I’ve been to Charmelle Spa Salon a few times, and I have to say that their work is amazing! They have reasonable prices, and their work of hairstyling is quite professional too. The Manicure and pedicure services are great, even performing foot massages after washing and shining the feet, and one feels as good as new afterwards. Highly recommended!

It was my first time to visit this Charmelle. To be hones, I was a bit skeptical and concerned about how the new color of my hair will look like. Everything turned to be positive ! The hairdresser did her ultimate best to make my hair looks natural, elegant and fashionable. She was really careful and attentive to details. Everything in the salon was utterly clean and organized. The owner of the salon was also very hospitable and considered professional. To the above I add that the materials used are of high quality and the charge of the process was very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.

This is my third time going to get my keratin treatment and every time Im so delighted with the results. I have thick latin hair, which is hard to manage but this treatment makes it so silky and straight that it makes my hair a lot easier to handle. Besides, the product is organic and lasts a long time so I dont have to worry about damaging it further. I absolutely, 100% recommend this place.

I’ve tried keratin treatments over 5 times in different salons but my hair would always go back to the curls within a week max. Beauty plus was the the only salon so far that made the keratin treatment really work on my hair, I decided not to give a review right away to see the results, it’s been a month so far and my hair is still straight and in great condition! The salon isn’t a 5 star spa that we are usually used to in Dubai but they definitely give you 5 star results. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to the awesome ladies.

I have to admit, I was quite skeptical of this place as I was searching for a good salon for my hair. Reading the reviews, I decided to try it anyway and boy, Im glad I did. I went there self convinced that hair botox was what my hair needed but Shane was such a sweetheart, she took her time and convinced me that keratin was the way to go. And after whole 2 years, my hair finally looks super soft, shiny, strong and enviable. Id definitely return and recommend this salon.

I went to Beauty Salon Plus for the first time after searching for a stylist since I came to Dubai 2 years ago and now my search is over. I super love my new hair and the color perfectly matched my skin tone. I also tried their manicure and pedicure and both were awesome, the polish lasted for over a month without damaging my nails. I got my Hair cut done from Ann she did my hair cut really very well. They good at there work and quick too. I can say value for money and time too. Would recommend this place for hair cut and any hair work. Also there is car parking just below the building in afternoons its good time too.

I thought, I would never find a salon that would fit my dry hair needs. My hair is dry due dubais weather and going to the beach most of the time. I did had my hair fix by some salon but after I washed it, it didnt give me the desired outcome. But when someone booked me for this salon. I have great hair keratin treatment and they gave me some tips and products that would suit my hair needs. So,I suggest you book your appointment early. I found Charmelle Salon by complete accident -or call it fate. And some mistakes are great to make, as I discovered with Charmelle!! I went there after a long work day, distressed and in pain as my nail extension had fallen off. I was in pain and the nail therapist took extra care to make sure I wasnt further subjected to any more. What I instantly noticed was professionalism, genuine concern for the customer and a great energy. I returned this week to do my microshading with Hang, the lovely Vietnamese lady (who also did my nail extensions), and the wonderful lady that does the Moroccon Baths. All three were wonderful experiences, highly satisfactory and absolute- I repeat absolute- value for every Dirham (highly reasonable rates must say!). Hang is an absolute sweetheart, and so are all the other ladies, and also the lovely Manager- in fact EVERY staff working there comes in with heart, soul and passion for their job. They genuinely love their customers. That comes across in their attitude, work ethics, skill, and vibe- and their results! Charmelle is a gem among the rocks of the Salon world here in Dubai.

Ive had consistently good results from this salon over the years. I do my hair and microshading here. Ms. Susan, the owner, is very dedicated and hands-on, she will make sure you are looked after. Look for Ms. Hang, their microshading angel!

Was really impressed, I found the ladies to be really professional and dedicated to doing the best job! I went in their with dry damaged hair that was frizzy and hard to manage and came out with glossy silky hair! A week and a couple of washes later, I still couldnt be happier!

This is very bad salon, they even dont know how to deal with the customers. I went there for my hair treatments. At first she convinced me to come to her salon and she assured me that she ll give me services in 250dhs but when i reached there , she totally change and was asking for 1000dhs for my services. This is pathetic. She wasted my time my whole day. Thet had a bad environment too.

Poor reception, unfriendly and unprofessional. They made me spend 1hour and 30min and still didnt attend to me. The lady for Waxing spends all her time talking rubbish to clients and keeping others waiting. she even chooses who to attend to not finding out who came first for the service ,with or without appointment.In all, very very poor customer service
