Great experience in Chill Salon, love the staff and their professionalism. I appreciate how Luke is interacting with his customers, making sure their thoughts are heard and ensuring the end result is to the expectations, if not more than that, he is also very realistic about what can be done and cannot be done. I definitely recommend and i will certainly keep going to Luke and Chill Salon. Their services and materials are of high quality and if you want your hair done by someone who understands hair, then come to them, you will not be disappointed. Definitely this is the only place where my hair gets highlighted and styled with Suzi.Suzi is one of the most professional and knowledgeable stylist I ever met.I have very fine hair and quite damaged for using the straightener so often, but Suzy find the solution for reversing all these issues. My hair looks soo much healthier, and started to grow well.Outstanding service.

Suzy is an amazing person but even better professional. I am doing blond highlights and usually hair gets to be damaged from a bleach or takes on some yellow lemon color after some time, but since I am going to Suzy that have never happened, last 2 years my hair is shiny and healthy. Suzy, takes care of your wishes and your hair.

I went to CORRIGAN for balayage, a very fun fantasy color (strawberry Fanta like). Since the beginning she was very honest and transparent, evaluated my hair and told me about the best options according to my complexion. My hair was already processed and she did a wonderful job by doing color correction, bleaching and dying. The final result exceeded the expectations for sure. My hair has a rich color without compromising its health. It feels soft and very much alive, which usually is so hard after a bleaching session. At the end, the cherry of the cake were a trim, a blow dry and waves. I cannot recommend her enough, she’s FANTASTIC. No one will touch my hair again other than her. Oh and… she’s been in touch with reminders for follow-up, she really cares about her customers 🥰❤️💜❤️ super pro! All the staff was so friendly and I enjoyed this experience lots.

When I came to Leo a few months ago I think he did unbelievable thing with my hair turning it out from dry and dying to alive and glossy. But yesterday he went even far beyond that. It’s amazing! I totally recommend. This specialist you can trust. He loves what he does. Million thanks to him for my new hair style!

I have recently visited the Chill salon for the first time and the staff are so nice, lovely and professional. My stylist Corri (Corrigan) is so friendly as we talked a lot, and her skills are so professional. She is very nice person and great in colouring especially in different types of blondes and classic highlights. The atmosphere of the salon is very warm and welcoming. Great tea and coffee selection. I needed to get hair extensions for my Wedding, but had never had them before!I went to see Charley (alpha_extensions) she was just incredible! She matched my hair colour perfectly, advised me on length and type and also used micro beads to get the most natural look for me! In love with them now!!!Would 100000% recommend her to anyone / everyone!

This used to be my favourite salon, not anymore. Came in for a Keratin ttt (not my first), my hair is wavy and fizzy. I was asked what type of keratin I wanted and explained that I am looking for a straighting effect. Results are far from satisfactory, no change in curls, or fizziness, just shine. Asked to get it fixed and was told results would be unpredictable so I opted to dye instead. A couple of months later hair kept on getting worse. Reached out to them to get it fixed again and they offered to fix it for half price AND blamed me for choosing the keratin that I did, adding insult to injury. A hairdresser is supposed to act as an experitise reference and not just an applicator, for AED 1000 I would expect much more.I expressed my unsatisfaction with the service and the service recovery, and was ignored and did not receive a response from them since then.Disappointed in Chill, I recently did my hair at another place for AED 600 and its perfect, bad client management and service recovery, wont be returning.

Chill salon is the place to go ! Best place to colour or cut your hair . I love how Suzi always does my highlights. She is absolutely the best. My sister was on holidays and i took her to colour her hair with Suzi and she tells me everytime I wish someone can colour my hair like Suzi . The best experience she had . Ive looked for 9 years, for a good hair colourist and stylist (Im picky) and I finally found him. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair!Stuarts knowledge, advice and expertise is amazing. He has transformed my hair dramatically over the last 6 months- the colour, quality, thickness, less hair loss etc, I couldnt recommend him anymore!

I am so glad I found back my favourite hairdresser Melanie, that used to work in a French Salon at the Marina, but is now working here at Chill. Melanie is the best when it comes to blonde highlights, and I can only trust her when it comes to getting it right! The salon is also very conveniently located at the Intercontinental and the atmosphere is nice, with super comfortable chairs for the shampoo and a great experience with a great head massage! I strongly recommend you to go to Chill and ask for Melanie especially if you require to touch up your Blonde look!

This is the best salon ever! Have been going to Chill for six years now since moved to Dubai and will never change. All the hair stylists are really professional. No matter who makes my hair cut and color, it always looks amazing and people always ask me where do I go. I had a haircut from Charley at chill men’s salon and the entire experience was incredible. Fantastic service, great quality cut and brilliant service throughout. My new barber without a doubt. I’ve tried a lot in Dubai and none made me think that I’d stay with them. But Charley made it such a pleasant experience that I don’t need to go to another barber. Stuart has been my hair magician for about two years. I have to add it was pre and now post chemo and the unfortunate hair loss. With his gentle manner and magic hands he has created a new confident and edgy me. Stuart makes me feel glamorous again. The salon is intimate and the staff have a lovely vibe with each other. This is my absolutely favorite hair salon in Dubai, all thanks to the loveliest hair professional and expert Simona Barbato. I have been her client for two years now, visiting the salon almost every month. She is my go-to person for everything: haircuts, coloring, toning, blow dries and mask treatments. I am really grateful to Simona, as it is hard to find truly “your” hair professional in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (trust me: I spent four years, continuously trying various salons and masters). Everyone at Chill is super friendly and nice. The location is very easy-to-find: on the 2nd floor of Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai Marina. The prices are very convenient too, with various packages available, allowing one to save a bit (it is important, after all). The salon also offers nail services, which can be done at the same time as the client is coloring the hair or enjoying the hair treatment. It is definitely a great addition. I knew Chill Salon because of Corrigan Elizabeth, she is my hair stylist. When she left her previous work/salon and joined Chill, I moved too with her :)The place is amazing, they are using best hair products, nice people around, friendly environment and always welcoming me and because I am wearing hijab, they are making sure every time I visit them that door is closed, and no guys allowed to step in :)Corrigan is very professional, and she knows exactly what her client need from the first time. My hair was damaged before I know her from bleaching and other reasons, and she knows how to treat my hair to look perfect. She is the best one in selecting the colour that fits me. I don’t ask her anymore what she will do. I am leaving this totally for her, when to cut, what colour … etc and slowly slowly my hair become better and looks healthier. Neil is hands down one of the best hairstylists Ive ever had! I trust him blindly with my hair, hes honest, creative and each cut grows out so, so well even if I go months without a touch up! Tell him the basics of what you want/dont want and let him do his magic.

I received a wonderful service today from Yana, and I am absolutely ecstatic about the way my hair looks now. It’s not easy to find stylists who are knowledgeable and skilled in working with curly hair, and Yana is exceptionally skilled. The haircut revived my hair and restored its bounce, and the balayage makes my curls look like they’re sun kissed.

I absolutely loved the whole expierience. The staff was so nice. They greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee and water. They really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. I wanted volume and curls that will last all day as I was going for a photoshoot in a dessert and thats exactly what they did 😍 The curls lasted until I washed my hair Im really impressed by that. I highly reccomend Chill salon!Thank you so much and see you again ❤️

I have recently moved to dubai. And recently went to Chill saloon for the first time. A British guy stuart did my hair. And he did a awesome job. He was amazing and so talented. He changed overall look of my face.He gave me best advice on styling and how to take care of my hair after my haircut.Belive me I’ve never had anyone cut my hair like it!!!I really recommend him. Neil did my hair and I LOVE it!! Such a natural blend on the colouring using the balayage technique and lightened the load by taking some of the weight off my thick hair. Will be visiting him again soon for another cut ☺️

Here to share my overall experience at the salon for blonde highlights. Hence, the low rating. Kindly note that the staff are friendly and they do try their best to satisfy customers and unfortunately even communicating my concerns and going back three times (Downtown branch and the Marina branch), the hair dresser was not able to do the job well. Also, the excuses given were ridiculous.

Suzy has styled and colored my hair for the past 3 years. She does an amazing job, best hairdresser I’ve had.

The best salon in Dubai and it’s all down to Max. I’m allergic to hair dye which for years has limited my options because very few salons will touch me but Max took me in and is super careful every time and I’m always so happy with the results! Beautiful salon too! Would highly recommend to anyone in Dubai! Especially if you’re concerned about allergies - you don’t have to live with boring plain Jane hair! 😂🙌🏽

OK, you pay a bit above average, some people complain about that, but your haircut is something that you live with every single day and with Aysha’s job it’s totally worth it!
