I had a fantastic experience at the salon! The cleanliness and quality of products used were top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive; they recommended the perfect facial based on my skin type. Suneetha did an amazing job, and Zainab was equally awesome. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for personalized and professional service!

I love the nail color and doesnt hurt my nails when she was cleaning it. I did the mani-gel. The other lady did the pedicure and it was relaxing as she did massage as extra. They are accommodating and polite.

This is my daughter 8 year old reviews for their lovely service .. she felt like home .. the owner was so kind and their staffs so friendly .. she loved their company and made them her friends .. she even got gifts 😃😃😃.. service is too good .. I recommend everyone to take a try .. it’s a pocket friendly too 😀…

Very bad experience. I went today for pedicure and the staffs are asking money to remove the gel polish which costs almost equal to pedicure. They are stick on their price and not ready to compromise or even not try to retain a customer. 14 years of my uae life, this is the firsr parlour i saw with this much bad customer service. Since it is a normal parlour, the prices i feel little high. I dont recommend at all.. As a customer, i feel very devalued...

One of the worst beauty salon in the city. 100% not recommended. Quality of the services provided below average. Unprofessional staffs working there without any proper training. They don’t know even eye brow threading. They are offering free membership voucher for aed80 for few services, when you go there they will ask you to get one paid service then only you will avail the free services. After arguing too much they hv agreed but still we had to pay for one service. Will never go there again. Positive reviews could be by their staffs itself.

Very polite and courteous staff, they do not force you to take up services but keeps u informed about their options. Absolutely no pain during eyebrows and upper lips threading, the staff does it with maximum care. Infact, I went during closure time but they never showed their disinterest or put their face down. Their services are too good. Reenu is so experienced and her her facial nd pedi was too good. Such a sweet girl with lots of dedication. And Iqra did ma body waxing without any pain. Shes also good.

Hey i went there today and wax wasnt really good soo painful and i got burning sensation due to it. Never recommend however staff wads polite and understanding when i complain soo change your poor wax and strips werent good due fo which it took longer time wax got stuckkk

The first time I visited this salon I came for a blow dry.The blow dry was worse as the hair dresser kept yanking my hair so hard my head was falling back,! Not gentle at all,I don’t understand how they can treat clients like this.The customer service is awful.
