The protein treatment they did for my hair has been the best I’ve ever had - my hair is super shiny, soft, and straight like never before. Sorry but I can’t give even 1 star to this salon. I booked an appointment through the secret society app for eyelash extensions and arrived on time. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked to get my service done as the lady at reception then told me the eyelash lady is on trainingand she won’t be coming. Is this a professional treatment for a potential customer? Be careful don’t book anything you won’t get the service!

The salon itself is nice and clean and has cute decor but more importantly, the staff are all so sweet and friendly. I had a bit of a language barrier with my stylist Maria but nevertheless she made an effort to figure out exactly what I wanted and she was so kind and helpful. I had a blow-dry today, and it was literally the worst service I’ve ever received. Apparently, the hairstylist wasn’t working because it was Monday, and instead, the receptionist ended up doing my hair! She didn’t even know how to properly hold a brush. I was so dissatisfied that I had to go home and wash my hair. I paid 280 for what I expected to be top-tier service, but instead, I got someone completely inexperienced. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable.

I heard about this salon a lot and went in with high hopes however I was disappointed. All my cuticles were bleeding and my nails didn’t turn out as good as I thought they would. The appointment system was also bad and we had to wait despite having booked from before and my nails were done too fast as they had others waiting. Overall the service is totally not worth the price. The only good thing that I can say is that the workers were friendly.

Really nice place with staff very attentive to customer needs. If you arrive by taxi you have to go around the tower because it is very visible from the promenade but not from the street. Super spacious and well-kept details.
