to come back soon.

I love everything about this saloon, the location is super convininent as can park directly outside and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The saloon is beautifully decorated and have all the services you need (hair, nails, make up, facials, massages etc) Last time I came here was for a massage, which was next level!! (ask for Salva) she is WOW!

This salon is well managed & the staff is really helpful. Tried their hydra facial & I loved everything about it. It lasted for about 55 mins with cleansing, deep cleaning & masking (Raquel did a great job). Can’t wait to go back n try more services.

I came to this salon for a manicure and pedicure. I was very surprised ! this is a really big salon with a lot of services! everything is very nice and clean! professional staff! I booked a hair treatment to soften and add moisture to my dry strands. I left with soft and bouncy hair. The treatment done with dead sea mineral products. The staff made sure i was comfortable. The ambiance of the spa is very contemporary and love the touch of art they have on display.

The biggest downside of the salon is the reception staff. They are not listening, neither reconfirming booking, which leads to confusion and misunderstanding.It’s a second time today, when I book two technicians for mani/pedi as I don’t have time to do it one by one. First time, receptionist Manar took off one of specialist in the middle of my pedicure to serve another customer, promising that she will come back to continue in 10 min. I had to call her back myself 40 min later.Today, same receptionist told me that I booked only one technician ( while I made my request of 2 technicians very clear upon booking as I called twice) and I had spend double time for my mani/pedi, which ruined my further day plans.Also, the service routine is not consistent: sometimes drink offered, sometimes not.I like Marietta, Joyce and Raky as specialist. They are amazing.But staff, managing appointments and service should be changed for the sake of prosperous future of the business.

Don’t remember her name unfortunately but she was so attentive and professional that I want to come again specially to her . Also they have Moroccan bath, what I’m planning to visit next . And all beauty treatments like hairs, makeup, manicure and etc. Works on good high quality cosmetics, what is very important for me. And also it’s possible to buy this cosmetics for home usage.

I wanted to try their massage services and I am glad I did try them out. Their massage lady, Salve served me and helped me uncover points on my body I didnt know of, that had deep pain. Salve has immense knowledge of massages and knew that I drink a lot of coffee by checking out some tense points on my body which gave me great relief.I work a lot on my computer and really needed to relax my shoulder blades- she sorted it all out and on coming back home I slept like a baby.Gotta come back again because I loved every moment.

One of my worst experiences ever. I have booked a service for 260 AED from their website but I was charged 450 AED because the hairdresser decided to add extra services without informing me about the extra charge!! She was also insisting to try new services and buy products from the salon which made me very uncomfortable!! They also don’t accept the discount cards during the weekends which for me is nonsense.

Such an amazing experience!!! I did my hair and makeup and they transformed me into barbie!! My hair was looking very nice and my makeup stay for long time and it was really glowing. Staff are very friendly ♥️♥️ Best experience ever. I highly recommend this salon.

One of the best salons in Dubai. I love to get my haircuts done with Hayat! She is amazing. Also, Queen is literally the queen of nails. She did an amazing job with my acrylics. I highly recommend visiting this salon!

I’ve been a customer at Caro Salon since 4 years . I love it : the ambiance , the experience , the packages they always offer , their hamam, and most importantly the best hair dresser they are so lucky to have : Hayet , called “Mama” by everyone. She has been doing my hair since 4 years and is the best in blow dry, colors , roots and cut. She treats us like her own family and has magic hands . i cant recommend her and the salon enough. best place in Jumeirah !

And I love how theres always 2 people walking around checking if the customer is satisfied and what the nail-artist/hair-dresser is doing and correcting them if there is something wrong.This is a new salon but one of the most professional Ive seen on earth (Mashallah!) And I love how the owner/owners family is always there at all times, and they take your review very seriously, if you didnt like something they will change it for you ASAP! You will feel like a princess at this salon.+ The variety of nail colors they have is amaaaazing and they have a nail artist shes african (I forgot her name) but she does nails PERFECTLY!! + they have every nail trend you can think of in their salon. My friend tried their blowdry and their blowdry technique gives sooooo much volume!!! and the place is soooo clean mashalla.Honestly this salon is a 10/10 I havent seen better and ive went to a lot of salons. I used the one in al wasel for hair cutting... lady showed me she knows what is she doing but it was such lie. I paid for a lie. un professional, and expensive for less value, they rip people off for very poor quality!!!

I have been there once for haircut and it was good experience, however quite expensive, moreover I had booking with them on March, for hair and makeup and it was during Cov19, and i had big event, I requested them to call me in case of any issues or canceling due to Cov19, however they did not call or even respond to my call nor the emailDay before the event I had to book with other beauty salon, since they did not get back to me, which showed how unprofessional they are, in addition they dont have land-line number its only cell phone, which make it harder to reach them

I thought Caro Salon was a reliable place, according to the media published on the salon’s page, so I dyed my hair there, but unfortunately, they damaged my hair because of the dye, which was of very, very poor quality, and my hair began to fall out. After a while, the hair became dry and broke, even though this was not the first time I dyed my hair... Unfortunately, this time I did not choose the place well, and despite everything, their prices are very expensive, and the worker who works on the nails hurt my hand and my toenail became infected, so no, I only recommend this salon. Everything is bad about it.

They refused to give me the discount that I always take to the people of the area without a clear reason, and I did not ask for any discount when I asked about the price of the service that I settled on the day I finished and asked for the discount as usual. They did not agree on the pretext that my price was appropriate, but this is not a convincing reason to return. I get the discount and they promised me that they would give me the discount next time, but their excuse is Unacceptable Why was the discount rejected!? I hope that anyone who goes to the salon will check the price of the service before it starts so that no manipulation occurs. Unfortunately, this happens as salons are largely public.

The center is excellent and the female employees have experience and everyone’s treatment is very classy. For me, Hayat is very very distinguished in hair, especially highlights and colors, and she is very patient with the work. I wish the center more success and success.

The price of hair services depends on the mood of the employee who provides you with the service. Every visit the price increases... even though the price list is displayed, they make excuses.

There is no attention in the salon to sterilization and necessary precautions such as cleanliness, distancing, or taking temperature other than wearing masks for some employees, while the rest of the employees are without masks.

Great service and a happy experience. I went in for a treatment and moved between three units, each unit doing something for me, and I didnt know what was going on, and the prices were written one thing, and the day I finished, the price was another thing, and no one told me from the beginning.

Their work is good and they offer many offers on days other than the weekend, and the owner of the salon has a lot of honesty in providing advice to customers.

Beautiful, but I noticed from my visit to them that their hairstyles are very simple and they do not have extensive hairstyles
