Went yesterday for highlights and cut. In years I have not done any color on my hair, so I was unsure if I did the right choice, and yes, I absolutely love it. Ms Jean beside being so gentle calm and nice, has a lot of experience and my highlights look so natural, exactly how I wanted them! Really really good, I will come back, so see you in 3 months, Ms Jean!

Totally recommend it. Went with my mum to change her color from a darker to lighter color. Hena, the hairstylist was amazing managing to get this color that suits my mum.

I purchased a deal from groupon for haircut and highlights. Jean did both for me. She is a lovely lady and did a great work. Good value for money. Only down sides are that salon is small and has a parking issue. I took away 1 star because of the time I wasted searching for parking. Owner should try to get some slots reserved for the parlour clients. 🙏

I highly recommend ! the girls did an amazing job , i had a full hair highlight /treatment /haircut/facial/gelish mani pedi and everything was on point. my hair is still very healthy and looking super natural and nice . the facial was super comforting and made my skin glow for 5 days . the mani /pedi were excellent. all the stuff are very welcoming and comforting .

I went for a haircut yesterday which was done ok. But the reason the salon deserves less stars it’s because of the staff basic manners. Nobody greets you and no one talks with you in a pleasant manner not even a smile. I had to say hello myself and the lady was staring at me like i am not allowed to enter. This is a salon and we come for the services so we hope to be treated in a professional way. Secondly the salon hygiene is not that great! Horrible customer service

Went in for a layered haircut and asked the stylist to refresh the ends. Unfortunately, instead of blending or filleting the ends for a softer, more natural look, the hairdresser simply cut the ends straight, which made the style look uneven and harsh. I was really disappointed with the outcome, as it didn’t give me the fresh, layered look I was hoping for

Got my hair colour , manicure and pedi today .....the services were amazing....customer service was beyond.....deepa , heena and glenda were all superb 👌

I was very impressed with the service here. The facility was clean and hygienic. Anna was exceptional—she handled my full body waxing and threading swiftly and skillfully. The wax used was high-quality and gentle on the skin, avoiding any burn marks. Rachel did my nails with great proficiency; she was polite and very patient. Ive visited a few times and will definitely keep coming back. Great job!

I came to cut my hair and it was rlly amazing!! The hairdresser Hina did a great job I highly recommend it!!

My visit to the salon was a bit frustrating. Despite booking my gelish Mani and Pedi through Groupon with the option to schedule via Fresha, there was a delay upon arrival, and confusion about my booking. Although the service itself was decent once it began, the disconnect with online booking platforms was disappointing. While the quality matched the Groupon deals value, I recommend the owner address the online booking issue for smoother customer experiences in the future.Update: After a week of vacation, the gelish on a few fingers started to peel off.

Absolutely not recommended. Went for hair wash and dry and had a terrible experience. Wash was not done properly and the customer service was non existent. I asked to speak to the owner and they said they dont have the owners number. At least dont charge the client full price if the job is obviously not done properly!

I’ve done my waxing here and the services were pretty fast and professional , specially hina was a great help so five stars and highly recommended 👍

Heena gave me a great haircut. I asked her to do whatever she thought would look good on me and she spent a lot of time and took great care of my fine hair and gave me a perfect messy bob. Super happy because its a pain finding good stylists for short hair. Param did a great job with the eyebrows. Very friendly and professional staff. Will surely visit again. Glendys and Sara were great as well.

I dyed the roots of my hair but the result is a disgrace. Even though they waited 50 minutes, my whites remained the same. This is the second time this has happened to me in the same place. I bought it from Groupon because it was cheap, but I will never come again.

I came for a mani pedi and blow dry.Great fast service, lovely staff!

Extremely disappointing experience. They asked me to come at 6:30 pm only to make me wait for 45 mins and then tell me to wait for another 30 mins. So basically a wait time of 90 mins for a basic mani pedi that too after duly booking an appointment and reaching there 10 mins in advance. Offcourse i left without getting it done.I spent 50 aed in taxi to get there and now another 50 vs 40 to get home directly from office. Really ??? I did mention to them earlier while booking the appointment that I am traveling and this is the only slot I had free and they did everything to ruin it... Can I give minus star ratings pls?

Was made to wait for close to 40 min even though I had an appointment booked. I left because it didnt seem like anyone would attend to me anytime soon.

Ive had the worst experience ever with this company. Both cars I serviced there were returned damaged with none of the repairs done. All I got was lip service from them. The happiness contracts are short of happiness. The quality is poor, service is poor, and customer service is is worse. One of my cars tool over 10 months for simple repairs, still not repaired. Every time they take the car it comes back with a problem, body damage and broken items. The most unprofessional service I ever reveiced.

I dont know how this place is rated 5 stars. I did highlights, showed them the picture of what I exactly wanted, they ruined my hair completely. I wanted blonde, it came out brown/orange. The worst hair experience. I told the lady about what happened to me at previous salons since the beginning and she promised my hair will look exactly like the picture. After dying, the result was terrible. I had orange and bad yellow highlights at the front of my hair. She said she would fix it and asked me to return after 3 days. Even after I went there again, my hair was still bad. She toned it and she kept giving excuses and saying that something was wrong with my hair. Part of my hair turned grey imagine!!! They ruined it. And it looks terrible from the front. Not the color I wanted and I hope the owner of the salon sees this and does something about it. You dont promise what you cant do. Cluless and unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Now I have to wait 6 months bzfore dying my hair again. I was going there for keratin treatment but no way I can trust this salon again. Whoever is reading this, stay away from this salon.

I went for a haircut and classic pedi/mani, the work was mainly done by Prachi. The manicure was done by Ann. I really appreciate Prachi for her work, she took her time and seemed very dedicated. She patiently did my haircut and manicure. The prices through Groupon were also quite reasonable.They are also quite flexible when it comes to taking appointments or if we reach late. Tried here for the first time (Celebrity make up studio). Did My gelish manicure and pedicure. Had a bad experience, they don’t even know how to apply the nail polish properly and even the proper cutting of nails and cuticle, they just cut and cut without asking the client. Will not come back again, waste of money. I wish I could share the photos.

Visited for the first time.I had a pedicure and manicure with gel polish, everything was done perfectly, the specialist was very kind and caring. also had blowout - hair care was done well using good hair care products.

The salon is good. I got my facial and hot oil done from them and it was great. Prachi is too good. I’m looking forward for my other sessions with them.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!! I took an appointment for my Haircut and Coloring. All the staff are simply amazing. Since I have curly hair I often hesitate to go to salon as not everyone specialized in giving the right hair cut or using the right product. Jean, the hairstylist offered great recommendations and gave a perfect haircut which enhanced my curls and earned a lots of complements.Each and every staff gave special attention and personalized service, ensuring that all clients are happy with the service.This is going to be my new fav spot which I will be visiting often.

The salon and the staff were so lovely but I’m so disappointed by the quality of their products and work, I did my nails mani-pedi and gelish application and they are falling everywhere it’s very low quality
