I was today for a hard gel manicure and gelish pedicure, staff very professional. My manicure and pedicure are perfect. They did it in one professional room both in same time that was extremely nice as timing was short. Looove the results.

Amazing service and amazing masters! Hair master Marina is very professional , we did remover for my black hair. It took us many hours but result was worths it. Hair did not damage at all, very soft and I got much lighter color.

Laura, the receptionist, was an absolute gem - professional, kind, and attentive. She greeted me with a warm welcome and a choice of tea or coffee, accompanied by a lovely tray of snacks. Olga, my nail therapist, was not only skilled but also had a lovely personality and sense of humor. Dilyara, also lovely, did an outstanding job on my lash lamination, demonstrating skill and gentleness throughout the process. The salon has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a positive energy that is distinguishable. The staff seemed like a close-knit group of friends, making the experience even more enjoyable. I received a generous 25% discount as a new customer, on top of the already reasonable prices. I cant wait to return for another pampering session. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. I found out a salon from Google and based on review of customers booked an appointment for manicure and lash lifting and was not sure but happy with result of my lashes and nails. All team members are professionalThe receptionist lady was friendly and welcome me by Russian tea which tastes so nice , then I went for my menicure , meruret did my nails and she did amazing job . Very clean and tidy work . Even I had a short nail but she did great and happy with results,she is a very friendly girl tooThen wait for my lashes appointment and again got wonderful tea . And my lash lifting done by gulzadeh very professionally. today after one day I can see difference even though I have a very straight and short lashes but happy with final resultsIf I travel Dubai again definitely will come back 🙏 well done 👏

My eyelash technician Ms Gulzada listened to what I wanted and I got exactly that! She also did my eye brows with such expertise And my nail tech Ms Ola and Ms Aya are such good professionals and did my nails with great expertise! Check out this salon for some really dedicated nail artists. They take their time to make sure everythings just perfect, and they truly are masters at what they do!Even with my travel-worn, broken nails, they worked magic. I specifically wanted a Russian manicure and someone who is an expert and they totally transformed my nails!If I ever move to Dubai, Ill definitely be a regular here, as long as they keep up their amazing work.Also, a big thanks for the coffee and snacks! I visited the salon today for a hard gel manicure with ombré nails,Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed, frustrated, and dissatisfied with the entire experience. The ombré was uneven, with visible lines and patches, some nails didn’t even have the ombré effect at all, and the blending was poor. In fact, it looked far from the ombré style I had requested. To make matters worse, the nail tech didn’t take responsibility for the poor results and instead tried to dismiss my concerns at every turn.Dana took a photo with her phone and insisted that the nails looked fine on camera which makes no sense completely disregarded my concern that a manicure should look right in person, not just on a phone screen.When I brought the issue to Danas attention, she called in another nail tech (a woman with curly hair and a nose piercing) to assess the work. The other nail tech, who had been called in to help, tried to deflect responsibility by asking me, “How did Olga do the ombré last time without a sponge?” How was I supposed to know the specific technique used by Olga? I’m not a nail tech! I was there as a customer who wanted a good result, and instead of acknowledging that the current work wasn’t up to standard, she was essentially questioning my ability to judge the technique.Dana’s attitude, which was already unprofessional, continued to worsen. Throughout the appointment, she kept speaking to the other nail tech in Russian about my design. Not only was this uncomfortable. She also suggested that I should just go with a simple French manicure instead of the design I had requested, even though I had clearly explained what I wanted. She kept saying that I hadn’t specified my design when I booked, which wasn’t true. I’ve been to this salon several times before and have always chosen my design on the spot without any issues. If the lack of advance notice was an issue for Dana or if she wasn’t familiar with the design I requested, she should have addressed it at the beginning, not after she had already started the work.When I pointed out the poor ombré and explained that it wasn’t what I had asked for, they proposed I stay an additional 20 minutes for Dana to fix it. However, I firmly demanded that it be fixed by another nail tech at a later date, as I couldn’t afford to waste any more time in the salon. Dana responded by saying, “If you don’t like the nails, don’t pay.” This was not only unprofessional but also completely disregarded the time I had already spent there and the fact that I came to the salon to prepare for New Year’s Eve. I’m not asking for special treatment, but it’s not just about the money. It’s about receiving quality service for the time and money I invest. Her attitude was rude, and she didn’t seem to care that I was inconvenienced.It would have been fair for me to pay after the nails were corrected on January 3rd, but instead, the receptionist just reduced the AED 40 charge for the design. This reduction did not acknowledge the time I had already wasted at the salon or the inconvenience of having to return. I was frustrated by the lack of proper accountability.When I asked for a proper bill for the service, the receptionist was clearly confused and annoyed and insisted that the credit card receipt was all I needed. According to the Uae law a proper invoice with all the details has to be given. Instead she gave me a picture of her screen on my phone. Attached.

I did 2d lashes with Dilyara and they turned out amazing. She did it so comfortably without any pain or burning. They also last long time. Very happy with her work.

I love her the best master ever - DilyaraShe doesnt miss any steps.First I dont need to tell her about the style I want - she remembers it.2nd she cleans my lashes first properly (very important!! I tried few salons and masters while she was on leave and they skip this part or dont do it properly) so with Dilyara you will be 100% sure your lashes will be healthy3rd She has her own technique and system that truly a real master has.4th my lashes stays for like 3 weeks and if some falls off, it wont even show that there are gaps. I domt know how she does it. But it is magic!!-----

Really enjoyed the Tokio Inkarami treatment by Madina. She was very sweet and professional. Also the lady at the reception was very knowledgeable and provided great feedback regarding the treatments available.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. I wouldn’t recommend a Kazakh lashmaker there. It took here the whole 4 hours to do eyelashes. Moreover, I faced the rude attitude from her and administration afterwards when I shared my feedback. I paid 225 dirhams with Entertainer (they gave 25% discount) ,tho it should have been 2 for 1 deal. Also, they don’t accept cards there for some sneaky reasons I guess.The pic attached is my eye after 2 days after having new eyelashes. Still hurts after she spilled that glue in my eye. Russian stuff has to learn manners and polite attitude to the clients. Unfortunately, I’m upset and unsatisfied with such service.

I only go to salons by Russian speakers, as they know better than anyone how’s the manicure should be done.My nails lasted very long without breaking or falling out. I started getting my nails done with them not too long ago and aside from the fact that their work is always so detailed and perfect. They genuinely take care of their customers. I had a little flu the last time i visited and they made ginger tea for me, gave me a blanket, turned off the AC and put on Christmas movies on netflix for me to watch in my comfort. The time went by and I didn’t even feel it. Not only did i leave with a set of perfect nails but better health too. 100% recommended.

I had my nail appointment and I must say I am not happy with my nails. I had gel overlay on my natural nail and 2 days after I can see that first of all my nails are uneven, are already split apart from the gel so it’s basically coming off and the nail that was supposed to be fixed with acrylic cause it was broken is not fixed properly and it will fall apart in 2-3days for sure. Another thing, to take off what I had on my nails previously they used acetone which is a very oldschool method and weakens the nail + some people are allergic to acetone which could be dangerous and they used nail clippers to cut my nails instead of using the electric nailfile… A major issue to be concered about THEY DID NOT USE A NEW NAILFILE which is not in accoradance with basic hygiene standards. I will not come back that is for sure and do not reccommend getting your nails done at this place. The only good thing was that the staff were nice and friendly.

The Calgel nails service at the saloon is a must try. Stays for upto months and even does t damage your nails like a acrylic would. It also makes nails strong and doesn’t cause the yellowing effect. I would recommend it. The saloon is soon going to shift in Al Wasl area.

Service so slowwww . came to fo notmal polish and the girl didn’t knew hot to put it and end it up doing calgel cause i didn’t want to stay for another hour to do my feet! and i canceled my nail polish cause i realized how much they lack of experience for calgel and they are charging 270 aed only for feet.

Always had the pleasant haircut experience with Larysa. She knows what the client wants and I did not even need to explain a lot of things to get the haircut I wanted. She is the master of hairstyling especially for doing layered-cut which is very hard to find the good one in Dubai.

Didnt get a chance to use the service since , i wanted to purchase a groupon to do eyelashes extensions. But cannot use it before eid . This kind of procedure is very wrong , just making extra money at the end of ramadan. In that case remove your offer from groupon during ramadan.

The salon itself is small, but clean and cozy, there are not a lot of people nearby (this is important for me). The salon administrator Victoria is always very nice, greets you with a smile and tea or coffee with goodies :) The prices are reasonable and there are always some promotions and discounts. By the way, the cosmetics that the masters work on are all premium class. Overall I highly recommend it.
