Absolutely love the services. I’ve been going to Wasoof (Stylist) for many years. He always achieves what I want and actually even more. His hair styling is amazing as well. Highly recommend! I color my hair every six months, and there’s absolutely no damage! Love it!

They do a lovely job with hair! I got a haircut with a new stylist there called Wafour? Can’t remember his name - but I have curly hair and he gave me a great haircut! Highly recommend.

Wasof is a nice guy but he gave me a terrible cut. I lost all volume. Hair got completely flat. I informed the salon immediately however they said there are no other hairdressers available. I had to cut my hair in another place how terrible it was. No apology or a refund.

Ive been to 6 barbers in last 7 months in Dubai, this barber was the only one cut my hair properly.I am a male who has long hard standing back hair, and many barbers struggle with this. Alina did a really good job cutting my hair!

Two stars: one because the staff is kind and another because the place is beautiful. My concern is the price is high for basic services. Example 100dhs for eyebrow threading which they don’t really master (they prefer plucking). I think they need to revise the prices to capture a loyal customer base. Best of luck to this new business.

This is by far one of the worst hair saloon’s i’ve ever been to. It was so bad that I had to redo it again immediately at the saloon next door. Unfortunately I don’t have a before picture but I’m posting a picture of what I am currently doing. They are expensive and unprofessional. Worst experience of my life.

It was a zero star experience for me after they booked me with another client at the same tome and let wait for quite some time.. then the receptionist who happened to be the hairdresser and have a client told me i was double booked and since i have a discount and i live near i can come another day 😀..it was very unpleasant the way i was treated..

Went to Sams for coloring. I don’t recommend it, they didn’t listen to everything I asked, they accused me of not understanding things, and as a result, I ended up with red roots and hair along the entire length. And she paid a lot of money for it. I will never come back here again. When I wrote to the master about this, I started writing that I was trying to call him a bad master... and everything revolved around his competence, how professional he was, and as a result, the impressions from such a professional experience were terrible. There are a lot of enthusiastic and positive reviews everywhere, but if I had seen in advance that the master was capable of this here, I would not have come here, even if hundreds of people praise his work.

I made an appointment at the salon for hair removal. It’s okay that some things like a vacuum cleaner are stored in the hair removal room, let’s leave that out. The master tried to start the deep bikini hair removal procedure WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!!!!! And she even managed to glue a piece of wax before I noticed it! And after the procedure, she immediately tried to rub me with aloe gel, again without gloves....... I don’t know where to run now, which hospital, or what to do. Thank you for ruining the day and for the paranoia that I now have every disease in the world.

The haircut was gorgeous, hairdresser Alina did everything right. Finding your master is an impossible task, but I was incredibly lucky.
