Guys, never go to this salon. They smile you only until you pay. I had a disgusting experience visiting this salon. I moved to Dubai from Russia, so my beloved master stayed there. I had to look for a new salon in this country. I came REALLY blonde, with white hair and slightly overgrown roots. My request was to do airtouch and lighten as close to the roots as possible. What did I get in the end? Look at the photo and you will see. My hair is all stained, the roots are brown and much longer than it was BEFORE. AND LOOK AT ORANGE SPOTS. I paid about 3000 AED for it and the owner of the salon painted me. The salon refuses to accept the blame, refuses to refund the money, and when I asked them to delete my photos from their Instagram, they blocked me. These are just terrible people. Now I need to treat my hair and repaint it for my money. When I return to Dubai, I will definitely take this situation to court. (Also the last photo is my hair before coloring at this salon, all other photos made by my master from Russia, she showed me what is inside)P.S. and now this salon replied here that I even didn’t visit their salon and I am a lier, and that is my hair before coloring. I have all proofs that it is a result of this salon, but they think they are very smart that can just say that I am a lier) you are a real bottom

I went out of the salon with this root color for grey hair after I told them I use inoa 6 and they colored with normal color with amoniac and redone it with same product.I asked before booking if they have this color and Nombers and repeated in the salon I still got a normal Color that itched my hair and I knew is not inoa since I color my roots every 3 weeks very unprofessional owner wanted to kick me out after I didn’t agree with the color and stayed the whole time crying waiting for the result which I knew will be not good as in the picture

This salon is amazing! The stylists are talented and listened carefully to what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I imagined fresh, flawless, and perfectly suited to me. The salon itself is chic and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel their best!

My hair looks amazing and Milad understood exactly what I wanted.I also did my nails and Mira is very professional, she is details oriented and I really love the result, its perfect!I found my place where I can do everything, you wont be disappointed.The staff is really friendly, nice vibes and the owner Joe Kerdi is friendly and really caring about the customers satisfaction.I totally recommend this salon !

If your hair isn’t naturally perfect, don’t bother coming here. staff doesn’t know how to work with anything except perfect hair. curls? waves? textures? forget it. they know 1 hair style and apply it to everyone and sit there convincing you it’s the best style for you despite what you actually want. you will literally leave the salon with frizzy hair because the “professionals” don’t know when to use a flat iron and when to use a blow dryer.i had specifically mentioned my hair is prone to frizzing because of its texture and they completely ignored me, didnt spray my hair, came 30 minutes late, didnt use a flat iron (convinced me they didn’t need to) and i showed up to my own engagement party with frizzy hair within 1 HOUR of getting it done. i raised this comment with them after and the staff were unprofessional and rude, called my phone just to yell at me for not liking the frizz on my engagement day?? absolutely never recommending this place to anyone. ruined my big day.(NOTE: By the way my extensions cost 2000 dirhams and they were natural human hair - not from SHEIN as they claim)

Joe and his team are the best !! Got my hair extensions done at their salon, aside from their super amazing and professional work, they’re always so welcoming and nice. I barely trust stylists to do my hair, since they tend to damage it, but at Cheveux salon I sit with a complete trust and they never disappoint me. Would definitely recommend their salon :)

I was there for the first time today and felt very comfortable. The atmosphere, the team, everything was very harmonious and pleasant. Although I was very nervous about having my hair cut from long to short, I felt really comfortable and relaxed there. The result turned out really well, Im happy and satisfied and would go back any time.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon after being a loyal customer for nearly 2 years. The owners were highly unprofessional, disrespectful and the service was far from satisfactory. Communication was lacking, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. I was overcharged and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable hair care experience.

It was my first time at this hairdressers. Ive stayed away from hairdressers for a long time because Ive only ever had problems with them. Thats over now. Here they try (in a very pleasant atmosphere) to realize customer wishes.

Awesome guys take care of your hair at this place...And while waiting for your turn, dont forget to request for their complementary black coffee..It is better than most of the top coffee chains.

I went to the salon for a Russian Manicure and Gel. They said the price was 149. When I finished the service the bill was 210. I asked the reason and they said the technician put something on my nails (I have not been advised). I asked clarification to the receptionist as she was the one who give me the price and she just said: this is the bill.It is not a matter of 60 AED, but just the way they behaving that shocked me. Won’t suggest and won’t come back!

Horrible experience! the owners wife was extremely rude and she gives the fakest smiles to everybody, she has no professionalism and doesn’t know how to deal with loyal clients who has constantly referred them and brought them so much clientele’s for the last 2 years. would not go there ever again, im extremely disappointed to say the least.

My wife had the same experience as some of the other comments. Went in for a few highlights, took photos to show them exactly what she wanted and asked them to leave as much as her natural color as possible. They just did what ever they wanted just for their social media post, with a full head of color that looks grey, nothing at all like the photos she showed them. And they charged 2300 and took 5 hours because they were more concerned about getting videos and photos for their insta than getting her hair done how she wanted. She’s so upset and even cried, when we called to tell them she’s not happy they did not want to take responsibility and started acting unprofessional with a terrible attitude. They said we can come back to fix it but she can’t trust them to do what she wants. Waste of money and time.Also If you still wanna visit this uneducated and selfish place….GO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Don’t go unless you want to waste money. I went in wanting strawberry blonde/slightly copper hair. What I got looked like a Halloween costume wig. It was insanely bright, not at all natural, especially the roots. They charged me 1300aed for it. I was starting a new job that week and I couldn’t go looking like a carrot so I needed it fixed asap so I came in the next day, and the result of that was brownish-auburn hair, once again, not what I wanted initially. And for the cherry on top- I had to pay 500aed more to have it fixed. In the end, I ended up out of 1800aed, with damaged hair, and unhappy with the result. The salon itself is nice, the staff is pretty friendly, but it was a very disappointing experience.

Bad experience. I asked for a few face highlights and toner, left with a full head of blonde highlights and paid 2000 AED. I went back and said that it’s not what I asked for and I need it darkened as per my initial request. I went in for the toner and was then asked to pay 500 AED to fix it…
