Emily always takes care of my nails! I highly recommend this place. I always go there and took some friends because the ladies pamper us!

Me and my daughter went previously and had gotten our hair done by Marylin. The service was great! The ladies know what they’re doing, we’re happy with the results and will be coming back again! Thank you, ladies!

I did facial, nails and protein treatment, service from girls is just amazing, they all are very nice and very professional in their service however their manager in the salon is RUDE.. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE … I just can’t understand how come she works in customer service with this attitude, I like the girls who does the service that’s the only reason I visit this salon. I am not sure if owner will read my comments and do anything about it. Please train her or replace with somebody nice who knows how to talk to customers. She clearly asked me if you scared from protein treatment why you are getting done.. instead of telling me benefits and disadvantage of treatment etc in nice way.. Amy explained me well and then I made informed decision…VERY RUDE MANAGER!

I will always come to Carpe Diem to color my hair and do treatments with Emylin. The salon is very neat and lovely. The staff are very kind and friend. Emylin is great hair dresser. I have been with her for more than 8 years. She is excellent in changing the color from dark to light while retaining its health, she does very beautiful hair extensions, lash extensions and great nail design.

What a great experience… I highly recommend this salon for so many reasons but mainly their excellent manicures and friendly service. The girls are super professional and make me feel pampered whenever I visit. Which is every three weeks!

I had lash lift with Emely and it turned out the best ever and I have been to several different places over the years. By far Emely done the best job and she is amazing inside & out.Emely also done my hair cut and colour turned out exactly how I wanted it and she made sure I loved it before I left. Also lady that washed my hair gave an amazing head massage.I had a hydrafacial with Emely and my skin looked/felt so good. Had a beautiful glow mashallah.I had a full body massage with Lucy was amazing and have me second one booked in already.Also had waxing with Lucy done a good job. She is so bubbly and happy I love it. Makes me laugh too.Thanks B. Also glad it is so close to me too.

The worst hair salon ever they had a staff who used protein shampoo and conditioner on my hair without asking me, and when I asked her why? she started yelling and screaming at me and ended up following me home! Be careful every one, if you wanna end up with stalker good luck going there

It all depends on who you get to do your Manicure and pedicure. Some ladies are a bit tired and angry, hence they can destroyed your nails. Other than that, the other services are fantastic!

I have visited this salon many times. Today the service was very poor and already complained to the receptionist on the same. I noticed the staff is treating the clients as per nationality. So thought of not to visit it again as there are much better salons in the area.

Ruined my friends hair and was very rude when asked to fix it. unprofessional, unknowledgeable about hair products, and zero care about the client.
