Had an amazing experience in this beauty place. Ilya did awesome job with my hair color, explained all the details how we can change my hair color to the one I want over time. Administrator and other ladies were very friendly and sweet :) Definitely will come back.

Ive been going to this saloon for last 3-4 months. Doing my nails, my hair and my eyelashes there. Everything is amazing!Service is amazing, quality of their work is amazing..Everything!!! Yes, its a bit pricey, but its absolutely worth it!All recommendations!

I had horrible experience for my hair . I needed simple natural color , Hairdreser Julia in this salon used high volume mixture all over my hair ( convincing me that she knows what she is doing not to worry ) and half of my hair was gone. I had to cut my hair short with other stylist , thanks God it suites me or else I can imagine level of stress I would have to go through.Can you imagine No one even called from salon to apologize. Good day. Yesterday I had a chance to visit the wonderful Charmelle Beauty Lounge. The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone from staff to managers is very friendly. I did a manicure and nail extension with the master Aziza, she is kind and well experienced in the nails technique. I highly recommend everyone to visit this salon and try to make nails with Aziza.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Terrible experience of airtouch coloring of my hair twice within a week 🤦‍♀️ all I am left with is damaged hair and multiple colors on my hair with yellow pigments. Master-1 didn’t listen to my request and spoiled the result. Master -2 tried to correct the previous problem, did only upper part of my hair and lower part is yellow and unfinished. 🤦‍♀️ overall I spent over 10 hours for these procedures and left with wasting my time, money and damaged hair with awefull colors.

Horrible hairdresser and customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. I’ve been there five months ago and still feel traumatised when the hairdresser just painted my hair black despite what I initially wanted

Ive been going to Charmelle for manicures/pedicures for 3 months now. The price is not the cheapest, but they always make the perfect coating that really lasts. A very pleasant administrator, which is important and rarely found anywhere.Everything in the salon is treated with attention to detail: from the quality of work to the service of tea/coffee. I recommend it🤍

Luxurious salon, you feel at home, but everything is at a high level 👌🏽 the masters are talented, I did a manicure and pedicure in 4 hands very efficiently!!! And hair coloring with styling 🔥🔥🔥

It was not the first time and I always want to come back. I like that I can do all the services with 4 hands. Manicure and pedicure, you can do your eyebrows right away and not spend a lot of time on it. The girls do everything at a high level. I always recommend it to everyone and am happy to return.

Hairstyles was good enough. Pedicure the same. Manicure :they destroyed my nails!!!First of all it get cracked in the first hour; second they cut my cuticles up to blood. Check pictures of immediately after and after 5 days Due to the fact that they cut off my cuticles in a barbaric manner, I now have such cuticles that I could not even imagine

I was on vacation in Dubai, I’ve been doing eyelash extensions for half my life, so a good artist is important to me. I made an appointment with Aisuluu, the master took into account all the wishes! Such masters are worth their weight in gold. The eyelashes last a very long time, even after 4 weeks. I was very pleased!
