The service here is excellent!The environment is very welcoming and friendly.The haircuts given by Julip never fail to leave me satisfied. The blow-dry was excellent too!The pedicure given by Bessy was amazing as well.

Where do I begin?This is what happened with a service that cost me 1400 aedFirst service, they forgot to take off foil from nails and after coming home, my skin stayed burnt for 20 days, horribly irritated.Unfortunately, I had paid in advance for hair service too.After double guessing myself, I hate to say it, I gave them another try and they BURNT MY HAIRPUT BLEACH ON AND STARTED WORKING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WHEN THEY REMOVED BLEACH, MY HAIR LITERALLY MELTED OFF.To cover up the damage, she chopped my hair short, put darker color than discussed and despite that the damage is still visible.The owner/manager tried to gaslight me behaving like its not a big deal.I will make an official complaint. This salon shouldnt be legal, staff needs training , I walked out crying in anger. PLEASE STAY CAREFULHORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I highly recommend Julie at the Al Jaddaf branch for her professionalism, positive attitude, and strong understanding of hair care and products. She effortlessly meets customer requirements. I am extremely satisfied with the hair treatment and coloring she provided.

Got full face threading done here by Srijana. She listened to my request that I wanted to maintain thick eyebrows and did a wonderful job cleaning them up. Very happy. Will be back!

I have been visiting Chitra Singh Ladies Salon for past year now… very happy with their services (Have done manicure, pedicure, hair, facial). The staff is very courteous and are happy to answer any queries. Highly recommend !!

Their service used to be better and now I regret taking membership . A lot of the times nobody is available for simple services like eyebrow threading and many times they are just busy . It’s just annoying

In Chittagong salon I had a pedicure and wax. Its my first time in this salon and Im definitely gonna keep coming back, thanks to girls who who provided me with a very amazing experience. These two ladies are really nice and friendly and I felt very much welcomed. Although the services of salon is a bit pricey compared to other salons, I highly recommend the place because of the service given to me by the two ladies.

The Philippino receptionist is horrible. Eversince I called she was just talking about money. I choose the hairstyle and makeup for 300 but once I reached there I saw cheap makeup products that obviously wouldnt last long as it was my sisters wedding. I called my husband to drop my exoensive makeup like humanity loreal etc etc. She kept telling me ok we will do make up with your products with 10 oercent discount( are you serious ) I told the philipino lady that I do good makeup myself so thats fine Ill do it myself. The lady poona started with eye I told her to stop with her own products and Complete the hairstyle first untill then my makeup products would reach. Poona did a fantastic job with the hairstyle. As she had already started my eye makeup she just put the eyeshadow from my very own eyeshadow pallete. I dint even use the eyelashes I out mascara and the reception kept saying you used lashes as well ( yes I did ask her for the eyelash glue but it wasnt sticking) so I put mascara and I have good volume so only mascara also looks like false lashes. The philipino receptionist during the payment said Im charging you 250 because probably probably your eyemake up (seriously she just put the eyeshadow because she had started with the makeup first ) and I asked her to help me with lashes but that also she couldnt fit. During the payment she was bloody rude and said ill call the police really is this the customer service I had 2 3 events more and I decided to my hairstyling with her imagine 150 x 3 days. But this idiot philipino just lost a genuine customer. She was screaming at me while other customers being there. I asked her to call her owner she said no she wouldnt. I will make a huge complaint regarding this receptionist. She said she will make sure 50 dhm is paid by pooja what a horrible thing this is. Bless pooja and I hope she finds a good job at another place as she has really good hair styling in her hands. But this idiot philipino is worse rude and stupid and says calling the police to a customer if I had more time and didnt had to rush to the event I would fixed her my way. Giving 1 as cannot give 0 stars. The receptionist doesnt deserve to be a receptionist as they are suppose to be calm and not standing on the customers head and threatening to call police for forcibly paying something just to touch my eyes. If you keeo exoensive makeup products anyone would get their makeup done . The receptionist kept saying 50 dhm for the eye service ( what eye servic the makeup is mine all the eyes I have done except the eyeshadow as she had started with my eye makeup but the receptionist needs to be fired she horrible she just lost a customer in jaddaf and would go to another saloon for my other events. The receptionist needs to apologise to me

Very nice atmosphere and ambiance of this saloon. Had my hair wash amd a very addictive blowdry done very professionally by Samina. Overall staff is very friendly and welcoming especiallyDollyappreciateh herr ooperation . Sure to visit and try the services again.

Nice Salon, polite and Professional beauticians, I did a Roots Color with Eram and am very satisfied with the result She is very calm and confident and i did my Nails with lisly and am happy with it , also i would like to thanks the receptionist lady for her effort and assistance.Great Job 👍

Got a hair trim without blow dry. Strange after the hair cut they did not even bother to rldust off or remove the hair which was on my face and clothes. They left me to walk away covered in hair. Even a regular barber shop dusts the hair from the clients body.Music was so Loud almost felt like a pub or bar. Another staff was busy sleeping.
