Catwalk Ladies Salon

I left from the salon almost in tears and anger for the first time in my life. This is the worst job i have ever seen. I am in the process making my hair blonde therefore i was very very clear about what i wanted in the consultation. I had a orange-y highlights in my hair. I specifically told them i wanted it to be ashy blonde, and repeated that many times. You can see in the picture what it looks like! it is crazy to the point of no return, it actually looks even worse in real life than the pictures and i cannot tie my hair up as there is large streaks on the side too. it looks streaky bleached, and the rest of my hair is quite dark making a cheap and almost ridiculous contrast, my hair is all broken and now there is not much i can do as i dont want to put more chemicals to cover it up or it will fall off. How can such a bad job be normal! The salon manager was unapologetic about it. On top of that there is a very clear, patchy horizontal line which is extra blonde/white. How can they be so unaware about the basics of their job! Never ever go there. It is better an average job than such a terrible one which is going to take years to correct. I received no apology, not even a phone call, in fact I was blamed for going to them with horrible hair to begin with.

The stylist is amazing!! I went for a consultation because I wanted to do balayage on my hair and use a crazy color for the finish. So from Auvergne fading hair color it turned into an amazing blue with turquoise/green hues and a dark base. Happy customer and very well priced!! Glad I finally found a salon In Dubai i trust and will revisit when a touch up is needed or want any other change.

Been going there for my keratin treatment for years and today was one of my sessions.The ladies are lovely, kind, friendly and most of all job is well done. Parveen gives the best hair wash/‘ massage ever and she is a definite asset to the salon. Lovely owner too ❤️

The staff is very polite and friendly, they know exactly what you need and what’s good for you. I went for a keratin treatment and a touch up for my roots and it was definitely worth it. The texture of my hair was a lot better after the treatment and it feels healthier. They’re really professional and the place is very clean and hygienic. I got my keratin treatment and nails done from here when I was in Dubai for a vacation and it was a truly amazing experience. I was so in love with the results. I was recommended by a friend to visit this salon as i was new in Dubai..i heard there was an amazing hair dresser that could actually fix my hair also needed a facial. When i visited i was suggested for my hair an hair trim and protein treatment as it was super tangled and damaged but i feel and look great now after my session.. my hair is in good condition and healthy. The facial that was done was blissful and done professionally. I really want to thank catwalk salon for the wonderful hospitality and great procedure to restore my hair quality and my skin texture.

I go this Saloon for all my requirements and they are so professional and clean and so comfortable.I live in Gusais but I go all the way to karama cause of the service provided which is so worth it.I got hair keratin done which was so amazing I couldnt believe my eyes.I would recommend this Saloon without any hesitation any time.❤

I did Balayage hair color with olaplex treatment, hair trim and blow dry. I found the deal with Groupon and called the salon and I manage to get an appointment within an hour. Shibani was friendly, professional and patient with my hair. She gave good advice on how to treat my hair as it was in a such a bad condition. The after effect looked amazing I was so happy with the result and it was so affordable. I highly recommend the saloon.

My sister had gone to this salon for her hair and nail extension treatment. and i must say ive never seen her look better. the salon had completely transformed her and trust me when i say this, it is one of the best places to go to in town. truly an amazing experience for her.

I’ve never thought I could cry over something that was done to my hair. I was given a Groupon for this salon - a balayage, omniplex treatment and trim. Prior to making the appointment, I’ve had a consultation with the hair dresser. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and a picture of my current hair. She said they will be able to do it. Upon reaching the salon and before having the whole color process done, I was told that the color payoff would come a shade darker, and I agreed.But as soon as she applied and washed the base off, it came off orange amd I asked if she will tone it later and she said the orange will be gone later. But it didn’t. I was so disappointed and traumatized that I cried and I stormed out of the salon.WORST SALON EVER.

Go with the reviews, I have done highlights with olaplex bond treatment, Shivani is great, she is skilled along with other member, nice and clean environment, very professional service. Giving 5 starts 😊 yay!

I had booked an appointment through their website and when I landed there they quoted a much higher price inspite of email confirmation of price. This has been the second such experience at tgis salon.They need to be reported to Dubai Municipality
